Route4Me works for Me!
I'm in field sales, so the app allows me to work more efficiently. I minimize drive time between stops, and so I'm able to see more people in a day. Plus I love the fact that it gives the travel time between each stop, this helps when scheduling appointments.
Pros
It's accurate, easy to use, easy to edit route.
Great value for cost.
Cons
No option/function to be able to add notes to a route

Route4Me for meal kit logistics.
Pros
Ability to adjust our own routes to suit day-to-day deliveries with on the fly adjustments. Adding 'custom data' is another huge pro - as a lot of the business needs revolve around creating files with run data. With the feature manager we can choose the specific addOns that we specifically require.Route4Me's support staff are incredible - there has never been any issue left unresolved.
Cons
For general housekeeping we remove routes weekly and because of this the Dashboard becomes irrelevant as we cannot track our progress longterm. This could potentially be an internal issue, and not Route4me's, as there is probably some functionality with the API that can be used to export the data into a local dashboard on a week by week basis.

Route4me Review
Pros
Great features such as Smart Zones and Optimized Routes. Helped me a lot to organize areas and attribute to each driver. Great support team also, have been very privileged to be taken care of by [sensitive content hidden]. Thanks!
Cons
I think the price is a bit high for my liking, specially since you need to buy each feature separate, making the subscription expensive. Perhaps you should offer more package options to the client or a discount program based on the number of functionalities paid for in the subscription.

Pros
The support team is highly knowledgeable and quick to respond. If the team can't answer the question, they are swift to forward it on to the subject matter experts and the team will always get back within 24 hours.
Cons
data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app.

application route book
it frustrates me on a regular basis when it just erases my completed stops therefore I have to take the time it was originally saving me to figure out what's been completed and what has not.
I LOVE THE APP when it is working properly and have suggested the app to others in my same field. I love that I can add as many stops as i would like.
Pros
that it plans it all for you. that it optimized and that the edit feature to duplicate and or rename my route books.
Cons
it has some major flaws when it comes to just shutting down and erasing all my completed stops for that day causing wrong data to be recorded and logged and in the end causing me to miss stops or go back to ones already completed. because it usually happens toward the middle to end of my day.

RoadWarriorReasons for Choosing Route4Me
route size limits,, user friendly and ability to copy/duplicate the routesReasons for Switching to Route4Me
it was the most user friendly and another person in my field recommended it says she used it often. the price was a little more than I would like but it can be over looked unless there continues to be issued with it deleting my completed stops [had happened 4 out of the last 6 uses.]- Industry: Transportation/Trucking/Railroad

After 4 year it’s gotten worse
4 years ago I would have said good for the price now I think it’s terrible and actively looking for new companies and have told probably 100 other garbage company owners to stay clear it’s not worth it
Pros
In the beginning for one driver it was functional and a good price but isn’t good for bigger companies with more then one truck.
Cons
The routing isn’t great with wrong locations and routes that don’t make sense
Not a lot of great features and not able to turn features on and off.
Terrible customer support, best way to get a response is by submitting a ticket forget about talking to anyone and most of the time I’m just told we can’t help but that’s a good idea we will submit for consideration.
The functionality is poor and is-meant for small companies with minimal stops. Once we got a lot of stops and multiple truck the quality went down big time and price skyrocketed

Time & Miney Savings
Excellent application. Has taken me thousands of miles without getting lost and saved me countless hours in travel time hundreds of dollars in gas.
Pros
Allows me to enter desired destinations, then each destination can be organized based on selected criteria by “Replanning the Route”. This makes my daily driving more efficient and cost effective.
Cons
Entering the “Departure Address”, then changing the “Departure Address” to something else where another address is desired, and I would like there to be a particular final destination. This can get confusing and time consuming when the “Optimization” setting needs to be changed. Recommend there be an option to enter “Final Destination” by itself.

Bad customer support
I will look for a routing service with greater customer support.
Pros
Product worked well and was able to upload (via Excel) and plan routes for my daily deliveries quite easily.
Cons
After 1.5 years of subscribing, I suddenly lost access to my account while I was out on my route. I was told it was because my google play account email did not sync with the route4me email. Not only did I lose major productivity on that day, I have spent over 6 hours trying to resolve the issue with Route4me and Google play customer support. Neither of them have been the least bit helpful. I have cancelled my account.

Good for Realtors!
Overall I've had a good experience, and I'm glad to be using this product.
Pros
I like being able to see arrival times and departure times to stay on track with my clients. I also like to be able to print them a copy of our route, so they know what to expect.
Cons
I was initially frustrated by the time zone issue, but [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped me fix it, so now I have no issues. I can use the software as intended without any issues.

Great Software
The software is great and has a lot of features that can be used for future as well when your fleet expands or even your requirements
Pros
The software helps assign boundaries which vehicles are supposed to avoid while scheduling the route and place new orders from customer site itself through app.
Cons
It actually servers all our purposes exactly and hard to comment anything least liked here.

Route 4 Me System and Usage
We are creating thousands of routes daily and Route4Me helping us to faciliate our work.
Pros
We have used different features in past year such as "Maximum Number of Routes/Vehicles, Maximum Route Duration DD:HH:MM etc. " but the lataest "Maximum Stopp per Route" function did help us alot to find spesific adresses that are on the same route.
Cons
Not cons but would be great to mark those route and change a date for multiple routes in once instead of changing one by one.

Great app BUT
I’m a satellite engineer and use this religiously, pity I can’t use alt logic to accompany the route app
Pros
I love the route distance between stops And the over all details on the plan itself. The productive text and street names are terrible. Have a look at some Irish street names and towns lands and you will see what I mean.
Cons
I used to be able to put the Irish eircode (postcode) but not for a year or so. It was very handy.

Daily Trips
Using Route4me is a great tool to optimize my daily delivery stops. It definitely helps efficiently run my routes.
Pros
Software works great. I easily enter my address.
Cons
I don't like all the confirmation steps needed to complete an entry. Setting start location needs to be one step, set and thats it. Each time I utilize the arrive and exit function I have to hit ok, that's annoying.

Route Maximization
The app gives me the ability to reduce my drive time to each client. It allows me to spend more time with each client by giving me the fastest time between locations.

I can not find a reason to NOT use Route4Me!!!
I am hooked. I almost wish I could use it more often, but that would really make much work for me. I think it is quite wonderful! If it could drive for me, while doing everything else it does for me, maybe that would be an improvement, but I believe that is an option that I lack the ability to use. So perfect, just wonderful!!
Pros
Well I would say how much time it saves me, but I must say the most valuable part of this software is the Customer Service Reps that stand ready to help. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] have been able to almost predict when I was struggling and needed some mild assistance. Their professionalism could not be improved upon. Top notch gentlemen!!
Cons
Sometimes the mapping angle is a tad off. Also I wish there was a way I could circle a specific area and make a sub route from a larger route, but there is ways around that, and I have picked up so many other time saving tricks that I have afternoons off during the busiest week of my job!

Thank you Route 4 Me!
Pros
I love your app because it is awesome helping me route garage sales in our large community of 160,000.
It is easy to use and it organizes garage sales according to addresses. It is able to ‘optimize’ the long list. And, it is FREE to me.
VERY easy to use. I don’t ‘save’ routes because they change daily. Once I see the map locations, I can add or delete. (I usually delete sales that are 8-10+ miles from my house.)
I can see how a business can use this to determine their driver’s route. Saves money in gas
Cons
It may be ‘me’ but I would like to print out the addresses in routes order so I don’t need to re-write the order from 1 to 10.

Useful but could use improvement
Whatever my issues are, the customer service is great. I text, call and email with their support team all the time. They're always available to address whatever I'm working through.
Pros
The best part is the routing. I enter my customers and Route4Me does the rest. Also, I upload my CSV file of customers and it's easy enough to get everyone on a regular schedule.
Cons
There are issues with the automated email notification not working which causes us to invent work arounds and extra work.

Success Story: Covid 19 Food Delivery Program
Route4Me really helped us build our delivery program from the ground up. During the height of Covid, many of our older and immune-compromised clients were not able to make the trip to our food pantry. As a result, they were going hungry and were helpless. We initiated this program to help those clients but had no way to make it efficient for our volunteers. When we came across Route4Me, it really was a Hallelujah moment because we could finally implement our idea. Today we are still delivering to our most vulnerable clients and we truly owe it to our volunteers and, most importantly, Route4Me
Pros
My favorite part about Route4Me is the re-optimization routes option. I can easily add new addresses in case I missed any before and click that button and it will reconfigure to the best route possible.
Cons
Trying to print routes is cumbersome. There are multiple options which are mostly unhelpful and most of the time, the print outs do not include the notes that our drivers might have added from before.
