Great all-in solution
The landscape of finance solutions is enormous. Most focus on a single area, e.g. expensing, payments or invoice management and are totally disconnected from each other. With Payhawk we have an all-in-one solution that covers all areas backed by a super strong product team. As a result we can focus on what really matters for us as a fast growing startup and don’t have to waste time on admin stuff
Pros
It integrates super well with your ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite).
Cons
We started using Payhawk a couple of month ago. So far I am not missing any features. However I am looking forward to get to know new features the product team is working on.

Payhawk makes simple what before was a headache
My experience with Payhawk is very good, before I was using other softwares like Captio which were not working very well and the Artificial Intelligence failed a lot. With Payhawk is different, the ticket reading is simple and fast and the creation of reports and expenses is almost on live. I have a 200 EUR prepaid card which is always ready just for some regular shopping on stores or even Amazon which is very fast for the business.
Pros
No more ticketing control, no more saving papers that you can lose. Just take pictures of the tickets while travelling or buying some stuff for work and that's all. The AI will read all data and will introduce all numbers and dates into the app to make the automatic report.
For my company, I have 200 EUR prepaid card just for regular shopping or when one day travelling so it's very convenient.
Cons
There are no much cons actually, everything is quite visual and easy to follow. You need a short training at the beginning to understand all features but the rest is smooth.

Pros
Receipt collection from users and issuance of debit cards
Cons
When claiming per diems, if the location is not applied specifically to the city (eg. London) but to a specific address (eg. Tower Bridge, London), the UK generic rate is picked and not the London rate.

Payhawk Feedback
When there are no exceptions and you do not need to adjust something in your own administration it works well. However from the moment something needs to be adjusted the impact is quite high on your previous administration.
Pros
It is nice it can be used across teams. Customer service is always very friendly
Cons
- Layout of expenses is quite unclear, you can not easily see what team made what purchase- When adjusting one of the information (categorization) fields this has directly impact on all previous purchases as well. This makes the impact of adjusting quite high. It would be nice if you for example could point out that the information fields such as selecting the date from when you would like to see it change in stead of for the whole administration- The info fields sometimes just change or get empty while typing- Even when adding suppliers to the list of suppliers it still adjust every-time you add a new purchase from the same supplier. When you are thus not focussed on adjusting this you end up with a great amount of supplier accounts for the same supplier (for example 5 versions of the a realtor supplier)- I feel that the interface of the company expenses is quite hectic. A lot of information is displayed but not the information you might want to see there. It would for example be nice if you could adjust the selected fields you see instead of only being able to see the note added and category

The best expense management system I've ever used
We get great visibility of our employees T&E spend. We have built great controls with Payhawk to ensure that the burden of travel administration falls onto each employee and not the finance team. As there are late receipt system controls in place, this means that employees have to comply with receipt deadlines without it being policed by the finance team. All receipts and payments are automatically sync'd with our finance system which is seamless.
Pros
The product is very easy to use. The integration with NetSuite is a game changer for us. It couldn't be easier for employees to upload their receipts. They are constantly releasing new features to ensure they provide the best product for customers.
Cons
Its hard to think of any as new feature updates have solved previous weaknesses. The only con is that you can only have credit cards with Payhawk US and debit cards are not supported.

The best expense management system
I think it was the best tool that we have. Is very useful to manage all our monthly purchases, you have it under control, you can define limits, funds and payments very easy. You can also can have the recurrent subscriptions in the same panel, to know the monthly expenses. You can pay invoices, reimburse expenses and use the credit cards.
Pros
The easy use, implement, manage and control. Also, the support team is impressive! how they follow open cases, the fast answers, their knowledge.
Cons
Is a brand new tool, so it's improving their functionalities every day. We started without the Netsuite integration, and now it's working perfectly. We have also the travelperk integration and it's very good. The best is that the product and development team is always connected with your needs and helping a lot in Payhawk grow.

Has become essential to the operation of our business.
We have a high volume of transactions across many, short-lived projects. Payhawk keeps our teams on budget and in control of spending.
Pros
Immediate access to spending, oversight for management, reduces friction of collecting paperwork.
Cons
The UI of the website can be cumbersome and prone to breaking completely. Customer service can be slow or uncooperative at times.

Good experience with Payhawk
Pros
The platform is intuitive and very easy to use. The supporting team is very helpful and they reply fast. What I like most is that Payhawk helps me to control the expenses and have a better view of them as I can create and download reports and be able to include all the information I need.In addition, they help you to integrate your bussiness to the platform and you can have many entities as you want.
Cons
In my opinion, Payhawk can be improved and new features can be added. It would be a good idea to have the possibility to block cards to certain entities and categories so the cards can only be used in entities related to the companies 'expense policy. Also, it would be great to be able to select all the expenses that I want to reimburse instead of clicking one by one

Overall; a great service!
Payhawk gives our employees the perfect about of spending freedom but also makes everyone accountable for their own expenses and invoice processing. The reporting functions are great and the Payhawk support team are always there, willing to assist with any issues that may arise!
Pros
I have been using PayHawk for around 2 years now and it as been a game changer in my Company for expenense management, invoice payments for suppliers and much more! It's very user friendly and although I do not normally like notifications from apps, Payhawk keeps me on top of reciept submissions and approving expenses for my team! I would highly recommend!
Cons
Sometimes there is a ever so slight delay with updating limits/ purchases/ approvals but it always seems to sort itself out pretty quick!

Great card management system
Pros
Easy to use, makes very easy for the accounts department to track and chase for receipts on company purchases, two-step authentication is a livesaver when it comes to fraud prevention.
Cons

Incredible tool and outstanding support
Wonderful product, it has saved me loads of time reconciling invoices, chasing receipts and approving payments, it connects with Xero and makes it easier to have our records up to date and in order.
Pros
The product is really useful in everything we do in our finance team, it helps us reconcile expenses quicker and has a really cool app that reminds people when a receipt is missing. Authorising payments is a breeze using the app and when any issue presents the support team is right there to help.
Cons
In the beginning, there were a few things that needed to be adjusted in the way the information was displayed but Payhawk did their best to adjust our requirements and train us to use it and make the best out of the product.

PayHawk Review
The platform itself is somewhat basic, however this can been seen as a strength as it aids ease of use, and new features are being added all the time. It is much better than using the legacy paper/excel/pdf based credit card system - being able to save receipts electronically is a game changer!
Pros
OCR functionality and invoice/receipt scanning, as well as being able to block cards in real time
Cons
Our users not filling in/submitting the required expense information!

Payhawk Mobile End User
The mobile app is great and the web interface is equally slick.
Pros
I've been exposed to multiple different expense management tools over the years, and Payhawk beats them all. Simple, quick and no excuses for lost receipts or complex management of expenses. Its quick and simple from an end user perspective, which means I can process each expense as soon as it occurs and know that I will get reimbursed.
Cons
Receipt scanning could be a little slicker and automatically crop just the receipt instead of capturing the whole image.

Great application!
Pros
It is very easy to use. The customer service is very fast and helpful. They are very solution oriented and developing is quite fast.
Cons
We have been testing with the integration with NetSuite for a long period now and are still not ready to go live (currently using Sandbox) due to errors we receive when sending to NetSuite. Furthermore, reimbursements can only be done to EUR, GBP and BGN, while we have employees in whole Europe with different currencies.

Easy to use
Pros
Is very easy to use, the reports are quite good, and its easy to find an invoice or expense
Cons
When we used payhawk and QBO we used to have a lot of issues, once we migrated to Netsuite it got much better, but we still have some issues. Main one we review the invoice and it migrates to Netsuite but for some reason the invoice/transactions stays on the to review list

Payhawk is a gamechanger!
Payhawk has shortened our month end processes and been incredibly involved and helpful throughout our use.
Pros
The time spent chasing for receipts is in real time and not always left to the end of the month.
Cons
Sometimes there are platform glitches but the product team at Payhawk are always quick to respond and try to rectify
