It simplifies communication and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I can see who has the ball in their court and know instantly where issues or potential issues may be hiding which eliminates issues with stubborn subcontractors and makes invoicing an accounts payable/receivable that much easier. There's nothing sitting in Beta mode, they work out issues seemingly before they become issues. Should you run into an issue, they are quick to help and often have a module to learn whatever it is you may be struggling with, making it easy for the young assistant superintendent or the seasoned senior superintendents learn the same systems with ease. > > **Cons**: It's not the most cost effective choice, but it is the most effective choice.
