As with any system, there are a few opportunities for enhancement that would help streamline daily usage. Additionally, because some statuses appear to be hard-coded, we are limited in our ability to fully customize or reorder them to align with our specific operational needs. We also appreciate the PandaDoc integration for offer letters; however, this feature still feels a bit clunky at times, requiring additional clicks and navigation to complete the process. Similarly, the feed integration used to transfer new hire information into our UKG system occasionally presents workflow challenges that could benefit from further refinement and smoother automation. With that said, the positives of Apploi far outweigh the limitations. I am very pleased with the system overall, and I value the partnership and continual improvements the Apploi team works toward.
