From my perspective, it's easy to use, so very little training is required for new hires, and updates itself, essentially making it one of the very few "set it and forget it" applications that I've ever installed. I'd say the best proof that LinkPoint is a quality product is how little I have to think about it. It just works. And on the rare occasion, it doesn't, LinkPoint's support team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to enquiries. Nothing but good things to say about this product, and don't know what we'd do without it. ----- ### "Well it works...
