Estimating is straightforward, and using templates saves time on repeat work. > > **Cons**: Customer support has gotten noticeably slower, sometimes taking 1 to 2 days to respond instead of minutes. Also still missing some small features like custom invoice numbering, and 3D measurements can be off at times. > > Still a strong tool overall. The core features like 3D planning and estimating work really well, but slower support and a few limitations bring it down slightly. ----- ### "Houzz threw the years" — 4.0/5 > **Sherry** | *1 October 2025* | Design | Recommendation rating: 2.0/10 > > **Pros**: Putting all the tools together and giving a professional platform with only genuine reviews of work. Having the ability to show your ideas and track the progress. Giving my clients the tools to see the vision. > > **Cons**: Dealing with tools that stop working and how the burry the help tools and how we only get help during weekdays. The price has tripled in the last 2 years. When you used the 3d tool it glitches and is it getting true measurement. Then you have take hours to correct the scanned walls and cabinets. Having enough build tools for design no ceiling elevations for seconds of homes . Not being able to use IPad to design drawings and mood boards Being able to get quotes with actual cabinet elevations with each measurement of cabinets on the drawings . Being able to show clients the changes to the proposal. > > I I have used it for years and it has grown the tools and they seem to work at improving the ease of use. Getting leads and tools that help me run my business ----- ### "Please read\!" — 5.0/5 > **Kaitlyn** | *19 March 2026* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Pros**: I really appreciate that it is easy to navigate, and is always supplying me with ideas for what to do next. > > **Cons**: I find that the price is a bit high, especially for a small business. While I would like to say it is made an enormous difference in our work flow, the benefit may not outweigh the cost thus far. ----- ### "Houzz Pro, The ultimate all-in-one Swiss Army knife to manage my projects and wow my clients" — 4.0/5 > **Patrick** | *21 June 2026* | Construction | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: Houzz Pro has become the operational heart of my business. Centralizing estimates, invoicing, and project schedules saves me valuable time every day. I also highly appreciate the dedicated client portal: my clients can track the job progress, approve material selections, and make secure payments online in total transparency, which instantly boosts my professional image. > > **Cons**: all this functional richness comes with a particularly high monthly price tag, making it a heavy financial investment for an independent contractor or small studio. Additionally, the overall interface and administrative dashboards come with a rather steep learning curve; I had to spend several evenings training myself to properly set up my document templates and grasp all the software's subtleties. Finally, I have noticed that the mobile app occasionally lacks fluidity out in the field, especially when trying to load heavy image files or complex blueprints in areas with poor network coverage. > > Skyrocketed sales credibility and flawless project management. Houzz Pro allows me to structure my business from A to Z, eliminate costly misunderstandings with my clients through crystal-clear visuals, and centralize all my administrative paperwork in one secure place. ----- ### "A Powerful, All-in-One Platform for Interior Designers" — 5.0/5 > **Verified Reviewer** | *30 July 2025* | Design | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love the presentation features—especially the mood boards and product sourcing tools. They allow me to create beautifully branded, interactive experiences for my clients that feel high-end and professional. I also appreciate the centralized dashboard for communication, proposals, invoices, and scheduling. It truly functions as an all-in-one solution for busy designers managing multiple projects. > > **Cons**: The mobile app is a bit limiting compared to the desktop version. I sometimes find it difficult to make edits to presentations or proposals while on the go. There’s also a slight learning curve, so getting fully comfortable with all the features took some time. > > Overall, Houzz Pro has become an essential part of my workflow. As a designer running my own firm, I needed a platform that could help with project management, client communication, and visual presentation all in one place—and Houzz Pro delivers. It’s helped me look more polished and stay more organized. With consistent use, it’s made my business feel more elevated and scalable. ----- Page: 1 / 45\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/101873/houzz-pro?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/101873/houzz-pro) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | fr | | ----- ## Structured Data
