Zoom, the king of all meeting apps.
A lot used on Work meetings, also on personal use, my childs use it on their school and zoom also can be use to watch places or situations, I used a lot to check my children in the living while they play with toys, zoom can be very versatile
Pros
Zoom is a global solution that serves to connect with everyone and using all possible means, since it adapts to the needs of each one.
Our team can use Laptop, Tablet, or even CellPhone to connect each other.
Also there is no delay on connections and all our mettings can be recorder to check later for anything that need to verify.
Also, our children can use this features in their classroom and social meetings, so everyone win.
Zoom it's universal, we can use other apps, but Zoom it's always winning with new features that is why Zoom is the King.
Cons
- Some limitations in time on free meetings.
- We need to pay for unlimited meetings, but worth every penny.

Zoom to better results
Overall I am very happy with Zoom. Before I switched to Microsoft Teams I had a lot of good experiences collaborating with colleagues over Zoom. The ability to seamlessly share screen, share videos really smoothly and send files using the chat function allowed us to design over the internet really effectively.
Pros
Zoom is a powerful tool for videoconferencing at work. I switched from this software to Microsoft Teams but I think the video quality is higher on Zoom and the ability to collaborate is just as strong.
Cons
Zoom can have some issues when it comes to microphone problems. I tend to find the connecting a microphone to Zoom less straight forward than using Microsoft Teams. I have also found that the browser version of Zoom can be glitchy if a partner or colleague doesn't have it installed.

Frustrated with the recent updates
I liked Zoom a lot more before it became Zoom Workplace. I am disappointed in the company for always trying to add more instead of perfect their product that already exists. Dont add more features until the current features can work seamlessly without crashing my computer!!
Pros
I love the new whiteboard and I love the remote control feature
Cons
I hate the most recent update. I hate that I cannot find a way to easily copy and paste my personal meeting link. I think there are WAY Too many new tools that I dont need to use for my own job and it makes me feel like I am paying extra for things that I dont want. Zoom often crashes my computer, and the whiteboard lags. I wish they would launch a more basic version for a lower cost that had unlimited meeting times, the whiteboard, and nothing else. I do not need a million tabs on my zoom app confusing me and crashing my computer and I am sadly considering switching to another platform.

Great tool for virtual meetings.
Good overall experience. I use Zoom primarily for coaching calls with clients, as well as for recording podcast interviews and conducting other meetings. It's user friendly and I love the AI meeting summary feature. One frustrating thing...I have the AI meeting summary set to go automatically, but sometimes it doesn't and then I'm left without my notes, so I'm having to manually check that it is truly enabled for each session still.
Pros
AI Meeting summary, ability to automatically record and automatically take notes, transcripts, lots of integrations, decent quality.
Cons
Wish the monthly payment wasn't quite so much and that I didn't have to pay a full seat every time I need to occasionally add another user while I'm on vacation. (If it weren't for this, I would do the annual license, but then I'd end up paying for that extra seat for a whole year!)

Expensive Gold Standard
I had a good experience, the only thing that was bad was the price.
Pros
Having the name brand of Zoom makes my company look professional. I like that it's the Kleenex of video conferencing. I also love the face enhance feature, makes me look better on camera!
Cons
It got sooo pricey for my team to use and implement.

Zoom Is A Must!
I used to use BlueJeans for video calls, but Zoom has worked better and been a much more intuitive product overall to use. I tried out google meets a few times as well, but it still doesn't compare to Zoom.
Pros
Zoom makes it super easy to virtually meet for work and is a vital piece of software for any remote working team to have. Being able to screenshare and connect with large groups of people all over the world has massively improved productivity.
Cons
I have no complains about Zoom Workplace, it's a great piece of software!

A Zoom Overview - From a Digital Marketer and Small Business Owner
Zoom workplace has been integral to my professional life both with my digital marketing job and with my own business. Being able to meet virtually with my international team has opened up the doors for stronger bonds and communication.
Pros
Zoom Workplace makes it quick and simple to set up Meetings that integrate well with the Google Calendar. It has personally helped me immensely with my career to be able to meet my teams virtually, as we are international. The Chat feature during meetings helps a lot in terms of being able to send links within the Meeting itself, rather than another third-party service.
Cons
For my business, we save on operating expenses by using the free version of Zoom Workplace. However, this comes at the cost of Meetings having a 40 minute timer before it kicks everyone out. This can be remedied by simply rejoining using the same link, or setting up a new meeting. Even so, this timer is an unnecessary hindrance that makes us look unprofessional. If Zoom lets up simply rejoin to reset the timer, they should just increase the timer duration to at least an hour or remove the duration to begin with.

Highly recommend
Very positive. I love the ability to communicate with clients and opposing parties from the comfort of my office.
Pros
The ability to see who you are communicating with is very useful. When we have telephonic court hearings, the parties often end up accidentally talking over each other because you cannot see faces and indications that someone is about to say something. Zoom fixes that issue.
Cons
The backgrounds available are pretty limited and tend to cut off parts of your hair if you are using a virtual background, which can look very strange. I'd also prefer if each user was assigned a single meeting room id and passcode, rather than the auto generated ones, as that can get very confusing and we have had a few instances where a client went into the wrong meeting room from an old link.

ZWP is Awsome!
Like I said in the Pro section I use it everyday I also use it for interviews for jobs that I'm looking for my overall experience is a 10 plus with this product
Pros
I've been working with zoom for over 5 years and I find it to be the best
VC software I've even considered becoming an affiliate so I could offer it to others I would love to do that anyway it's very user friendly I am one of Jehovah's Witnesses and we use it all the time for our virtual Ministry I use it every single day
Cons
The only problem that I have is zoom is basically me when I'm asked to speak it takes me longer than most to get to unmute but that's because I forget to use the space key to do that so otherwise to me it's 100%

Zoom Workplace a a tool for online teaching
As I said above, it's a perfect tool for teaching. Not only can you use the whiteboard and the screen sharing options, I can also open a document on my computer and have my student work with it.
All in all it's a great app, the functions are straight forward and easy to use and at the moment it's my absolute favourite.
Pros
I love the option of "remote control", so that the other person can work on a document open on my computer! I use Zoom for teaching, so this is really very useful.
I also like working with the whiteboard, and overall Zoom has all the functions I need.
Cons
I'm having troubles with the whiteboard from time to time. For example, whenever I work with the whiteboard, it automatically gets saved, so that I have to delete loads of whiteboards. I do want to save some whiteboards, that I specially prepared for my students, but not all of them!
It would be great to have a bit more help on all the whiteboard functions.
Also, sometimes when I open Zoom it says "No meetings", even though I do have regular meetings. When I refresh it, the meetings show.
Lastly, we also use Zoom for team meetings. I got a link via email. I don't find, how I could save that link in Zoom, so I don't have to open the email every time I use it for the team meetings.

The best workplace for virtual communication and collaboration.
Experience with Zoom Workplace as been fantastic, worth having and also has increased and boosted productivity.
Pros
Zoom Workplace amuses me with how it is easy and straightforward to schedule and launch a meeting based on the requirements I need like the time the meeting will take to how I want the agenda of the meeting to be.
This platform also has the capability to hold a large group of participants in a single limit without limitation and hitches.
I can't forget to state about how well it offers both high audio and video quality such that even if you record the meeting for future references, everything is clear and articulate.
Cons
Not at all. I am a happy user who has been using this platform for almost a decade and the number of problems encountered is below minimum.

Zoom for Online collaboration and improved virtual productivity
Zoom makes it easy for me to connect and chat with my team virtually and the experience is no less than getting the job done in person. It's very to use with a simple interface. It integrated very well with other applications like Outlook and making the calendar management easy.
Pros
Zoom is a very flexible and easy to use VC application which is helpful in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendar, communicating among teams virtually to get the job done. The screen share option enables us to look into other team members screen and share thoughts. The ease of collaborating with people across the world makes the job easy and efficient. The meeting can be recorded and can be seen later for reference purposes.
Cons
The call quality drops at times. The voice echoing issues makes it difficult to catch up with the team in calls. At times even if I issue permission to the team members to be the host or to remote control my screen, the access doesn't work and have to issue it again. There are few security concerns while using Zoom if important information is being discusses or shared.

Zoom makes video calls so easy
Overall, it’s really good. It’s rare to have connection issues and I wouldn’t really be able to function in my job without it. It syncs with my Google calendar, too. I love that. It makes life so much easier.
Pros
Most things about Zoom are great. I use the video feature everyday for interviews. I usually don’t have any connection issues and it’s really user friendly. Anyone could figure out how to use this software really quickly if they needed to.
Cons
The phone feature isn’t great sometimes. Calls do drop and I’ve had connection issues, too. One time I was actually connected with the same person, on 2 different lines, at the same time somehow. It was really confusing and I ended up restarting my computer to make sure I was completely disconnected.

Good for Phones
Pros
Zoom Workplace is convenient as a receptionist accepting and transferring calls all day every day. I am able to specify whether I'd like to send to their extension vs. cell and can send directly to voicemail if I know that person is unavailable. We are able to set up multiple call queues to customize a "chain of command"; if a call is missed at one location, it will roll over to the next person. The person who missed the call can still see that it was missed, where it came from, and who accepted it, making it easy to follow up if needed.
Cons
- We recently switched from Webex/Cisco...
a) Because of this, my Cisco headset is no longer compatible with this program. Rather than picking up my headset to accept a call the way I would a phone receiver, I must click the screen to answer a call. I imagine this would be remedied with a different device, but it honestly has not bothered me enough to pursue. And even then, you can customize Zoom to have a smaller pop-up menu you can move anywhere on your screen to make accepting calls easier.
b) Comparatively, the chat "SMS" feature is not as convenient. It's located in a different tab so using Zoom for both chat and phone all day would require clicking back and forth between the tabs.
