Overall Experience is good in this software related to inventory management. Stoc auditing, approval, report automation like advance options also available while comparing other software.
Pros
Daily Transactions of Stock entry, stock transfer, reports checking, Indenting process are good to use in Posist software. Management related reports can be generated easliy from Posist as this is cloud based.
Cons
Very less about least about the Posist Inventory management software like some times syncing related issue, some time taking more time to generated the report etc but not major.

I can use this application even from my home as it is browser(web) based application.I have some requirements too:The automatic purchase price is not catching from the last purchased items transaction.And Purchase order also we are not getting the last price.We need to have an automated rate calculation on our purchase based on the last transacted value

We are able to use the internal indent properly as all the cost centers are raising the request and we are able to fulfill it.Closing stock values are matching.

Using this software, we can manage the outlet's orders and supply and receive items using Indent options. Even within the outlet, the same process can be followed to issue stock from store to kitchen like order, supply and receive. Physical inventory can be entered, and variance can be checked monthly, weekly or daily.
Pros
Using this software, we are managing our inventory for multiple outlets. One outlet and multiple outlets can also be controlled from one location. Stock Receiving, Stock Transferring, Stock usage and stock closing can get the details by doing the transactions.
Cons
We need multiple user ids to do entries for other outlets, but we require one user id to do the transaction for all outlets. Apart from this, there are no significant issues or dislikes to mention.

Inventory maintenance is good and all the transactions are tracked and can be verified by our management. Purchase orders can be maintained easily with the Vendors. Recently the last price can be verified while doing purchase orders and at the time of purchase entry. Various reports like consumption, closing stock report, indent reports are good to check for our month end time.
Pros
This Software is best to do maintenance of Inventory for Stores and kitchens. Raw Materials Purchase Order raising, receiving Good receipt notes, issuing the stock to other departments like kitchens are made easy and simplified. once stock is issued can be checked in reports any time and anywhere as we required in different report formats. Food costs for the month can be viewed as per the cost centers. Totally simplified software to do our daily transactions.
Cons
Some hiccups are there like data syncing taking time, backdate entry limitation, stock value verifying with avg price like some limitation is there. But still, more can be finetuned by the software team for the users. Master creation required by the users for the outlets etc.

Majorly managing the stock for items department-wise is good to see. Indent process not only within outlet but also outlet to outlet can be controlled in this. Reports are good, and any system we can generate the information for this outlet, like enterprise level and outlet level, can be downloaded.
Pros
Stock Module is excellent and easy to use for our day-to-day operations to manage our Inventory. Daily Indent process from store to the kitchen and for other departments we use this Internal Indent Process. This software uses daily entries like wastage and stock transfer options. Weekly and Monthly Physical stock updations, and we are updating and getting the exact stock value.
Cons
Master and transactions cannot be done in one user ID; we need to create two user IDs and use two different browsers or other systems. If this is resolved, it will be easy for our daily operations. Pricing also requires FIFO, but in this system, we have only Average pricing and other pricing; even this would require updating it.

Data Is Automatically Synced, Which Save My Time And Labour Costs. Got The Data In Very Detail, Which Helps Me To Calculate The Delivery Charge, Packaging Charge, and All The Gst Related Reported.
Pros
All the purchase and sales data is easily imported into the tally. That makes my work simple and saves half of my time overall very all experience with this.The best part is the report which helps me to calculate the taxes.
Cons
Sometimes Data Gone Changed And Not Synced; Because Of This, We Have To Wait. Gst Not Reflecting Some Times And Packaging Charges Remove. Also When I Need To Call In Support, So I Always Have To Wait For 1 Or 2 Hours.

Pros
Functioning at various locations and get the solutions in one portel. I liked the use friendliness and it is easy to access anytime anywhere.Good reports which helps us to maintain the track the variance of every minute items.
Cons
Some time it takes time to publish .Take too much time to connect to support. Not very happy with support some times it takes at list one hour or more to connect with them but when It is connected staff is very helpful.

Good Application for Food Production & Planning
Overall it was a superb exp working with their Implementation Team. We are satisfied as team at other hand tirelessly provides required support and are available on call and zoom meetings whenever requested.
Pros
System has a Detailed Production Plan Module .Interestingly we consolidate all our Store Request and plan the Production for our bakery Products.
Apart from this it covers all other options to Manage and Track day to day inventory be it Raw Materials, Semi Finished or Finished Goods.
Costing Module is also very strong which is an added advantage.
Cons
Setup.
Complicated and Time Consuming but still its worth doing it.
There are also some times issue with the Serial Number if accessed from multiple system which they need to fix it urgently.
