1) The pricing plans of Teamplify lack customizability and flexibility, it would be great if a few features are potrayed as add-ons that are customizable as per our requirements.
2) It took us some time to get used to the Teamplify interface and I believe that a few more detailed guides would've definitely helped.

We chose Teamplify over Trello as it offered more features and had an easy and hassle-free setup process. Moreover, it aligned perfectly with all of our needs and requirements.

What's great about Teamplify is that it makes daily updates really easy. This reduces long meetings by making it super easy to share what everyone is working on. With the Automation of reports and very clear tracking of progress, It indeed helps in keeping up wit htasks without feeling overwhelmed.

While Teamplify does a lot of things right, I do wish the notifications could be just a bit more configurable. Sometimes it feels like I get alerts that are not super relevant, and I would like to be able to tune this better. That's really not a big deal, and if they fix this one thing, the tool will already be friendlier to use.

The lack of a feedback feature for instructions bugs me the most.
It is not very compatible with Windows, a major issue as Windows is the most widely used operating system.
