Satisfied Three Year Customer
Overall, I am very satisfied, and support was great during the migration to the new version. I wish I had understood before the migration. I was creating a new account on a new platform, and my current subscription would not automatically transfer. I was locked in the free plan until my subscription was transferred, which was done quickly.
Pros
Most of my time was with MailerLite Classic, which I found easy to use and quite reliable. From the beginning, support has been excellent. I just migrated to the New MailerLite, which feels a lot more intuitive and worth the effort to switch to the New version. I spent most of my time using MailerLite Classic, which I found to be easy to use and quite reliable. From the start, their support has been excellent. I have just migrated to the new version of MailerLite, which feels much more intuitive and definitely worth the effort to switch. During my tech career, I designed and implemented intranet web-based applications for corporations. I am very sensitive to user interface and the New version looks great!
Cons
Some features were not very intuitive to use. There is good user guidance that helps. I switched to the New version because it looks easier and more intuitive user interface.

Simplified Email Sending and Opt-in Pages
Overall, I find that MailerLite has all the functionality I need without overcomplicating the simple act of writing emails and scheduling them to the proper group based on the group's interests.
I also like the easy site builder which allows me to create landing pages and automations fast for my audience.
I also find their system of creating automated sequences is simplified compared to the software I was using before. However, when you edit a sequence, the whole thing stops sending until you are done, so occasionally a subscriber might get missed.
Pros
I have been using Mailerlite for a a few years to manage my email list. The thing that got me hooked on using it was the ease in creating landing pages and segmenting the audience based on what free resource the subscriber requested.
The interface is quite easy to use. You can save a template or just edit your previous email. You can select what groups you want to receive your email. You can also schedule in advance, of course.
I think it has better deliverability than the last program I was using but I haven't tested it scientifically.
Cons
I find it a bit tricky to format the text properly sometimes. I have discovered that I need to copy my last email and leave one of the paragraphs in the email. Then I paste my text into the email. After that, I can delete the old paragraph.
Another problem I sometimes have is that the formatting bar disappears and I can't get it back. This is especially a problem when I am editing something toward the bottom of the email. Sometimes I have to cut and paste the thing I want to format. Copy it to the top of the email. Format it and then cut and paste it back into the original position.

Email Marketing Platform
I don't find their templates very exciting, but if you have design skills you can use them as a base to design your own. The drag and drop builder acts like most, so designing can be achieved in no time at all.
Pros
Mailierlite has been my go to marketing tool for a few years now because the set up is extremely easy to set up and if you have a small email list under a 1000 most of the platform options are free to use.
Cons
This company used to offer a robust customer service support along with various templates. Now as the years go on so many of the options that were great are now gone. If you want customer service you have to be paying customers and all the templates are for paid customers except a few left for free customers.

Always There to Help || Always Providing Value
I've been using them for 1.5 years. I used other services before (Mailchimp, Hubspot), and I find MailerLite a big improvement in ease-of-use and support.
Pros
- Everyone at the company is trying to help me succeed, from tech support to marketing
- They never try to up-sell you to levels you do not need and are always willing to give you the best price point
- The systems are easy to use and they provide lots of help if you get stuck.
- Features, features, features! Drag & drop, easy to edit, easy to create.
- Free websites and landing pages that you can EASILY create from scratch or from templates
- BEST OF ALL - they have amazing support from people who are cheerful, quick to answer, and clear in their descriptions.
Cons
Every now and then I wish some templates had more "edit" options in the templates. But this situation is rare.

Great Communication Tool
Overall experience has been very positive. Especially the Customer Service folks and the multitude of help videos.
Pros
First of all, Customer Service is outstanding. It is easy to get to an agent if the help links the "BOT" gives you aren't enough.
Second, the Campaign builder is easy to use. It did take me a little to feel completely comfortable, but it is definitely user friendly and provides a number of block that you can include in your campaign. You can always figure out a way to make it look like you want. In addition, you can edit the actual HTML if needed.
Cons
I don't particularily like that you have to use the blocks to add images and other visual content to your campaign. I was used to your "monkey" competitor where you could add an image to your text box, but I figured that I can just continue the text block by appending an image block or a combined block.

Great tool. Excellent price-performance ratio
Started using it in 2020 and was happy. Switched to a more expensive and well known provider in 2022 till 2023 because people said that's the tool to use. Didn't like it that much and went back to Mailerlite in 2024 and love all the feature and possibilities, they have added since. I recommend it to all my business friends and clients. Mailerlite is all you need to start your online business, because you can even build a website and sell digital products. So it's more than a newsletter tool. Love it.
Pros

Mailerlite did damage to my business
I've had a lot of problems with deliverability and getting support. I had emails randomly hard bouncing to iCloud addresses. I googled the issue and it seems a lot of others are experiencing the same thing with Mailerlite. Support would tell me that they had fixed the issue only for it to happen over and over again. The live chat or email support will never give any details, just that the "issue is now resolved". So frustrating. Using Mailerlite will damage your sending reputation.
Pros
The design of the platform is pretty good. The editor works well.
Cons
Deliverability issues and customer support are not good.

Excellent beginner platform for email marketing if you're just starting out
Overall my experience with Mailerlite has been great, it'd helped me grow my business, learn more about email marketing, and i've used almost all of their tools in some aspect or another to help my subscriber base grow and my sales along with it.
Pros
I have been using Mailerlite for about 4 years in my business. It's been a phenomenal platform for me to learn about email marketing on. It's quite user-friendly and easy to learn. It offers great features that can serve as double duty for your business such as landing pages that convert leads. I love their automations and use numerous automations in my business. They have been a game changer for my business and allowed me to give a more personal touch to my subscribers as I have multiple welcome email sequences that can slowly introduce my brand and myself and also lead to a soft sale.
Cons
I do find Mailerlite can be a little glitchy sometimes, especially in their drag and drop email builder, I wish the developers would make it more streamlined. For example the side menu seems to disappear and to add an additional block to my email, I need to duplicate a block and delete the duplicate in order to bring up the menu. They also recently did a major conversion/upgrade from mailerlite classic to their new version and I thought they could've made the transition more seamless and less on their customers to do, as we had to migrate all of our own data. However if you're new to mailerlite that wouldn't pose a problem to you.
Reasons for Switching to MailerLite
I really like the interface of Mailerlite and how easy it is to navigate, i've used other email marketing programs previously and I found them much hard to navigate and understand, so if you're new to email marketing their aesthetic is pleasing and easy to follow.Response from MailerLite

Quality email newsletter system
Overall, it's been a good relationship and Mailerlite is a solid product. Sad to see the prices rise beyond our current budget levels, but would return if circumstances change to allow it.
Pros
Mailerlite has excellent layouts and a good interface for building newsletters. The ability to re-use past layouts as templates saves a lot of time. The scheduling is flexible and reliable. They have some features not available on other email platforms, like RSS Campaigns that send new blog posts to subscribers. The ability to group and segment our audience is also very important. All around, it's a full-featured platform with solid and responsive tech support (for the paid plans).
Cons
After they launched their new platform and revised their plans, our relatively small list of subscribers (1400) was still too big to qualify for the free plan. And because it was over 1000 subs, we fell into a plan that cost $30/month. We're already paying that much for website hosting, so paying the same amount just to keep in contact with our audience wasn't cost-effective (we don't really "sell" to our list in a way that sustains that level of expense).
Reasons for Choosing MailerLite
At the time, Mailchimp was getting more expensive and Mailerlite was the scrappy new player with lots of features for their free plan.Switched From
MailchimpReasons for Switching to MailerLite

Top notch support
Pros
Wow! I have been working with BlueHost for the better part of the last year fussing to get my domain authenticated but each time I reach out, I'm told the issue is resolved when it's not. When MailerLite finally stopped allowing me to send campaigns due to not being authenticated, I reached out to support and they were able to do in 20 minutes what Bluehost failed to do after a year. My guy was so amazing and friendly. He put a smile on my face when I was on the verge of tears. 10/10! Keep up the great work!
Cons
I have played with importing/exporting lists of email addresses from spreadsheets and so far have been unsuccessful. Haven't looked into finding any tutorials or troubleshooting for this issue, but if such does not exist, I would love to see that change so I can use this feature more regularly.

Fast & Reliable Way To Get Our News To Our Customers
Just going from the old interface to the new was a little tricky, for me at least because I was so used to things the way they were. The folks at MailerLite actually surprised me at how helpful they were in both the speed of their responses and the content of them too... like someone actually read my questions and actually answered them... not just sending me a link to their FAQ page, we've all had that kind of "no-help" help, and it can be maddening. MailerLite has been absolutely terrific, can't say enough good about them.
Pros
Once you get in a groove on the interface, emails are remarkably fast to create and send. Just about as fast as a Facebook post but obviously with a lot more direct reach.
Cons
Not a whole lot. The one suggestion I might have would be the ability to incorporate something like TINYPNG directly in to the interface. Lots of times I'll use the same graphics for a website and just upload them to MailerLite for the email. Saves me time when I'm doing work at 3am. Be nice to have a 1100px wide graphic at 150k knocked down in size, both mechanical and file size, automatically. It'd make for smaller email overall size.

Pros
Love how easy it is to set up email campaigns, track engaged users, and create landing pages. I was really able to customize everything to my business branding.

Love it must have
Overall, my experience with MailerLite has been extremely positive. I have been able to effectively communicate with my target audience and drive engagement with my email campaigns. The analytics provided have allowed me to track the success of my campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future strategies.
Pros
The user-friendly interface of MailerLite is what I liked most about this product. Navigating through the platform is incredibly easy, and I was able to create professional-looking email campaigns in just a few minutes. The drag-and-drop editor is intuitive and allows for customization of templates to fit my brand's aesthetic. Additionally, the automation features have saved me a significant amount of time by setting up drips campaigns and autoresponders.
Cons
However, one aspect that I found to be a bit cumbersome was the lack of advanced segmentation options. While the basic segmentation features are sufficient for my current needs, I can see how more complex campaigns might require more robust segmentation capabilities.

MailerLite: Easy to use - all functions I need - great customer service!
Pros
My business is very small - it's just me. I work as a service provider in the equine industry. And I have no prior training in anything to do with email marketing or such.
In spite of that, MailerLite has allowed me to build a well-functioning little email marketing system. This makes it easy to send professional looking emails to my customers.
Also, they have a very generous free 'first step'. This makes it possible to keep costs down - absolutely essential when you are just starting out with this in a small company. It's so easy to get trapped in a system which 'overprovides' at a high cost.
Another bonus is that the integration with my WordPress websites was smooth.
Their customer service is friendly, helpful and understands that even 'stupid' little problems can be big issues for their customers.
I sincerely hope that I can continue to use MailerLite - even when my business grows to higher levels.
Cons
There's not much to dislike about MailerLite. Of course, any new program or application will have a little learning curve. Up till now, I have managed to figure things out without too many problems. And their customer service department was very helpful in the Domain Authentication process.

First years were positive, but after the switch to the new MailerLite, that's no longer the...
I had a very positive experience during the first years with classic MailerLite. However, due to the switch to the new MailerLite, I have been left with a really unpleasant aftertaste and would not recommend it so quickly anymore.
Pros
I have been a satisfied customer of MailerLite for many years. MailerLite offers a great price-quality ratio. It provides sufficient marketing automation functionalities, an unlimited number of emails to send for a fixed low price, and the dashboard works quite intuitively. It's straightforward, and I have never had a reason to switch.
Cons
MailerLite has two programs: the classic and the new. I was a customer of the classic version and found the speed of the program insufficient. I often had to wait seconds while creating campaigns, which bothered me. I wanted to upgrade to the new MailerLite, but that wasn’t possible. I had paid a year in advance and would lose that money if I upgraded. Apparently, these two versions are not linked to each other. So you don’t get a refund if you want to upgrade, which I think is a significant disadvantage.
In the end, I was able to upgrade at the end of the year, but within 2 months, my account was suspended. There was no explanation for why my account was suspended. I also lost the money for the remaining month. I was glad that I hadn’t paid for another year in advance.
As a result, I was forced to look for another provider. I learned never to take a yearly subscription again, thanks to MailerLite.

A newsletter tool that has everything you need, with just a few minor problems
Very positive. I love software that does one thing right. Even though MailerLite has other products I'm not interested in (landing pages, forms, ecommerce), it does the mailing part brilliantly.
Pros
I was able to set up an almost exact copy of our HTML email template using drag & drop tools from MailerLite.
The platform has A/B testing features, which can come useful - but you need a larger list for this to be reliable.
Creating emails is easy, and it has all the features you need to run a newsletter.
Cons
The preview/testing options are more limited than I expected - it's a simple desktop & mobile preview, and not an advanced one where you can test the email in all clients.
Logging in also has a minor problem. As MailerLite has multiple products, you need to select which one you want to use when you log in. There's an option to automatically redirect you to a specific product each time you log in - but if you remember your log in, that doesn't apply. You have to manually click it, even if you're only subscribed & using one product. It's a waste of just a few seconds each time you log in, but it's also such an easy thing to improve.

Great for Scaling and Segmentation, But Could Use Better Email Templates
I switched to MailerLite after using FloDesk, which I loved but didn't have a robust enough system for my needs. MailerLite has allowed me to set up multiple lists that market to different types of people, and has helped me scale my business.

Easy-to-use email campaign design platform for the rest of us
I have tried many different email campaign clients. MailerLite does what others don't. They designed a platform that speaks to non-corporate clients who work in creative industries. We value ease-of-use, clean, modern design choices without sacrificing professional look or functionality. Whenever I work on a campaign, I am done faster than before with great-looking results.
Pros
Designing email campaigns can be challenging. MailerLite offers easy-to-use tools that don't overwhelm but give you a set of great-looking, professional tools that even a novice can handle.
Cons
While this is not a deal-breaker, handling and creating groups of subscribers could be a little more streamlined. However, their customer service helped me out with a few easy-to-follow steps.

An Impressed Customer
My experience with MailerLite so far has been excellent. I am definitely impressed by how they treat me as a customer, because not every company knows how to appreciate their customers and make them feel appreciated.
I am definitely looking forward to using all of their service fully and their different features soon.
Pros
I just recently subscribed to MailerLite and have not dived into the different features as yet. But I do love everything they have to offer. What I can talk about is my experience with their awesome customer service. Most of the time when I reach out to them for help with something or their assistance, they immediately respond within a few seconds or less than a minute. That is some awesome customer service right there that I appreciate and that I'm grateful for.
Cons
I can't think of anything that I like least about MailerLite.

User-friendly product and excellent service!
Excellent value for a business with basic marketing needs - great service, great product, great price! Very grateful to have tried MailerLite :-)
Pros
As a small business that simply needs a website, a couple of landing pages and the ability to send a weekly newsletter out to its customers, MailerLite is exactly what we need! The software is user-friendly and offers plenty of options to design campaigns and pages that feel customized, attractive and professional for our customers. As someone with no background in computers or web design, I have been very impressed with how easy it has been to use MailerLite. On top of that, the customer support is excellent! I recently ran into an issue where my newsletters "soft bounced" with all of the customers on our distribution list who had a certain email domain (I noticed this while reviewing the very helpful reports that MailerLite generates every time I send a campaign). I submitted a request for support and received a reply 2 days later to say that MailerLite had looked into it, followed up with the email provider in question and the problem had been resolved! For a small business on a tight budget, I really don't think that you can beat the quality of this product or the service provided! Would highly recommend.
Cons
To be honest, I am having a hard time thinking of what I don't like about MailerLite. I suppose it would be nice to have support available by phone but, given the price I am paying, I really couldn't expect that. And besides, the tech support by email has been excellent and met all of my support needs so far!

The Best EMS For Your Business!
Overall, I am very happy with Mailerlite and have been recommending them to friends and colleagues for over four years now. I will remain on Classic until they discontinue it.
Pros
Mailerlite is the best when it comes to deliverability, features, and price point. Mailerlite's automations are complex and really help you warm up your leads for a better relationship without having to personally email every single lead individually. I also like that I can tag where a lead onboarded from so I can track how well that source fits into my marketing process. I've enjoyed great deliverability since my move to Mailerlite with more subscribers getting all my import updates and more sales as a result. Mailerlite also has a robust customer service department that is always quick to help when any issues do arise.
Cons
I'm not a fan of the new Mailerlite. I am staying on Classic because the huge price increase and the clunkiness of the new interface. It's not something I look forward to having to learn and especially not at double to price. I wish Mailerlite would honor a discount for Classic users to be grandfathered in at a better rate.

ActiveCampaignReasons for Choosing MailerLite
The price point was insanely different for the same amount of contacts. Nearly double of what I pay with Mailerlite and for fewer features. The interface of Mailchimp was also not very user-friendly. Deliverability was also very hit-or-miss.Switched From

Great value for the cost
I manage a lot of client accounts over a variety of email marketing providers, and MailerLite is by far my favorite. It has the features I need at a reasonable price. Whenever I have issues or need help, customer service is only a few minutes away via live chat.
Pros
It's loaded with features, but it's easy to use. Other providers may be jam packed with similar features but the user interface is not intuitive.
Cons
I have two-factor authentication on my account, but a good amount of time the code I receive in the email doesn't work and I have to resend a second code before I can log in.

Well priced email automation for beginner email marketing
I'm happy with MailerLite experience. I had good support and they reply fast. I had some misunderstandings with them, but the communication about it was done with care.
Pros
At the moment of signing up the offer was better than competition, pricing is good too. There are all the basic to medium features someone would need to set up automated email campaigns with low cost entrance, that includes hosting and editor for landing pages.
Cons
Pricing has increased during my time of using it, and new competition appeared with better cost to features ratio, where you don't really pay monthly, but it depends on number of emails sent. So it depends on what type of pricing you need and how many emails you send.

Awesome automation, great delivery.
Creating email campaigns with MailerLite is a breeze. I can drag and drop elements to design my newsletters, and they end up looking professional without needing to know any code or design skills. The automation feature is a lifesaver too! I’ve set up automated emails based on what my subscribers do (like clicking on a link), and it’s helped keep my audience engaged.
Pros
The interface is clean and simple, so I didn’t have to spend ages figuring things out. I love how everything is organized, whether I’m setting up a new campaign or checking how my emails are doing. They have great automation features
Cons
When I first started some of it was a bit clunky and unclear, but since then its much easier now. Some of the templates could have more design options

MailerLite - We've Been Using It For a While. Here's What I Think
MailerLite has proven sufficient for us with getting out our weekly newsletters, building a mailing list, and doing so at a competitive price.
Pros
I love that MailerLite's pricing follows a "pay as you grow" model. We've been using MailerLite for a while now for our weekly newsletter. At the start, the service was free for our first 1000 subscribers, but we switched to one of the premium plans once we grew our list beyond that count. It's nice to be able to upgrade after we've also had returns on the mailing list service, rather than paying a premium price as a newbie. It should be noted that MailerLite also has competitive pricing in comparison to other mailing list services.
Cons
In all honestly, I don't particularly have a negative to offer about MailerLite at the moment from my own experience. However, I did hear that they deleted many free users from their systems earlier in the year. One may need to be cautious with regard to the longevity of their free plan.

Great for starting out
I did like mailerlite but once it came time to upgrade when I reached 1,000 subscribers, I felt that others offered more for my money, even if they were slightly more expensive.
Pros
I loved that up to 1,000 subscribers, it was free to use with pretty much all of the features. It's easy to create opt in forms, subscriber lists and segments etc.
Cons
If you're on the free version, there's no customer support. There's not even a way to contact support without upgrading, you get sent to the knowledge base. It was a big problem for me as there was no answer to my issue on the knowledge base.
Reasons for Switching to MailerLite
The free tier had everything I needed. But I did sign up before they changed to their current offering. If I was deciding now, I would still start with them but wouldn't stay once I reached 1,000 subscribers unfortunately.- Industry: Marketing & Advertising

Mailerlite a Good Starter Email Service
It was very good. We use it a couple of times a week.

If you are looking for a tool that just does emailmarkering right, then Mailerlite is it!
I have onboarded multiple clients to Mailerlite. I feel the tool is easy to use and offers most features one would want when looking for an emailmarketing tool. It is very affordable and has a great customer service.
Pros
I like the fact that it is very straightforward in its use. In theory you can start using the tool without going trough manuals or guides.
I like the fact that they have a chat support. If you do have a question you want to be able to ask it. They are open to suggestions and have a communication line for bugreporting.
The drag and drop editor makes it easy to create emails.
It is a EU tool so it is in line with GDPR regulation.
The price is very affordable and allows any company size to start out with emailmarketing.
Cons
The tool is a bit let mature then for example Mailchimp. The last couple of months with the launch of the new editor there have been a couple of bugs in the editor and how it was displaying in mailboxes. Support was reachable and they did follow up on those issues. It would be great to have a build in tool to test how the emails look in different mailboxes. Another great tool would be to have a way to test automations more easily.

Straightforward and functional
I use it twice a month now to send out newsletters. So far, everything goes smoothly and I have actually recommended it to my writer friends. It is such a great tools for starting authors who wants to build their brands but not breaking the bank yet.
Pros
When I first started MailerLite, I didn't have any knowledge about email marketing and struggled to figure out how to set up everything. MailerLite provided actual help (in person, not bots) who patiently guided me throughout the process. They also respond queries to emails in reasonable time and again, I was corresponding with actual person. I think this is the competitive advantage of MailerLite.
Cons
Nothing, really.
Initial setup was challenging, but it should be the same with others.

Great for small-base newsletters!
I use MailerLite for my personal newsletter within a small base of subscribers. It has been a great tool for a small writer on a free plan. It allows me to my newsletters every quarter without worrying.
Pros
Being able to add the additonal text in the body of the email, that can be visible under title in the email client was a game changer for me :)
Also, the emails are responsive on every device, I can track clicks as I send the emails over and update the subscriber base via CSV
Cons
Saving the email as a template and re-using it could be done a bit easier
The old visual editor was a bit clunky

Mailerlite is Pretty Good
It's been good. But I feel it's pricy. I may even exceed the current price if my list grows.
Pros
I like the templates I can create for various email functions like welcoming and inviting subscribers.
Cons
Trying to integrate it with WordPress was an ordeal. Why was I required to know how to set up DNS records and all of that tech stuff? But the Customer service via chat was able to resolve issues.
