Won't be disappointed
Great. The few times I did need support, I was responded to almost immediately.
Pros
Ease of use for most features within the platform. Expanding features allows you to create and use only what you need from a business prospective. 99.99% Uptime. Never offline.
Cons
Vacation schedules can be fleshed out more. If an employee on a rotation is off for more than one week at a time, you can't change which shifts are calculated as an actual shift booked off.

Complete Satisfaction
Love this system, wish I had known about it sooner!
Pros
This system is a gem when it comes to it's easy operation and time saving method to accurately track your employees work time.
Cons
I do not have any complaints with this system. It has made my job easier and more precise.

Review
No mistakes on forgetting when an employee has booked time off and allows for good communication with all employees through the messaging section. I also save time on re-editing an excel spreadsheet for every week which is what I did prior to using Agendrix.
Pros
Being able to customize it to how we can most utilize the program
Cons
When a request for time off is added in, the administrator should be able to adjust the times. There are times the employee enters in the wrong amount of time or am vs pm etc.

Agendrix is really user friendly. it's a time saver and the adoption rate was so quick and easy in our organization.
Cons
I wish there were some more customizable features but for the price, can't complain.

Could not/ would not go back!
Most of my staff being young, this application is right on for them. They get it from the start and never have they complained about the learning involved.
Pros
Easy to use, up to date in real time, appreciated by all our employees, its a hassle free software and they keep adding new features. My team of managers and I love it.
Cons
Not much to say there... I wish we could put more than one email address per user so parents AND employees could both get the schedules. That would be helpful.

Friendly user platform
Super satisfied, first time user for agendrix for the past 2 years and overall it's user friendly and very simple to understand. Nice platform to plan schedules, have conversations with your teams and have an overview of your teams of the day with a click of a button
Pros
Easy to navigate, straight to the point. No hassles like other platforms. I like that i can work on my schedules from everywhere.

Would love if there was a direct '' clock in'' link with UKG platform.

I wish our healthcare service would use this tool rather than devlopping non-fonctionnal softwares.

The live updating of everything to everyone - just makes communication, management and user experience a great ascet for employees and simpifies the planning.
Cons
Mobile app a little "narrow" for managers and administrators. Limited employee communication network (communicating between them ou share info or shifts.

The schedule and the time sheet are a MUST! I don't know how I was surviving before!

Well... for me and my realyty, it is pretty expensive... I would love to get more of the RH module but can't afford it (yet!)

Pros
You are able to manage employee time from anywhere. Our employees are also able to to manage their own time through the platform. We save a lot of time with this product.
Cons
It's impossible to have a designated master employee schedule per job position. This would save us even more time.

Agendrix was the best choice to manage global employees
Pros
Agendrix is the solution to manage shift employees across different time zones. The software has been reliable. We appreciate the fast and helpful tech support.
Cons
Agendrix's mobile app is not as user intuitive as the website. Printing PDF copies of the calendar and shifts needs refinement. API integration went well, except lunch/break data and certain vital fields are separated into different data tables.

Agendrix review
My experience with Agendrix is completely positive. Customer support is available in French and responds in a short time. It is easy to set up and very simple for employees to use. In addition, new functions are added each year to optimize the management of our human resources. I highly recommend it.
Pros
What I like the most with Agendrix is the ease of use. Graphics are clear and easy to use. The different layouts are fun to navigate and use for employees is simple and easy. The different human resource management options are practical and relevant. In addition, it is available in French!! It meets our needs exactly.
Cons
The only thing I don't like is that the mobile version is less complete than the online application. But this is not a big problem in itself. However, it is very practical for employees who have forgotten to write down their hours when doing payroll. They can do it in real time on their cell phone.

Can't work without it.
I can't imagine going back to Excel sheets. My work is a bit eaier beacause I'm using this software.

Easy acces for all the employees. it's so convinient and tracking the time is easy.

When someone ask for time off, the reason it's not easy to spot. (I had to write something sorry).

Great tool for scheduling our employees and keep the cost in our budget.
We used the free version for over 7 years, now we use the paid version, and we should have done it prior. It is a great and useful tool. Easy to use, plus we can always stay on top of the salary cost versus the projected sales.
Pros
Very easy to use, plus our employees really like it. They have no excuses of not showing up to work. They receive their schedules as soon as we publicize it. As managers, we also see if the employees have seen the schedule.
Cons
To me, the only part I sometimes have issues with is the availabilities of the employees, it seems to bug every now and then, but we always work around it if need be.
