The system is very easy to use, the auto-payment posting is very nice and a huge time saver. The reporting capabilities are also A+ for managing AR. > > **Cons**: Updating a claim is a little difficult but once you learn how, it's not so bad, just something to get used to. You have to "clone" the visit to make any claim updates, in doing so the old claim is voided and a new claim populates. Their service team is wonderful and helpful for anything you need, as well will record training sessions so you can look back on the how to. > > My overall experience with Euclid has been very good, I would recommend over other products. If you're looking for a system that offers good billing management, look no further.
