The process of creating a reservation is efficient and can be accomplished on one screen, except for entering credit card information. > > **Cons**: The direct billing and creation of statements and invoices could be improved in order to be able to create statements with individually selected invoices instead of a date range. It would be beneficial to see the Do Not Rent flag on each reservation instead of guest profiles. It was fixed back to they way it was. I'm the one that had to make it work so it wouldn't look like we were double billing the guest in the credit card companies eyes. It was simple to learn and to teach to our new staff. Install....easy. Learning/teaching...piece of cake. This PMS is built to ease operational stress.
