Near perfect combination of CRM and Email marketing tools

An interesting and good solution for our needs. The user interface is clear and easy to understand and use. workflow is easy to understand and follow.

Pros

It's much simpler when You have a good defined and flexible CRM with an Email marketing tool as one service. CRM is especially good and informative, designed mostly for returning clients.

Cons

Email builder should be better. The campaign dashboard is good but can be improved. Technical support is too pushy and offers things and options that are not needed.

What a platform!!! If you aren't doing it .... you should!

Super impressed for the level of product offerings and and functions for the cost. We are saving 80% on what we were spending on other services.

Easy on boarding and syncing from legacy platform

Cons

Some of the formatting features are a bit odd but once you work them out you can get to where you need to be

Engagebay Review

Disappointing tbh! It's not my decision on whether we keep with it so I guess we'll see how it goes over the next couple of months and if some of the issues above can be fixed then that may help keep us onboard.

Pros

I've been told it's a lot cheaper than Hubspot and new features are being added all the time - so that's a positive I guess and the support team are helpful/responsive.

Cons

Just feels clunky - the synch between emails is hit and miss in terms of how long it takes for them to appear in Ebay - also the fact that against an individual, company, deal you can't just see a complete list of all emails or other updates (from anyone) in one simple date ordered list is really frustrating - I think this is what the "activity" tab is probably trying to do but certainly isn't there yet.It could really do with some quick exports too for where you have got a groups of contacts, companies or deals that you just need to quickly get out into a csv for some other work - perhaps you can do this but it's not obvious Also colleagues have told me the campaigns/broadcast elements are no way near as good as hubspot and also the calendar/task list element needs more work.

Awesome all-in-one CRM/Marketing/do-it-all

Very good alternative to much more expensive tools such as Hubspot. New interface is very slick and honestly I don't know why anyone would choose anything else for marketing, contact management, sales pipeline, task management, product catalogue, landing page management, user tracking, emailing tool...

Pros

Very simple to use marketing suite, linked with database, automations, repository, sales management... you name it it probably does it.

Excellent, value-for-money alternative to Hubspot and Pardot

It has been extremely positive. I was anticipating a very stressful implementation process, due to experiences I have had with other CRMs in the past. However, it has been very smooth and quick. The CRM has mostly worked perfectly and I'm looking forward to trying some of the features I haven't gotten to yet.

Pros

The set-up has been incredibly easy compared to other CRMs I have worked with. It was very easy to import contacts and sync with Hubsport. Also, to sync our Outlook calendars. I also love how intuitive the interface is. The UX is exceptional compared to other CRMs I've used. The marketing campaign features are easy to use with all the features of a MailChimp/Pardot. The customer support has been extremely good, with either immediate answers or fixes within 24 hours, but we've encountered very few issues.

Cons

More international payment options would be good - it was a little challenging for a small business from Australia. Also, an automatic save would be helpful. The number of times I had to restart the appointment link process before I realised I need to manually Save every step before moving on to the next!!

My whole salesystem as a marketer

Moving my contacts from excell to EngageBay enabled me to work smarter, with automated notifications and reminders. Notes about the conversations I had with clients makes the follow up really smooth.

Pros

It was easy to jump right in to it and start working. Smart layout and easy overview. I manage all my contacts with EngageBay and it makes follow up with high ticket clients so simple.

Cons

There's nothing I miss, on the contrary it can be overwhelming with all the options I get when starting a new campaign.

Great tool for email marketing

Pros

EngageBay's email marketing tools come equipped with an outstanding feature - a built-in email editor that's highly user-friendly. With its help, I was able to create personalized and captivating email campaigns in no time. Excellent CRM!

I have been very satisfied and have used this for over 3 years now. I have been recommending this software to many. For a small and new CRM user or company I think it is very good and has helped me keep track better of what has been communicating with clients and track deals throughout the process.

Pros

It has everything I need to manage my customer relationships across the board and more.

Cons

Limited designing options for "normal" emails going to customers.

Outstanding Customer Support

I needed a cost prohibitive plan form that has every thing to market my fitness business along with the automation. I was using multiple pieces of software well over 300+ a month and Engagebay has replaced all of them at a fraction of the price.

Pros

Really it's the all in one marketing Automation. I can send leads here and quickly get them in an SMS or email campaign.

Cons

Their documentation is not stellar however there chat support is excellent. I've never waited more than 2 mins to get a support rep and they've always solved my problem instantly.

Feature-rich without breaking the bank

We love EngageBay and highly recommend it to our clients who want/need a full featured platform that will work across multiple departments, automate regular tasks, and that don't want to pay the high-price and add-on that you have to with many other tools. EngageBay's support team is AMAZING!! Anytime I have a question about something, they are quick to respond, very helpful and knowlegable, just a breath of fresh air to know that I can get a hold of someone when we have issues (which isn't that often, but when we do they are there!).

Pros

It is amazing to me how feature-rich the platform is at the cost. More features and functionality than some of the 'big guys' for a fraction of the cost. It is easy to use and train clients on the system, so that is ALWAYS a huge plus for us.

Cons

Learning curve at first just to understand how it works differently from other systems, but that is not necessarily a con of EngageBay because that is the same for every new platform as each has their own little intricacies.

Happy Engage Bay User

Overall it's been great. Just a little bit of a hard start, but as I said, support had been excellent.

Pros

- Tons of features and functionality- Love the all-in-one nature of the program (CRM, Email Mktg, Calendar Scheduling, Live Chat, and more)- Excellent customer service. Very responsive whenever we need help. That's a huge benefit!- Very up-to-date interface- Continual improvement of product- Willingness to fix things and take feature suggestions seriously

Cons

There is a learning curve and some of the features were hard for us to figure out at first. We have to make use of their support team more than we would have liked due to difficulty figuring things out and/or inability to find the appropriate support documentation. However, I believe that has improved.

A great priced and featured all in one CRM. We moved from Hupspot to EngageBay and love it.

Overall experience is fantastic.
We have not even started the marketing side yet so we are looking forward to that.
If you want an affordable CRM that does just about everything you need at a price that is actually affordable then EngageBay is a great choice.

Pros

It is fast and simple to use.
We live in deals and task most of the time and it gives you all you need.
Support is amazing. I have even made product change suggestions and some were implemented in a few days. That is amazing.

Cons

We wish we could easily change the sort order of the deals when in tablet mode to the order we want (custom order). Sometime we want to just call a selected few clients in a day and it would be nice to just show them or put them at the top of the list. A small con but still a con.

Great value-for-money, excellent support and all the features we need

Great so far

Pros

Tailored to our needs, often more robust than anticipated, and simply works. When it doesn't, support is quick to correct and help.

Cons

UI/UX needs improvement in terms of user feedback and overall usability. A save button should save, not redirect you to another page to start all over again. Some features should be marked BETA because they clearly are, while the core ones work well.

Great all in one solution for any Insurance Agency

I was looking for a something to replace Active campaign and EngageBay fit the bill. I am able to add more contacts and create the same email automation that I was using in AC. For the price, EngageBay is saving me money and providing more application to use.

Pros

One place to track all leads and their communication. Easy integration with Hubspot and Zapier.

Cons

Not to much. For now, I am not using the Service products.

Engagebay: All in one Email Automation Platform

I have had a positive experience with Engagebay. It has been easy to use and set up, allowing me to quickly get up and running on its platform. I was able to easily create customer profiles and track interactions across multiple channels, from emailing to social media campaigns. Additionally, the built-in analytics dashboard gave me powerful insights into how my campaigns were performing, helping me make better decisions about how to target my audiences.

Pros

Its powerful automation capabilities allow users to stay on top of all their customer interactions in one place and react quickly in order to maximize returns. Additionally, its intuitive interface makes it easy for users to set up campaigns within minutes so they can focus on what matters most - building deeper relationships with customers.

Cons

One of the primary cons of Engagebay is its limited customization options. The platform offers few customization options for users to tailor it to their specific needs, meaning businesses may have to make do with a more generic version of the platform that doesn't quite fit their needs. It Keeps Getting Better

This software made my day, month, and year. Everything is easier now.

Pros

We started out looking for an affordable CRM/Email Marketing System that didn't charge by # of Contacts.

EngageBay was the most affordable of those we found, but since we had never heard of it, we were skeptical it would be very useful.

We were so wrong.

This is one of those products that gets better, not worse, the more you dig in into it. It feels like I know a secret that no one else knows.

IT HAS EVERYTHING. All in one app.

We're saving so much money.

We got an entire suite of software with at least 40 modules that we would have had to pay for from other apps (Social, SMS, Sales Management, Appointment Calendar, Ticket System, Live Chat, Integrated Automations, Etc..)

We can cancel so many services thanks to this software.

We had one issue logging in with the WordPress Apps, but it turned out to be our fault for not reading the manual. We sent a quick chat, and customer service answered on almost instantly. They were fast, very knowledgeable, patient, and kind.

That 5-star service made the sale for us.

We moved 22,000 contacts from another service that has 5% of the capability of EngageBay.

I don't write reviews. But I feel like we got so much for so little that I had to give back.

We will be recommending this to all of our small business clients.

Cons

I can't think of anything yet. We're still on the Honeymoon.

Good software - be sure to know your needs

Overall experience was very good. EngageBay is not a bad product at all. There are a lot of options available and the support is great.

Pros

I mainly used EngageBay to track contacts and for emails (broadcast emails, etc). Contact management was easy to follow and use. I really appreciated the training videos. The chat support has always been very helpful when needed.

Cons

Email templates were okay. . just okay, but customizable. Over the last couple of years, I anticipated more of a variety added that what has been. Pricing is okay. This is where I recommend that you know what you need and compare to pricing of other packages. You will find that EngageBay is competitive (I have the all in one), but I have to ask what I really use and need for the price. Also, be aware that the amount of emails to send are limited when you first start and you have to 'warm up'. I did not realize that and it delayed some aspects for me.

Commentary on my great results

EngageBay is a cloud-based CRM and email marketing software designed to help businesses with a wide range of industries grow their bottom line. This email marketing software is easy to navigate and will allow you to manage every aspect of your customer relationship from one central location. The customer relationship management system is very flexible and will allow you to track all of your customers from one location.

Pros

This app is the best way to track your sales, leads, tasks and people. It has a lot of features, but I use it mostly for the task tracking. It is easy to use and the CEO is very responsive to feedback. You can track your sales, leads, tasks, and people. And if you want to track a list of customers, you can create a list and use their email addresses to track sales and leads.

Cons

It's a very wide range of software and I think I use almost all of its features, my overall evaluation is positive because if you have a decent internet connection and a browser that works smoothly, you can control it from anywhere in the world.

Cons

However, I do wish the platform offered more space for lists without having to upgrade to a higher plan. Also, the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged in at least once a week seems a bit strict. I understand the need for some level of activity, but once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable.

Engagebay CRM

We are using Engagebay for our 3 account managers and 3 pre-sales people to collaborate and track deals. it has streamline the tracking of opportunities and given us a way to centralise documentation so that order processing can be tracked and made very efficient.

Pros

The ability to create custom fields that suit the unique approach of clients is excellent. The interface is intuitive and a number of sales people have commented that it is very easy to use and update deals. The support is excellent and fast. You get almost instant responses on chat. Also if you make a suggestion, they are quick to incorporate it if it has value.

Cons

Having more detailed documentation would definitely help. However the almost always available chat and quick responses goes a long way to offset this. I would like to see the ability to be able to standardise dashboards across all users centrally as opposed to having to create them on each users instance.

Best Value for Money

Pros

The support is top. You have always a support team member available via a chat and always, always get an answer within a minute. It is almost as if somebody from Engagebay stands beside your desk.
The features are nearly the same as in HubSpot but for really less mones.

Cons

The usability. But this doesn´t matter, as the support is glorious.

One of the best all-in-one CRM

My overall experience with Engagebay has been exceptional. EngageBay has made our whole Sales process easy to track. We are able to easily track where a prospect is in the Sales Cycle and on the Marketing side, we have been able to run a few successful email and sms campaigns. We have also been utilizing the landing pages from EngageBay for other campaigns that we have been running and for recruiting purposes as well.

Pros

What I like the most about EngageBay is that it's an inclusive platform where Sales, Marketing, and Support can be able to work together on the same platform and helps these different but intertwined departments to be always in sync.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like about Engagebay so far, it does everything we were looking for in a platform of its nature.
