Must use storage option for official works.
I mainly use Dropbox for my office work, yo store all the docs in cloud as backup. Dropbox provide me choice to share files with specific user with full privacy option. Uploading is so fast and for larger files , sometimes takes much times.
Besides it provides 3rd party integration which gives us chance to accelarate our work.
Pros
Most important features Dropbox provides from my perspective is the automatic file backup option. Dropbox takes backup all my documents, helps me to work without fear of losing them. Beside dropbox have world-class security to protect our data..
I can store all my data in cloud and share to official documents for work purpose very easily. Organizations of my documents is very good in Dropbox business. Moreover uploading speed is very fast , I can able to store big files in cloud storage easily and able to track from anywhere.
Cons
Since we are using Dropbox for organizational work, it's fill like it's little bit expensive than other similar service provider, interface is easy but, sometimes need to know basic program knowledge and web client interface knowledge to get full benefit of Dropbox.

Reliable and Scalable Cloud Storage Solution for Teams
My overall experience with Dropbox Business has been positive. It’s a dependable solution for secure file storage and collaboration. The platform has enhanced team productivity by ensuring everyone has access to the latest files regardless of location. Dropbox’s integration capabilities with other tools in our tech stack further streamline our workflows.
Pros
The most appealing aspects of Dropbox Business for me were its dependable file synchronization across devices and its smooth collaboration tools. Even with huge teams, managing and sharing files is made simple by the user-friendly interface. The admin controls and granular permissions are great for protecting data security without sacrificing flexibility. By storing rarely used files in the cloud and making them still available from the desktop, the Smart Sync feature helps optimize storage usage.
Cons
When working with very large files, Dropbox Business occasionally experiences synchronization delays, which is what I liked least about it. Furthermore, the cost may be a little higher than with other cloud storage options, particularly for smaller teams or companies.

File sync issues on Mac OS
We've gone from Google, to Box, to Dropbox (we're now back to google drive) looking for a file sharing solution for our agency. We have thousands of files accessed by designers and developers across various workplace locations. Unfortunately, we've had to leave this platform because file structures weren't updating properly. Some users wouldn't see some files. Didn't seem to be a permissions issue and customer service wasn't able to help.
In fairness, it's not just this platform. Everything we've tried seems to have some degree of issues with sync. Google has been the best for us because the only issue there has to do with path names for linked files. So when another user picks up a file (e.g.: InDesign), they need to re-link all the images. Dorpbox did solve this problem, but having folders not refresh properly is a worse issue, so we're back to Google.
Pros
Very fast connectivity. Robust security. Good permissions management. Speeds were sufficient to work directly in cloud files without issue. Cloud files were integrated directly into the native OS file browsing.
Cons
File sync issues across our organization.

For the project director, managing research projects is incredibly convenient and secure with...
In addition, it makes version control possible, which makes it possible to monitor modifications and access previous iterations of documents. This is a crucial feature for managing research-derived data.
Pros
In addition to facilitating simple access, Dropbox Business offers ample cloud storage to manage all of the project's research data and documents. To promote teamwork, the tool enables real-time file editing and collaboration with shared folders. Via file encryption and two-factor authentication, the platform offers the highest level of security for confidential research data. To further improve productivity, Dropbox Business integrates with various platforms and tools.
Cons
Limited functionality when offline, which may present a challenge in places with spotty internet service.
Even with lots of storage, there might be restrictions depending on the subscription plan, which could mean making extra purchases.

Easy to use, but not quite as good as it's competition
I think Dropbox does as advertised. It's slightly more expensive than it's competition and a bit more glitch, but it's easy to use.
Pros
It's very easy to use, with clear instructions and commands
Cons
It can glitch on occasion, making it difficult to download with a simple gesture, like it should.

Great, Fast, Storage, Though I Needed More Space
Great, really fast, and was great for file sharing.
Pros
I like that it has the lowest price in the industry for 15 TB of storage and file sharing.
Cons
I would like more than the maximum 15 TB of storage that it offered with the business license.

Dropbox Business - a users approach on a daily basis
I use it on a daily basis for file collaboration with my team. Any group information is easily shared across, the data is updated in real time. It has a facility to track the file usage by different users and yes has a high security mechanism. It only allows authorised users to enter in. I also use it for progress tracking of my sprint tasks
Pros
I like its efficiency in storage management. Its go to approach. It’s fast tracking system. The retrieval is also faster and the storage. The file sync is in realtime which makes a highlight. Recommend highly
Cons
Pricing is high slightly, the initial investment in terms of teaching users is bit more. The maintenance required professional training. So overall I can say it is slightly costly

Dropbox is one of the best Software that help us to work from home
My Overall Experience with Dropbox is very good. We use every day at our Organization.
Pros
Dropbox is one of the best Software for File Sharing and works on them in real-time we love to use them that can help us to securely place all important files in one place and easily access by everyone at any place where they need and every file store in the cloud. Dropbox Version history is one of the best features I am ever using because of that our file when My Excel/Word becomes corrupt Version history helps us to reverse the file into their original version just in few minutes. We Always use Dropbox for our Work.
Cons
Just One Problem with Dropbox that multiple peoples can't work on a single file at one-time .because of that our file becomes a conflated file that not good. This thing is bad for our Organization.

The tool for all of us
My overall experience is one that I would continue to use this application and recommend it. It's simple seamless and cost-effective
Pros
I've used this application for over five years and found that it's easy to use, and the company has improved it; keep it expensive, and allows the user to use it still easily.
Cons
Not many cons with this application, the new login would probably be the only thing that I've encountered that really didn't work well for me.

Storage for everybody!
The use of Dropbox has removed the need for employees to cart and drop files from one computer to the next. The resources added for administrators help to secure and prevent unauthorized access to archives. This aids in keeping track of who has access to what and who does not. Not just that, but the cost of updating our servers has greatly decreased. This is because 90 percent of company files have been moved to online storage, which is very efficient.
Pros
Dropbox has been a huge success. The tools allow us to manage our records more efficiently than an internal server. I appreciate being able to easily upload large files in a short period of time. Multiple people working on the same file used to be a pain; however, this strategy has proved to be a huge success for many of our company's teams.
Cons
There isn't anything to think about with Dropbox; the features and consistency are far superior to those of most cloud storage services. The only drawback I've seen is the mobile edition. When working with massive files, it is noticeably slower than the desktop version.

never accidentally lose files ever again
My experience with Dropbox has been nothing short of excellent. With each new upgrade came even more amazing features. And without Dropbox, working remotely from other team members for the major part of the past year wouldn't have been anything near as successful and productive as it has been. The brainstorming sessions with DropBox Paper have been the pinnacles of that period.
Pros
The very smart file recovery mechanisms are one of my favorite features of DrobBox business. I no longer worry about granting access to newly onboarded staff since any mistakes they make deleting or altering files can be easily undone. Technically however, the DropBox Paper and the brainstorming templates have been excellent additions to an already outstanding service.
Cons
The web version seems a bit under-optimized and the social media calendar template can be a bit confusing during first use.
Reasons for Choosing Dropbox Business
With the file link feature, I no longer relied on file attachment in my email to send relevant documents to external partners.Reasons for Switching to Dropbox Business

The Best Tool For Content Collaboration!
I was a Dropbox Personal plan user for a long time. When I started my own company I immediately needed a file sharing and collaboration tool to use internally. Without any second thought, I chose Dropbox Business and I don't regret that decision. This meets all my needs and the most important thing is that Dropbox Business is quite inexpensive compared to other tools. Besides, the native software lets me manage my files from any device. Due to all of these reasons I always recommend Dropbox Business to other people.
Pros
I consider this as the ultimate productivity tool and this is a must-have for any company out there. The thing I most love about this tool is its flexible storage plans. I can upgrade and downgrade my plans according to my need and believe me, it saves a lot of money which is very important for a startup. Also, the version history feature is a lifesaver for collaborative projects. Dropbox Business does really well in terms of organizing files and tagging them automatically. It saves additional time required to organize those files and overall increases productivity.
Cons
There's nothing that I dislike about Dropbox Business for now. But I want to mention some points where the developers can bring some improvements. The commenting and notes feature should be more intuitive as well as user-friendly.

A solution to multiple version documents.
All in all, I am very happy with Dropbox. The best solution to work in team while editing documents. No need to send them to all team members. Also, the felling of security is very nice.
Pros
The most liked thing about Dropbox is that it works as a simple folder in my computer and I can easily create document, work on it, press save and it is automatically saved in the cloud and I do not need to think about it. This automatic function is very useful. Also, the drag and drop function is very good. This can be done with any document and my colleagues who are working on the same file can easily add their changes. Also, the storage size is quite impressive.
Also, the recovery function saved me a few times. As far as I know, only Dropbox has this functionality which is so user friendly.
Cons
There was one update after which double pressing on the Dropbox icon would not open the folder view, but some other view, so I needed to press few times again in order to enter folder view. That was annoying.

Fast Syncing - Secure - Safe
As a photographer it did not work for me. I think it would be okay for a business that did not need to store a large volume of large files. I did use it for several months and during that time I was able to run my business with success, however I did not find any extra benefits from using Dropbox Business vs other cloud storage.
Pros
I like the compatibility with other software that I've used for a long time, I like the security aspect, dropbox business allows two factor authentication, single sign on, remote device wipe ( I already had to use that once, so glad I had it ) Long term file recovery is great to have.
Syncing files is fast across all devices, it's almost instant. Smart sync saves even more time.
I like the ability to organize files and folders in a way that works for me.
Cons
Large files can be slow on upload or download.
I wish the storage space given for the price was larger. It would be nice to have built in editing tools.
Reasons for Choosing Dropbox Business
I switched because I had already been looking for something a little better than Google drive and Dropbox Business caught my eye because of the added security.Switched From

Review Dropbox Business
Dropbox upholds Adobe Sign for marking advanced reports, yet you can do as such with next to no outsider combinations. HelloSign is Dropbox's answer for online endorsements, and it's accessible straightforwardly in the web interface. Just select a document, pick the mark fields and sign. Since HelloSign works inside Dropbox, your mark is naturally saved and synchronized. With HelloSign, it's not difficult to store and share documents that need a mark. You might in fact add various endorsers to a similar record. However, hellosign is certainly not a full component in Dropbox Business. With Dropbox Business, you can perform up to three marks every month. It's $15 each month for limitless access.
Pros
When clients save a record straightforwardly to the cloud, they generally inquire as to whether 'I unintentionally lose or erase it'? The second a report is saved to Dropbox, it's supported. This not just gives inner serenity, it additionally saves potential equipment space. This is on the grounds that clients won't have to uphold the document on their own hard drive. With regards to recuperating a record, clients believe that a basic cycle should recover their information. Have confidence, Dropbox makes the method extremely simple. It requires definitely no specialized expertise or live help. All clients can reestablish the documents all alone with practically no assistance. This decreases IT inclusion for organizations also.
Cons
For an organization, the greatest Dropbox concern is connected with the famous hackings of Dropbox. The kind of things organizations store on the cloud are typically the most probable thing focused on and took advantage of. Additionally, few out of every odd client at an association will do whatever it takes to safeguard their Dropbox account appropriately. Be it frail passwords or misusing of document stockpiling, everything necessary is one colleague to blunder for significant information to be uncovered.

Our company relies on Dropbox everyday
Works great for our company, keeps us all connected, does what we need it to do. We rely on this heavily everyday.
Pros
We have this app setup on our desktops and iPads. It is a GREAT program to integrate with other programs such as Adobe PDF on my iPad. I rely on this heavily everyday for putting proposals together. It is so incredibly easy to save all of my sales proposals straight onto the dropbox app from my iPad Adobe PDF app which saves me so much time and energy. Our company could not function without Dropbox. All of our files are saved and shared through this software. When we receive purchase orders through the fax, my scheduling team is able to pull my sales proposals that I have put together without needing to ask me for them. The file is easy to move around, I can access this remotely from home which is nice.
Cons
We have had a lot of issues with lagging on our desktops, our IT technician told us that the slowness of our desktops was caused by the dropbox app. I am not sure if this is true or not.. I have also had issues with the dropbox file deleting from my desktop files in my favorites section, so I've had to go find it and drag it back out to my favorites on my mac desktop. The other issue is sometimes the file will get really slow and then not find the files at all, a question mark will pop up and it will say cannot connect to server, I then have to go to the top left of my desktop click on the "Go" tab and then click "Connect to server", and it will finally connect and load the files. I'm not sure if this is a setup issue but we have not had it as bad recently as it used to be..

Dropbox Business
In a nutshell, this software help to guarantee security satisfaction for sharing sensitive documents for connected stakeholders in the digital platform. Moreover, saves invaluable time for company operations when transferring sensitive data and information at the multinational level. Last but not least, reduce unnecessary courier fees to third-party companies to send vital files, therefore ensure maximum cost savings for companies while boosting the ROI for the company.
Pros
1. Ease of use to this software can be considered as one of the best features in this software because you just need to either do drag and drop or copy and paste.
2. Enable to link various devices through different platforms (Windows, Android, Mac)
3. Allow sharing massive files that cannot be shared through official Email communications like Microsoft Outlook.
4. Guaranteed security for sharing documents because the stakeholders are aware that unlike Emails; only connected people have access to view these items.
5. Ease of upload from Mobile phones is recognized as the best feature.
6. Any activity inside the Dropbox notifies at the same time between the connected parties. For Example, if someone deleted a file from one end, instantly sharing messages among other devices like PC and pop up as small notifications.
7. Allows the company to expand the storage space is an ultimate feature as it helps the company to reduce physical archives and renting spaces.
8. It can allow third parties to share the files despite them having Dropbox software; therefore help to reduce the work time and enhance operational efficiency.
Cons
1. Sometimes it takes time to upload the files despite a strong broadband facility available since some of the connected direct stakeholders in the loop had to wait to see the shared file for some time which I did by using my PC
2. For Mobile Dropbox users, not getting a pop-up notification when activity was done by using a PC
3. Not Experienced visible updates

Dropbox Review by Isaac Fungura
At one time I travelled to Namibia, lost my laptop in transit, but since I had my files synced, I easily got my files and continued with my work 2000km away from home
I have managed to keep my important files like documents and pictures intact for more than 10 years
I often use Dropbox transfer to send files up to 100GB large with password protection for sensitive data to my colleagues who are not Dropbox users without giving away access to my original document.
Pros
Keeps all data organised and can sync across all your devices - mobile and desktop
Sync allows files to be accessible offline on the synced folder
Allows collaboration of multiple users able to comment on files
Dropbox paper allows writing documents, editing, brainstorming, reviewing and collaborating with anyone with the shared URL.
Also allows user to create to do lists and due dates
You can recover files that have been deleted so there is no risk of permanently losing data through an error
Dropbox keeps track of all changes and versions and you can easily restore prior versions of the file in case you make a mistake. When collaborating with multiple users, Dropbox keeps an audit trail of who has edited a document
Can create file requests - inviting someone to upload or tag you to their file
Cons
Mobile version faces challenges when dealing with big files hence not as flexible as the desktop version
Syncing folders from desktop may end up uploading unnecessary files as long as they are added to that folder
Affected by internet speeds on downloads and uploads which frustrates the user especially on large files

Dropbox For Business
I've been overall very happy using Dropbox Business. I have worked with all methods of file sharing and this is the one that I prefer generally.
Pros
I like that it syncs so well across devices. The majority of the time it is easy to locate all the files that we need, simple to share documents, and it integrates well with our encryption software. I like being able to open it in an explorer view to find files that have been download, and I'm happy that they've made it optional to download only certain files on the computer and leave the others cloud-based while still seeing them in the different views available on the device, so that there are no large downloads happening anymore on all devices. I also enjoy the roll-back to previous versions that are available.
Cons
There have been instances where we have experienced sync conflicts in folders that resulted in multiple copies of documentation sitting around and that can get confusing. We have worked to mitigate this but sometimes it is unavoidable. Sometimes I have experienced that it is difficult to find documents even with the full text search and I am able to locate them easily by going to the explorer view. I wish the website had a better explorer view.

Dropbox, Most Trusted Place for Cloud Purpose
If we talk about my overall experience with dropbox then it was excellent.
I never realized that I should look over for another cloud storage and should leave the dropbox.
I am using Dropbox for a long time and I have no complaints from any of my clients regarding download speed or privacy protection.
Now if you also thinking of a cloud storage platform for hosting purposes or for personal data saving purposes, then belove nothing will be perfect for you except dropbox. I assure you that you will have a good experience with dropbox. So stop thinking right now and start using dropbox.
Pros
I have liked the pricing plan of dropbox too much. Moreover, Acess controls and permission management is my favorite feature at all. I know there is a lot of platforms offering this feature but there is no option of preventing the user from the download.
I use to deliver my digital good to my clients with the helo of dropbox. But before doing any deal, every customer use to ask me for proof, show me whether you have the real thing or not? Anf for that I use it to upload my Software and scripts on dropbox and sets the downloading feature as disabling. After getting the payment, I can allow my client to download files from Dropbox through a shared link.
The pricing plan of dropbox is also very affordable. I liked the trial storage of dropbox too much, which is 2GB. After that, I choose to have a monthly plan with dropbox storage for long-term storage. And currently, I'm using the standard pricing plan of dropbox. Renewal charges are also affordable.
I have also liked the search filter of dropbox too much. The search filter of dropbox works just like the windows search filter and we can easily locate any files within seconds.
Cons
Of course, there is nothing that disappoints me at any point while using dropbox. But I would like to have some improvements in my favourite platform from the team. The uploading speed of the dropbox mobile application is a little bit slower than the website uploading speed. And it takes a little bit longer to complete uploading than uploading from the website.
But uploading from android is little bur cooler and smart way. That's why I would like that the respected dropbox team should have a look at this problem and should resolve it as soon as possible. So I can keep using dropbox without any trouble and hesitation on android too.

Perfect when it works, catastrophic when it doesn't
Pros
It's super easy to use. Because it just appears like another folder on your computer, it's seamless. The online version pairs well with it, giving access to previous versions, the ability to restore deleted files (priceless!), and a relatively granular ability to share files and folders with pretty much anyone. The best thing overall is just knowing that all my files are safely backed up in the cloud. If anything goes wrong with my computer, I can sync up dropbox on another computer and be ready to go.
Cons
I have worked at two different companies where huge chunks of files disappeared from dropbox. In both cases we were told that it was our fault. In both cases it was the users "responsible" were the dropbox admins who weren't even working when it happened. In both cases, after some headaches and freakouts, the files were mostly restored. In the second case, though, not all the files were restored. The only way to tell what was missing was to log in to the web version, show deleted files, and look for the time stamp of when all the files were deleted. Then it was a matter of manually restoring those. We are still, over a year later, finding files that need to be manually restored.
The second issue I have with the software is the navigation flow of the online web site. I am someone who navigates primarily with a keyboard when browsing to folders. This is impossible online. If I click "s" to go to a folder that starts with that letter, dropbox jumps to the first folder with that letter and selects the checkbox next to it. I can't keep typing letters to get to the specific folder I want within the s's. I also then have to uncheck the box that dropbox automatically selected in order to get to the folder I do want. The previous design of their web site didn't do this and the update frustrates me at least several times every week.

The king of online storage with some caveats
Pros
The core product of Dropbox is rock solid. It's an easy to use, fast, no nonsense online storage and file sharing service. Sharing content with a link is very good and easy to use, plus the option to receive comments on this content is very welcome for many professionals. Shared folders appear in your collaborators respective Dropbox and sync instantly. Nerdy things like delta-updates (meaning that if you change a single word to your file, it only uploads the difference and not the whole file again), LAN syncing (computers in the same local network don't have to download shared folders' content) are not just nice to have, but a core details that push Dropbox over the top.
Cons
Lately Dropbox has been trying to nickel and dime Plus users: their new file streaming functionality in reserved only for Pro (their mid tier). Additionally, they have been pushing heavily for either Free or Plus users to upgrade to more costly tiers, quite obtrusively. Also, they couldn't issue a business invoice for my Plus account, as this was only possible for Pro account -- although it's clearly a business expense for me.
So personally, after being a Plus customer for years, it made more sense to stick with the Free plan for some basic collaboration and storage, and switch to G Suite Google Drive, which doesn't have fancy things like delta-updates and isn't as straightforward as Dropbox, but what it does have is infinite storage and file streaming built-in.
All in all, you can decide what's best for you, but choose wisely because switching between these services can be quite a headache.
