Pros

I have heard horror stories of catastrophic data loss or corruption in QBO. The ability for Intuit to restore a prior version is questionable at best, and from what I hear it takes many hours on the phone and a lot of persistence if it happens at all. Then, you have to re-do all of the work that was done between the restore point (if you are lucky enough for Intuit to find one for you) and when the loss occurred.

Rewind avoids the need for this stress by providing regular backups of your QBO data, and I am told that restoring data to a given point in time is ludicrously easy (fortunately I have never had to test this).

Cons

Absolutely nothing. The software is affordable, easy to use, and fills an essential role that would otherwise go unmet.

I like that Rewind offers an excellent rewind function, because when a change was made and it was not to my liking I can return it without having to start my work. Its creation of backup copies is reliable and fast, it helps save time and not have to worry about spending hours backing up the information, on the contrary, I only have to configure when I want this process to be carried out and it will be done automatically. Rewind It is a lightweight software, with an organized and easy to use interface, but its strong point also lies in the fact that it has an encryption function that gives us security and prevents threats that put the information we have backed up at risk.

Cons

Sometimes your server can be a bit slow, so the process of backing up data in the cloud can take a while. In addition, your conversion time of some inappropriate change may take a while, but I am sure that they are observations that can be improved.

I like the fact that Rewind integrates easily with QuickBooks Online and backs up whenever changes are made within QB Online.

You can't update the name of your business as easily if it should change.

Rewind backs up my Trello account daily. That ensures if I mistakenly delete something or my account is compromised that I can recover my data.

I totally biffed my site, and with this tool I was able to restore it to the chosen day and time, removing all my screw ups! Very easy to navigate and use. Critical for small business' managing their own sites.

It does take a long time to restore, so there is a lag from whatever you messed up to getting it back to parody. Setting it to run overnight though is great, no manual processing needed.

I like the fact that this software is very cost effective especially if you are just starting your shopify shop on a budget.

It gives me great peace of mind knowing that the database that I use on Mailchimp and and account details are secured through Rewind backups for mailchimp

I do have to pay for the Rewind but knowing that my account is secured I would rather pay the money as opposed to not having the back up and peace of mind

It's very accessible to anybody beginners to all the way to advance users it makes you feel right at home using it it's very very simple

On the low times a little slow I'm not crazy about the setup the way the screen set up
