Flexible project management tool
Pros
It has a simple and easy to use user interface. It allows you to create personalized designs that adapt to the particularities of each project. It facilitates the identification of problems and allows them to be listed for their orderly attention. Communication with team members is very effective with personal or group chat room.
Cons
The configuration to integrate it with some Zoho tools turned out to be a bit cumbersome. It is also bit slow to load the resources.

This easy-to-use app keeps track of chores and projects quickly
I really like the functions, the tools, and everything else that this software provides us with in order to manage a project. Those tools are really useful and important at the moment in order to manage a project and collaboration, and this software, it's absolutely useful if you want to manage like a professional.
Pros
Zoho projects have a number of great features, but one of my favorites is the option to personalize the parameters for the project management. In addition to being incredibly simple to operate, the customization function meets the vast majority of the needs that my firm has in regard to project management.
Cons
Zoho Projects is, without a doubt, one of the least user-friendly and most aggravating pieces of software I have ever worked with. It has some of the worst user experience and interface (UI) that I have ever seen, and it is missing some of the most fundamental capabilities that a project management software ought to have. It has been nothing but a hassle from the beginning to the end.

I definitely recommend to use
The interface is very user friendly and I found the features very useful. I especially like the ability to manage tasks, track progress and store documents. I'm also grateful for being able to customize the clipboard to suit my specific needs. I highly recommend Zoho Projects to anyone looking for a comprehensive project management solution.
Pros
I liked the fact that Zoho Projects is a powerful and easy to use project management software that allows me to better manage and organize my projects. It has a great interface that's easy to navigate and understand, and it has a wide range of features that make it a great tool for managing projects of all sizes and complexities. Additionally, the software integrates with other Zoho products, making it easy to manage multiple projects from one platform.
Cons
I was extremely satisfied with the Zoho Projects platform, frankly, there was nothing I didn't like.

I wanted to love it.
I wanted to love ZOHO Projects and all of ZOHO suits. And I still believe the concept is a fantastic one. Most of the major apps any small business will need one place. But it felt like ZOHO haphazardly patched together apps from several different creators.
I will be happy to try ZOHO again, once integration becomes more seamless. I look forward to newer versions!
Pros
The single login with the ZOHO suite was a nice feature. I tried ZOHO primarily because I wanted one suite for the majority of my business app needs.
Cons
My major complaint falls into two categories:
1. Integrations between ZOHO's own products are not as good as could be. And I have seen better integration with other PM software and third-party apps.
2. ZOHO suite, in general, does a lot of things, but most things not well.
I signed up for ZOHO Projects primarily because I wanted to integrate it with other apps in the ZOHO suite. However, I found these integrations were not seamless and nowhere near as functional as they could be. For example; I use both Projects and Invoices for clients, can send them invites from both applications for a client portal. However, both portals require a seperate login for the client. This frustrates clients, as they know both apps are ZOHO, yet they need separate credentials.
On my end, all of ZOHO's billing was not integrated. Which means there was a separate invoice and viewing page for billing for each ZOHO APP. I would expect billing to function more like G Suite, with all ZOHO apps billed together.
As a stand-alone PM APP I found it not to be user friendly. You can't choose which fields or features you want. We tend to use more of a Kanban methodology and would prefer if task start and end dates were not mandatory. While I like the idea of the Sprint version of this APP, I wanted some of the client management features of full Projects.

The most impressive project management tool ever
Great and highly recommended project management tool.
Pros
So many pros for Zoho projects like the parent-child task feature, time tracker for every task, create issues, tracker for issues, timesheet management, and many more.
Cons
It takes a while for the tool to load sometimes, but other than that, it's great.

I've been using Zoho Projects for project management and can say it's the best in the business.
Altogether, I found Zoho Projects to be an outstanding programme to improve. Its features and capabilities have assisted me in streamlining my process for managing projects and effectively collaborating with my clients and colleagues. Yet, it could not be ideal for everybody, particularly those who require specialised modification.
Pros
Since the first day I've been using it, I've seen a number of the most popular features such as Project Initiation: The software includes an easy-to-use project planning function that allows me to divide my projects into achievable parts and set milestones and deadlines.Collaboration: Zoho Projects enables me to collaborate in real-time with my colleagues and clients, providing that each individual is on the same level.Time Tracking: I can track how much time I spend on each assignment, which allows me to manage resources more efficiently and bill clients more correctly.Gantt Charts: The Gantt chart component of the software allows me to visualise the project schedule, dependencies, and progress.
Cons
I've noticed certain problems with Zoho Projects, such as limited integrations: While it interacts with various third-party apps, it offers less connectors than other project management systems. The software is very user-friendly, although it may take a while to become acquainted with its features and capabilities.Modification Options Are Limited: The software's modification options are restricted, which may make it unsuitable for businesses with specialised needs.

Pros
Zoho Projects is a cloud-based platform, which means that users can access and collaborate on their projects from anywhere, at any time. This makes it a popular choice for businesses with distributed teams or remote workers.
Cons

Zoho Project- A great place for project management
We have utilized Zoho Projects as an easy-to-use application to monitor all of our projects and keep track of activities, assigned tasks, and due dates. While producing reports, it is good to keep the history of the time spent on the project.
Pros
It is a cheap and good project management application with various features. The monthly price is very low for a person something like $5. Moreover, found it good for reporting and time tracking as well.
Cons
Zoho Projects is limited and good for small businesses and startups.

One if you're in the Soho eco system
Organising people, resources and tasks was the aim. In the end, it was too time consuming to manage the software rather than the projects themselves!
Pros
It integrates with other Soho products well and has a lot of features you'd expect in top end project management systems.
Cons
It's so confusingly organised. Settings are all over the place, in non-logical places, sometimes five clicks deep to get to. If you spend a few days setting it all up, it's powerful. You'll need a manual to do it though!

A practical solution for small teams
It is a practical and easy to use project planning suite although it has limited functionality in the smaller plans that does not allow people to test it before committing to an upgrade.
You cannot test a project plan solution without properly using tasks and subtasks.
Pros
The ability to link to other Zoho solutions (CRM etc) and integrate information from various functions and third parties in project planning and implementation.
Cons
Problematic value for money for small teams that need more functionality. Also, there is no ability to customize functionality and price package.

Amazing feature for project management
Zoho Projects has been one of the best cloud based project management software that has been really helpful for us in managing and tracking all the progress of the project.
Pros
ZOHO projects have many great features, but one of my favorites is the option to personalize the parameters for project management. The part that allows for customization is elementary to use, but it also meets most of the needs that my company has for project management. I enjoy the functionalities, the facilities, and everything else that this program provides us with to manage a project. Those tools are beneficial and vital at the time to maintain a project and collaborate on it. I like all of the features that this software provides.
Cons
It might be challenging to make changes to Zoho prototypes. Its scalability is slightly limited for specific features due to the constraints. Although it helps establish projects, it does not have a platform for individual dialogue. People prefer not to lean on Zoho tasks to convert their work over to Spreadsheets to interact with other people since they find it cumbersome.

A Useful Task Management Tool
The decision to move from a fully custom-built system to the Zoho ecosystem was based on the ability to have full control over customization and also the ability to integrate with other apps. While there is some built-in integration with other Zoho apps, some technical configuration is required to get them all to work well together.
Pros
Zoho Projects is a fully cloud-based project management solution that is ready to go right out of the box. The ability to create templates for re-use is very helpful in an environment that repeats the same processes for various clients throughout a product life cycle. What is also good is the ability to modify an existing template without affecting project that previously used that template. This makes it easy to revise processes without disrupting already in progress projects.
Cons
Unfortunately the number of project templates that you can create within Zoho Projects is limited unless you purchase more. So if your company uses more than 20 templates at a time be prepared to pay more money upfront. Zoho Projects has a lot of built-in features which require time and tutorials or training to fully understand. This can be a disadvantage for companies who need to get up and running very quickly but is worth the effort for time saving in the future.

Good software for collaborative project management
Pros
Our team's efficiency in managing, executing, and collaborating on projects has improved due to utilizing Zoho Projects' features and tools. We may add clients towards the client platform to have them on the project on which we are cooperating, and we can control and filter the data we provide with them.
Cons
The software takes a long time to load the resources, so I had to wait for it to finish loading all of them before I could begin working with it. I need to download the software since I can't use it from my smartphone. The interface design is obsolete, and there is no indication that it will be updated soon.

You can quickly delegate tasks, collaborate efficiently with all colleagues and partners
Zoho Projects, one of the best cloud-based program management and coordination tools, has an issue tracking app that facilitates networking and communication and speeds up project completion. Create a track of your activities using Zoho Projects' iOS mobile apps.
Pros
A cloud-based initiative is a software creation activity that has more than one million customers worldwide. It enables you to effectively schedule and execute your activities. You can quickly delegate tasks, collaborate efficiently with all colleagues and partners, be mindful of all development reports, generate timely reminders of construction activity, and execute project schedules at a certain time of events. With a huge range of third-party frameworks, projects would be an excellent fit for the workplace.
Cons
Zoho prototypes are difficult to customize. Its scalability is somewhat constrained for certain features. It is helpful for project creation, but it lacks a forum for individual communication. People do not like to rely on Zoho tasks to switch works to Excel in order to communicate with others.

Excellent for technical entrepreneurs, product developers
For entrepreneurs, it's a good choice considering low cost, flexibility, CRM integration, and client access options.
Pros
Zoho Projects integrates well with Zoho CRM, so it's a great choice if your salesflow involves Lead -> Sales -> Client PM. You can simply create a new Zoho Project from your Zoho CRM account view, including templates for tasks, and discussion topics.
Cons
It's not as polished as some leading software but has made major improvements in recent years.

Perfect for a small business with lots of clients
We had been looking for years on how to properly transition from a printed spreadsheet, to an online collaborative system where all members of our (small) team could easily access production and client information from a central online platform. We tried various project management tools, but the curve with Zoho Projects was perfect. We all learned how to use the software in less than a day so we can now focus on getting work done. It's been a time and money saver from day one and we look forward to the continued incremental improvements to further help our business.
Pros
Easy to learn interface. Adaptable to our business needs. Very good for a cooperative or individually-based environments.
Cons
We do a lot of searching for tasks. However, when you are inside one of the few dozen projects we have, we can only search for tasks within the project. It would be great to have a search where all tasks are displayed, no matter where you are inside Projects. This would be great for how we have adapted the software for our needs.

Zoho Projects: Bang for Your Buck (but often frustrating to use)
Pros
The price point. The features you get at a very low cost relative to the competition are amazing.
Cons
The user interface. At scale, the software just isn't up to the task of managing large numbers of projects. The project list itself lazy loads, which makes it very difficult to find the project you are looking for. The notifications disappear the second you view them, so unless you are prepared to take immediate action on a notification, it is gone forever. We kept losing communication, and losing track of tasks.
Support (which appears to be entirely offshore), is pretty unapologetic about the problems, and defends them as design choices. We ultimately ended up leaving for a provider that costed more but had more usable software for our agency.

A project management and scheduling program
A very cheap and a useful product with allows you to have full control over the activity manager. Work flow automation with trigger-based events is also very useful feature. There are some time bugs present in the system with occasional service unavailability
Pros
Zoho specializes in planning, execution and perfection of your projects. The program helps you to assign tasks to your team with complete communication and progress. The tool also provides project insight to client with complete and detailed report. Task customization and time tracking option is also featured within this tool.
Cons
Google integration support is not available due to which sharing documents and live updates are not available. Document storage is very limited with a limited support of format. Calendar integration is not available with very limited tool features.

A very efficient, clear and proactive platform, extremely well designed and developed.
Collaborating without any problems with colleagues, partners, pupils.
I tried it in different ways, both working out documents and managing complex projects without encountering serious hitches or bugs.
Pros
The overall structure is particularly friendly and intuitive. The customer can learn immediately how to manage the contents and surf among the different widgets proposed. It is worth noting the large offer of management tools even in the free-or-charge version.
As a manager of a noprofit organization I appreciate a lot this approach and I am spreading out Zoho among my colleagues as the current best platform for collaborating both in business and in education sectors.

Zoho is the Project Management software that fits your needs - whatever they are
Zoho is a great way to keep on top of your project management without requring a tremendous amount of time or skill to jump in. However, if you put in the time to learn about how to use the variety of features, it offers a wide range of options to meet many different needs, from time management to document management, to collaboration.

Simple enough for even the least tech-savvy member of your team to use, but packed with enough features to make serious project managers happy
Unlimited users at any price point
Multiple viewing options (Task list, Kanban, Dependency, Gantt chart)
Easy to find answers to questions about how to use features
Good price points for features offered
Very customizable

A Comprehensive Project Management Platform
I have used a number of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Basecamp, Trello) and we are quite happy with Zoho Projects. We are a technology SaaS startup running distributed operations across the US and Caribbean. Zoho Projects allows us to collaborate and track progress on a myriad of tasks seamlessly. Highly recommended.
Pros
Zoho Projects offers a comprehensive suite of capabilities and allows a large distributed team to collaborate and manage a myriad of tasks.
Cons
The range of functions and capability means Zoho Projects does not have the ease of adoption of a Basecamp so there is more of a learning curve for you and your staff.
