Many features that allowed us to Improve our team's productivity!!

We discovered many features that became really essential to our daily workflow, that includes IVR, Call Tracking, CDR, and Call Whispering. Also, the reporting part is very precise! We can follow our team's performance and improve day after day!

Pros

ZIWO provides us with all the features necessary for telephone communications with clients and colleagues!

Cons

I cant think of anything, its very helpful and we rely on it in our daily tasks

Easy to use

My over all experience was pretty good and i enjoyed calling customers with ziwo.

Pros

You can connect with any customer through out the globe i really like that feature of ziwo.

Cons

When we connect with customer there is a 3-5 second voice delay.

Call recording saved us!

Pros

We use call recording as an aid to dispute resolution. We can check what was agreed and use the information to resolve any issue with the clients. Its a simple and easy solution.

Cons

Nothing to mention, however, an updated mobile version would be great!

Detailed Call Log

Pros

I mostly work on the call logs, all details are available to track and check the calls like the start time, the end time, the total duration, the talk time, the recording...

Cons

The live dashboard, I prefer arranging the widgets by myself. The widgets have a defined place to take, I cannot move them and rearrange them as I please. If I move a widget, later I notice it went back to its original place.

Amazing software

Great product

Pros

Easy to deploy and to adopt, ziwo allowed us to seamlessly allow our agents to work from home when covid hit us..

Ziwo supports integration with the most popular ticketing system which is great!

They have a really responsive and professional customers support team which can cater to you need almost instantaneously.

Cons

The UI is a bit clunky, but it's not a dealbreaker
And ziwo plug in with freshdesk does not support recording call recording while creating ticket using the template

ZIWO ASWAT

I have been working on ziwo for almost 10 months now, i like its features!

Very efficent

Pros

Hold features, warm transfers and seeing the call history in detail.

Cons

How it lags under heavy load and the hotlines (7 Digits) in Kuwait does not connect.

the features that are built into the software are really amazing I think all that I need in the software or all that I was asking for during the kickoff and onboarding is available except 1 thing only

there is no disposition option in the software hope you add it shortly

Excellent calling app

Its a very easy to use platform for calling and keeping track of everything. Really best for customer service

Pros

Tracking calls, Easy to use, Tracking outbound time.

Cons

Sometimes the call logs get missing. If someone transfers the call then only this happens.

Easy Ziwo

Beautiful app to use and Lear from, I never had experience in call center, so within less than a month I have learned everything on the app

More AUX options, like washroom, prayer break etc
