Wrike; a comprehensive project management tool
Overall, we had a positive experience with the application. We deployed wrike at our desk, and able to get optimum results. We were able to manage 250+ employees from a single application. With wrike we were able to track everything including project schedules, working hours, ongoing tasks with detailed reports and analytics with visualizations and work flows. So, I would prefer wrike when it comes to project management, and it has been a great asset for team collaboration and event handling.
Pros
Wrike is quick and easy to setup. It has clean interface with variant functionality. Well its initutive with smooth navigation and flexible for team collaboration where users are able to organize the workforce and utilize the resources at work.
Cons
With its rock- solid performance at work, I couldn't notice demerits with the app. However, its quite expensive when it comes to pricing. But the features we are getting up with the app purchase is at the top, and can't deny that its way better than other competitive project management tools.

Fair to Good. I've used other Project Management tools in the past (MS Project, Trello) and Wrike seems to be the most restrictive.
Pros
ease of use when it works right. - I'm writing this next sentence because I received an error code saying that my initial entry (first sentence) was not "long enough". ???
Cons
Wrike seems to have issues with auto-assigning card numbers to tasks. I've had to get Wrike Support to "fix" our system 3 times in 2 years. When it works, it works great! Suggestion: Change Wrike's rules so that sub-tasks can be assigned card numbers.

Little love from the team - Poor customer service
I politely asked for a refund for the annual plan I was not using. Nobody cares to reply to me. There seems to be a lot of turnaround time in this company.
Pros
The set of features is very sophisticated.
Cons
It's a very dry and dated user interface. There is no easy entry point. I got a lot of push back from the team. It was difficult to scale up, features that worked for one person could not be easily deployed at the team level. Forcing us to sign an annual plan is not good either. I wasted a year of subscription which is infuriating.

Wrike Review: The Pros and Cons of Using This Project Management Solution for Remote Teams
Overall, my experience with Wrike has been highly positive. As a web developer, I've used many project management tools over the years, and I have found that Wrike stands out in terms of its ease of use, comprehensive feature set, and robust collaboration capabilities. I appreciate the platform's flexibility and ability to adapt to my team's unique needs, whether we're managing multiple projects, tracking tasks, or collaborating on documents. The real-time monitoring and reporting features have been especially helpful in keeping everyone on the same page and ensuring that we're meeting project deadlines. Additionally, the customer support team has been highly responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or encountered issues. Overall, I highly recommend Wrike to any team looking for a powerful, all-in-one project management solution.
Pros
As a web developer who often works with remote teams, I found Wrike's project management solution to be an excellent tool for improving collaboration and productivity. One of the features I liked most about the software was its ability to provide real-time updates on project progress, making it easy to track tasks and deadlines. Additionally, the task management system is very intuitive, making it easy to assign and track tasks across multiple projects. Another feature I found particularly helpful was the ability to communicate with team members within the platform, eliminating the need for multiple tools and reducing the risk of miscommunication. Overall, Wrike has become an essential tool for me and my team, helping us stay organized, focused, and on track towards meeting our project goals.
Cons
While I found Wrike to be an overall helpful project management solution, there were a few areas where I encountered some challenges. One of the main drawbacks I experienced was the initial learning curve when first using the software. The interface can be overwhelming at first, especially if you're not familiar with project management software. However, once I got the hang of it, I found the platform to be very intuitive and user-friendly. Another area of improvement could be the pricing structure, as the cost may be a bit steep for small businesses or startups. Additionally, while the software does offer a lot of features, some users may find that they don't need or use all of them, making it less cost-effective. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend Wrike as a valuable tool for remote teams and project management.

The most robust of project management tools for marketing
Overall a great tool - we moved from Jira and it is 100 times better in project management and ease of use. As far as robust project management tools go, I think Wrike is at the top
Pros
There are a lot of features, automations and customizations allowed in wrike. Once set up, a full view of projects is available. The foldering, project and task views all make sense for project management, and the request forms are nice and customizable
Cons
Unable to customize custom objects per task type - custom objects have to go on all or noneI would like more logic abilities behind automation assignments and status assignmentsNo templates - all custom build. This is a good and bad thing because we didnt really have something out of the box and are working hard to build from scratch

It's been okay. I think overall its more how the team uses it than the actual product itself
Pros
I like that you can create request forms, as well as the work flows, and subtasks. I also like the pre-built templates that you offer even though our team doesn't utilize them to the full extent like they should
Cons
I think the process of creating and assigning out tasks takes longer than what I truly have time for. I believe it's a great tool for certain members of our team & departments, but its a little too much for my data / software dev. department

an efficient tool for project management
Pros
One of the best features of Wrike is its flexibility; it allows you to customize the visualization of your projects, making it easy to understand and track progress. It is also very easy to use and its intuitive design makes the learning curve quite short.Another great advantage is the ease of collaborating with my team, as we can share files, set deadlines and send notifications efficiently. In addition, the system of assigning tasks and tracking their progress is very useful to keep control of the project.
Cons
The free version of Wrike has some limitations, such as the number of users and projects allowed, which can be inconvenient for large teams. Also, some of the advanced features, such as integration with other tools, are only available in paid plans.

Intuitive Project Management System
With the aid of Wrike's help portal and chat customer service, I learned a lot in a short period of time. With this application, you may generate databases of important information relevant to specific projects of any data type. Through the usage of its API, you may connect to, communicate to, and receive data from other programs you may already be using.
Pros
Using Wrike has helped us keep our teams on the same page when it comes to complicated projects and tasks. It has helped us integrate the product with our agile processes, manage our sprints, and generate bespoke dashboards and reporting. Creating bespoke task lists in Wrike allows me to make sure that every portion of the project is performed correctly and on time by every person that has to complete assignments. This is my favorite feature.
Cons
There is no way to set task priorities in Wrike's task management software. It is only important for a task to have a high priority setting. Because of this, it is difficult to prioritize all project activities and guide team members on which work should be completed first.

A powerful tool for content creation and workflow management
I enjoy this tool in writing my articles, managing my content and workflow. My overall experience is good.
Pros
Write is a very interesting tool for content creation and easy workflow management and planning. In addition, this software offers many interesting features such as the creation of multiple drafts and with the ability to access them anywhere, time management. It facilitates the writing and publishing of my working documents.
Cons
Write has a lot of features and I find it very good but personally I find that some of these features are not useful. Also, it is sometimes slow, which often makes it difficult to manage some workflows. Fortunately not all the time. That's why I like this software. In short, I think it should be faster, it should also allow us to schedule our articles for later.

Team project management software that is continually improving
Overall Wrike has made us much more organized as a company. Those of us who are process-oriented and organized love Wrike as a project management tool. We're so invested in the platform at this point that I don't think we could ever switch to another software even if we wanted to!
Pros
Wrike is very flexible in how you use it. It has MANY different ways to view the same data (list view, table view, kanban board style, etc). It has great options for setting up dashboards, scheduling workloads, managing complex projects, time tracking and reporting on all of that data.
Collaboration is easy with inboxes, @tagging, multiple assignees, document proofing, detailed comments/descriptions, file attachments and more.
We've enjoyed the community feedback aspect of Wrike as well. They take feature suggestions from users and allow others to vote on their usefulness, ultimately becoming a part of the product. Our company has made multiple recommendations which have helped guide the features being developed.
Cons
There is a significant amount of learning and coaching required to get up and running properly in Wrike. You WILL need multiple sessions with a Wrike rep to understand all of the functionality and get your groundwork setup correctly to ensure success.
We run into occasional issues where Wrike is slow to respond or a feature doesn't seem to work properly on some days. Luckily these are temporary issues and are usually resolved quickly!

Great Project Management System
Overall my experience with Wrike has been fantastic. I've used it for many years and it has been a great system.
Pros
I have used Wrike for years and highly recommend it to others all the time. The key to finding a good PM System is finding one that works like you work and Wrike offers so many ways to lay it out (boards, to do lists, by project, etc.). It is very easy to use and if you set up due dates you know what will be coming due and it will show on your to do list as well. I also love that I can add up to 5 team members + collaborators on the free version.
Cons
The only 'con' I have is that it would be nicer to have clarity on what Wrike considers 'projects' vs. 'folders'.

Task Management Made Easy With Wrike
Overall, Wrike is an excellent task management platform that makes it easy to assign tasks, track progress, and communicate with team members. The analytics and reporting features are great for project tracking and the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Streamline Projects and Boost Efficiency
Some problems it helped solve was collaboration with cross functinoal teams, created more efficiency in workflows, easier to manage and keep notes in multiple projects and tasks and gave transparency to stakeholders.
Pros
It offers a range of features that may be used by many teams and helped us work more efficiently with transparency. As a project manager, it is highly effective for managing multiple projects and teams. The tool is flexible, offers custom options and allows me to tailor my workspace to our needs by creating custom workflows, templates and reports. It is also a very collaborative tool and great for communication between projects. They also have a great BI tool. Their customer support is also top tier, from sales to the CSM we have.

Helpful for Small Agency Business
It's been a great product to use, but again the pricing for added seats is annoying.
Pros
Project set up is a breeze, but I know we don't use all of Wrike's features to the maximum. The time tracking is good, but there are glitches as well if you don't complete a time entry and traveling away from the product temporarily. In general, it is easy to use but could use more initial set up support to learn to maximize all of the features.
Cons
I wish you could enter time in a grid format as well. I tend to not enter my time daily so it makes it a laborious process to dig through each client and project to find the appropriate task for entry. I also hate that I can't buy individual seats. As a small agency, I just needed two seats but had to purchase 5. That's a massive waste of limited resources.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.
Wrike was easy to use for scheduling and tracking project activities, and pre-made templates and their ease of use helped us achieve this. I like the idea of customizing the panels for each project, as well as the reports that show the project's progress. I love the way Wrike fosters creativity, and always makes them think of solutions to any problems they may encounter. With Wrike's help, he increased team members' interaction with scheduling and updating tasks, and took notes on time, preventing any issues that could have hindered the project's progress.
Pros
With Wrike, the team succeeds in increasing interaction and coordination among themselves with high efficiency, as Wrike provides various ready-made templates that enable team members, even those who lack project management experience, to customize them according to the needs of their project, allowing the team to track all project components, and implement some workflow automation quickly . Wrike's options by displaying projects and tasks in a kanban board or a Gantt chart have helped us communicate and better track along the project lifecycle. I love the push notification system that Wrike provides that keeps you up to date with task updates as well as future tasks you have to complete. I like the way Wrike collects all the tasks entered by team members and shows them in tables with start and end dates, as well as team member feedback, in a tidy and modern design, and the dashboards dedicated to monitoring our workloads and deadlines have been helpful in ensuring quality and timely delivery . I also like how it works as a database on the cloud that includes all the updates and records collected by all team members during the enemies of the programs and also during their follow-up, and Wrike enables us to retrieve those files and attachments with tasks in the order of events, which saves time and effort in searching for them.
Cons
Not a lot of complicated or difficult to understand, as Wrike is easy to use for all levels, and does not need a lot of training to be able to the user to benefit from all the tools that it provides. The user interface is great, the visual representation of the different workflows and panels is amazing and easily understandable, and the notification system is efficient and accurate. But I do have notes on the mobile app, as I think it needs to be developed to match the web platform.

"From Chaos to Collaboration: How Wrike Transformed Our Workflow
Wrike is an outstanding tool that has revolutionized the way my organization, which is focused on education and research, manages its projects. Prior to Wrike, we used Google Drive to store all project-related documents, which made it challenging to locate information due to different naming conventions and disorganization.Wrike has completely transformed our approach to project management by enabling us to work smarter and not harder. It has provided us with a centralized platform to store all our project-related information, timelines, proposals, and briefing papers. It has simplified the management of our projects and helped us to maintain accountability for every task and deadline. What I love about Wrike is its capacity to accommodate a diverse range of tasks and projects. It is easy to use and navigate, and its project tracking feature provides real-time updates on task progress and completion. The ability to assign tasks to different team members and set deadlines ensures that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goal. One of the most remarkable features of Wrike is its flexibility. It is customizable to meet our specific needs, and we can tailor it to our workflows and processes. We can set up different folders and projects based on different aspects of our work, such as research projects, grant applications, and program evaluations. This has made it easier for us to manage and track our work and ensure that we meet our deadlines.
Pros
What I like most about Wrike is how it has transformed our workflow from chaos to collaboration. With Wrike, accountability is at the forefront of every project. We can assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, and track progress in real-time, which ensures everyone is accountable for their responsibilities. Furthermore, the reminders feature ensures that deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks. I also appreciate how Wrike tracks the workflow and progress of each task, allowing us to easily see what has been completed, what is currently being worked on, and what tasks are still outstanding. And with everything accessible in one click, Wrike has made it incredibly easy for our team to work together and stay on top of our education and research projects.
Cons
As with any software, there may be features that some users may feel are missing from Wrike. However, it's worth noting that Wrike is an extensive project management tool that covers many aspects of project management, from task management and time tracking to collaboration and reporting. Wrike also offers integrations with other software tools, such as Google Drive and Microsoft Office, which can help fill any gaps in functionality that some users may experience. That being said, some users may feel that certain features are missing or could be improved upon. For example, some users may prefer more advanced reporting features, or more customization options for task views. Additionally, while Wrike does offer a mobile app, some users may feel that the mobile experience could be improved.Overall, however, Wrike is a robust project management tool that offers a wide range of features, and most users find that it meets their project management needs well. If you have specific feature requests, it's always a good idea to reach out to the Wrike team and provide feedback. Wrike is continually evolving and improving, and user feedback is an important part of that process.

If you deal with a lot of tasks, you can't go wrong with Wrike.
Wrike doesn't suffer from a common issue as other software, that is lacking functionality, they constantly add more possibilities and do a lot of research with users to make sure that their focus are on our needs.
Pros
Our daily routine involves a lot of tasks, so we need to be able to easily create and manage them. Wrike is the best tool to accomplish this because you can create a task and add info to it in gradually, first the task name, then the due date, the assignee and so on. There's no friction at all to feed the tasks/projects with information, that's the reason why Wrike works so well for us.
Wrike offers much more functionality than you can imagine, you can not only manage tasks, but create really personalized tasks and projects with custom fields, several live views in formats like Gantt Chart, table and list view. You can set how much each team member costs by hour of work, and with time tracking you get real time reports for costs and risk management.
Our clients use Wrike as guests (Wrike calls them "Collaborators") and make approvals using the best technology on the market, not only with comments, but with proof and versioning capabilities.
The ability to create different workflow for tasks helps eliminated the need to create hundreds of subtasks and make the work just flow in a way we never could accomplish before.
Cons
One specific thing that I don't like it's that Wrike limits the Zapier integration to a minimum set of possibilities, probably because they offer Wrike Integrate, an owned functionality to create integrations. The bad side: you have to pay more to have access to it.

Highly Recommend
We have been able to get organized and store a ton of information in one place. This has also given us great insight as to what everyone’s workloads are like. Even if not everything is in the program, you can still get a good idea of what they’re up to or have time to work on. It’s a great way to group your tasks and you can create custom dashboards to make it so you see important tasks and what needs to get done at a glance. Despite some of the quirks, I recommend it.
Pros
For the most part, I really like this product. It has allowed us to easily organize, group and assign projects to our team and really helped us get more organized. I like that it has a nice, simple look with lists. It is easy to create a task and assign it to yourself or someone else, set dates, change priorities, add attachments, links, format text in your task description, and group them into folders. I also like that you can put the same tasks in different locations so, if it applies to 2 different categories, then it can live in both places. It is also great that you can set it up so that certain tasks set their dates according to other task dates.
Cons
There are some features that would really make this a great product and whenever I have contacted support, they basically try to upsell us to a different level plan that still doesn’t solve the problem we’re having. One thing that’s funny is that it will gladly notify you when someone has assigned a task to you... but if you assign a task to someone and they mark it complete... it won’t tell you. It’ll wait until all the sub tasks are complete and then tell you after a certain period of time that you can mark the task complete. This has literally NEVER been useful to me. It also has a funky set up when it comes to grouping related tasks underneath another tasks so you have to play around with a set up that works for you. Lastly, they have a desktop app that they always prompt you to use when you click links to Wrike in other locations like your email. The app was just another thing I had to have open that did not help with my programs and it doesn’t seem to allow you to not receive that notification each time you click a Wrike link.

Functionally adequate but UI needs improvement
The functionality is there for the most part and I really want to love Wrike, but the user interface is simply not as polished as some other major competitors (Monday, Asana, etc.). This hurts the user experience quite a bit.
Pros
• The ability to view my projects and tasks in several views (list, table, kanban board, Gantt, etc.)
• The easy report builder
• The ability to have projects and tasks show up in multiple locations is fantastic. This means that projects and tasks aren't confined to only "live" in the location they were created. They can be displayed in multiple locations at once allowing different contributors and stakeholders to have access to the same items simultaneously without having to duplicate them. This was a big reason why I went with Wrike. Few other competitors have this architecture.
• The ability to add stakeholders without having it count towards your purchased user licenses. Wrike is a pricy platform so this definitely brings the cost down a litte.
•
Cons
• UI needs a lot of improvement:
- I should, at a glance, be able to immediately tell the difference between a folder, a project, and a task in every view that is available. Currently, they just blend together and it is very difficult to see any separation between these three items (in for example the Table view). This is THE biggest point of annoyance for me with Wrike. Other competitors in this price class have very clear visual interfaces with visually distinct screen elements. Adding an icon or other visual indicator to each item type would solve this very easily.
• The fact that the folder pane doesn't show in the List view by default when clicking a folder makes it difficult to provide folder information to a team. They simply won't know that a folder contains information unless they deliberately check. This is a big miss.
• The folder/project/task panel should be easier to open and close. The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous. This seems like a small detail but UX/UI design issues like this can really drag down the user experience.
• Also, I should be able to do bulk changes from the Table view and not just the List view. These views are different enough to where this is an issue.
• Review and approval add-on feature is an almost necessary feature for creatives but way too expensive as an add-on. Wrike is already a pricy platform. These add-on costs feel very greedy.

The project management tool that simplifies my life.
Wrike has allowed us to better coordinate our activities and reduce the time we previously spent managing projects. Additionally, real-time visibility into project progress has allowed us to spot issues and take proactive steps to resolve them. Overall, Wrike has improved our productivity and made our lives easier when it comes to managing projects.
Pros
Wrike is an intuitive and easy-to-use project management tool that has allowed me to efficiently organize and track my team's projects. With Wrike, I can create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates, and track progress in real time. Also, the integration with other productivity tools has further improved my workflow.
Cons
Although Wrike is very useful, its interface can seem overwhelming at first, which took me a bit of time to get used to all the functions and features of the software. Also, the price is a bit high compared to other project management tools.
