Amazing Value
For the price, you can't go wrong. At first I was skeptical that we wouldn't make much money off of this, but I'm shocked how much our ROI is on omnisend, such a small price to pay for an amazing return. Keep it up.

Too buggy, but keeps costs down
Overall, I regret choosing Omnisend instead of Klaviyo. It was close, Klaviyo was a bit more expensive but I liked the support option of Omnisend. In the end, I regretted it and after a year we are switching

I liked chat was quickly available. It has a lot of features, except reporting they make you pay for proper reporting
Cons
Very buggy -> Doesn't use best practices. For example a long time, when we made a copy of live to staging site (which we have to do regularly for WooCommerce) they would override our URL in our email to our staging site and start sending that out. They claimed to fix it, made me jump through all these hoops to reconnect, and it still broke. So they don't even know how their product works.
You need the 24/7 chat support because there are bugs after bugs. And they demand you keep everything in one long thread so it is very hard to find issues if you need to refer back to them.

Overall, my experience has been great with Omnisend and I would highly recommend them to other business owners.
Pros
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Being able to schedule email campaigns and automations with various rules has been such a beneficial aspect of Omnisend for running my small business. The amount of features included with their plans also eliminates the need for other apps, such as sign up forms or reviews. They really do provide an all encompassing service to their customers.
Cons
There have been glitches with scheduled SMS campaigns not sending, but this has been a rare occurrence.

Pros
Super easy to use and set up with lots of options for segmentation/automation at a reasonable price point. The support is excellent too.
Cons
While the pre-designed email templates could be much better, it's very easy to create your own customised templates, which I found much more effective for our brand.

Overall I am very happy and use it regularly. It has replaced our other tools as the go to for email campaigns, sign-up form builder, welcome automations and cart abandonment automations.
Pros
The email builder is easy to use and the automations are straight-forward and easy to setup.
Cons
I would like to be able to see orders from all campaigns and automations in one place. I find it is a bit of work to jump between all the active automations and recent campaigns to see which one drove sales. Cost of SMS is higher than other providers, which has prevented us from using the SMS more.

Cheaper alternative to Klaviyo with the same or similar functionalities.
Support is great, better than Klaviyo. Is like talking to someone who really has worked with the software and not reading an script.
Cons
The overall distribution of the website. You cannot preview older campaigns, without exiting omnisend.
Also, when you click the audience Tab the first option to appear should be the Segments tab, not de contact list.

Great Service!
I’ve enjoyed Omnisend for my small business! While I am not personally the greatest at running email campaigns, setting up customized email automation has been life changing.
Pros
I love the statistics Omnisend provides regarding my email campaigns and the ease of creating and sending out new email campaigns. I also love that there are detailed instructions available to help automate custom emails for customers.
Cons
I wish there were more options for design creation, and I wish it were easier to resend order confirmation emails for my store. There have been multiple times I’ve been asked to resend the confirmation and I can’t seem to resend the original email.

Love Omnisend!
We have loved working with Omnisend, the quarterly meetings are helpful to give us new things to try and strategies to implement. They also ask for our opinion on features we would like to see and take them back to the developers and overall we've seen positive changes come from that.
Pros
I love the email builder, it's very easy to work with and understand. Also their customer support is AMAZING. If an issue arises they are quick to respond and help us figure out the problem. They also are continuing to integrate with apps that shopify uses and we've been enjoying the benefits of that.
Cons
Our company really loved the scratch and win feature and it was removed when the builder was upgraded. Also when utilizing the mobile only features there is a button at the bottom that displays the email again with desktop features which can be slightly confusing to customers.

I've been using it for years with 20+ different clients for my email & SMS marketing agency and I love using it everyday.
Pros
Ease of use, segmentation builder is great, overall the flow of working in Omnisend is much smoother than in other similar platforms. I can get stuff done fast and easy. Unique discount codes are easy to create and use in campaigns and automations. SMS is cost-effective with their Pro plan.
Cons
Omnisend lacks some advanced/situational features that you need once in a blue moon, but their team is very receptive to feedback so I use every chance I get to share feedback with them and help improve the product. The only major area where I feel it is lacking compared to other similar platforms is reporting & analytics - but as far as I know it is on their roadmap for Q4 to improve this.

Choose Omnisend, you won't regret it!
We have been Omnisend clients for about two years and are quite happy with our experience thus far.
Pros
They have great account managers, I have always been able to get into contact with my account manager or a support team member quickly. They are also constantly updating features, if there isn't a feature available you can request them to look into it. Most of my requests have been addressed or fixed. Lastly it is a very cost-efficient platform, I researched many others and Omnisend had an extremely competitive cost.
Cons
Originally the SMS program was very simple, but it has evolved with feature changes and updates. Now it gives the functionality of most other platforms.

Extremely effective! No problems
Very easy to integrate apps, manage flows and switch accounts to work on different stores. Love it!
Pros
I liked how easy it is to use and manage, the best part is how easy the abandoned flows are to create. No coding experience is needed and there are never any issues.
Segments, pop ups and campaigns are extremely easy to set up and there is no guesswork when it comes to creating a strategy with the additional help blogs Omnisend provides.
Their support team is unmatched a 10 out of 5 stars from me!

The analytics could be improved so I can see more than just the last mon of results, additionally, a text-based email would be great to add to some of my flows as a more personal touch.

A solid and effective email platform
Overall a very good platform for our email marketing and e-commerce transactional emailing needs. The platform is user-friendly and straightforward, and support has always been helpful and responsive when needed.
Pros
Ease of configuring and customizing emails, powerful automations, and excellent support anytime I've needed to reach out with a question or clarification.
Cons
Lack of SMTP support. Not a dealbreaker, but I've found most email marketing platforms also provide an SMTP integration for the websites they're connecting to. So we actually have to use a free tier of a competing email marketing service to handle this particular functionality. It would be nice to have this all under "one roof", so to speak.
Reporting is a bit basic on the standard plan, requiring a fairly significant cost-per-month increase to access what they call "advanced reporting" in their Pro plan. We don't need the additional features bundled with the pro plan, so it's hard to justify the increased spend just to access better reports.

Trouble validating emails provided by our customers offline. We've been in business over 60 years (long before email was a thing), but we still had thousands of customer emails dating back some time. Love using Omnisend for my business
I think the support is great and the product works well. I'm very happy.
Pros
I find Omnisend very easy to use whenever I want to create a campaign or an automation. I don't use it to its full potential but I have enjoyed using it over the years and send things out via Omnisend daily.
Cons
For my more limited use, based in South Africa where the $ is much stronger than the local currency, it's a bit expensive for my business.

Great product, needs more freedom of sending.
Overall it's good. I would entertain a different company if we could just send to our contact list as it stands, instead of spending whole weeks of hours each year clearing out people who want to be on our list but who usually only buy once ever year to two years due to the great lasting standard of our product.
Pros
Streamlined and quick, user friendly. Has some interesting tools that make sending emails quick.
Cons
We have a high-ticket item and decades-lasting product. Our products are things that men hand down to sons. So having to keep my contacts so strictly under 1% disengaged if very trying. We only send to people who willingly sign up and it takes me longer each week to keep these contacts something that Omnisend wants it to be than a collective 6 months of writing email content!

Very positive experience. We switched to Omnisend after having delivery and subsequent support issues with different major service. Omnisend support offers very quick and knowledgable responses to questions via on-line chat. Very easy design platform helps generate new campaigns quickly without hassle.
Pros
Versatile design editor and list moderation. Straightforward pricing. Prompt accurate support via on-line chat.
Cons
While they do have quite a few very usable pre-made design templates, we would still like to see a few more holiday/event specific templates as well as some with a bit more 'modern' flair.
