What separates Elise from general-purpose ECM suites is that inbound and outbound mail management is a native module rather than an add-on. Mail and requests arrive through any channel, including paper, email, online forms, EDI flows and business applications. Elise reads each item with OCR, handwriting recognition (HTR) and barcode recognition (OBR), classifies it, extracts the data teams need, routes it to the responsible department using the organization's org chart, and tracks it against processing deadlines. In public administration, where a missed deadline has consequences, this is usually the deciding requirement. Outbound mail is handled in the same module: responses generated from pre-configured branded templates with QR codes and validation controls, then dispatched as ordinary or registered post through the Maileva connector, as email, or as registered electronic mail (ERE/LRE) with real-time proof of deposit and receipt. Contacts are synchronized with your repositories and validated against the French National Address Database. Case management. The 360-degree folder view places each document in its full context, in a dynamic and configurable structure. A citizen request, a claim, a credit application or an employee record gathers every document, metadata field and exchange in one place, displayed as a list or a table, with real-time overviews of pending items. Document AI. AI.Lise is NeoLedge's suite of cloud AI services, developed in its own research laboratory on a proprietary model. It covers document intelligence for key-data extraction from structured and unstructured files, a document assistant answering natural-language questions against the Elise repository, auto-indexing, auto-routing and generative document production. Prompts can be saved, shared at team or company level, and reused instead of retyped. Signature and validation. Signature complies with the French RGS and European eIDAS frameworks. The Elise Flow signature workflow covers consultation, annotation, task delegation and single or bulk handwritten or electronic co-signature, including on mobile. External commitments are signed under qualified electronic signature in both territories: eIDAS in Europe, and TunTrust DIGIGO in Tunisia, a remote signature qualified under Tunisian law and issued by the national electronic certification authority. Integration. Elise Automate runs automated workflows with a design studio, a C\# scripting engine and a web development workshop. Elise DataGateway injects flows through an API, an ETL gateway enriches data from your repositories, and Elise Import and Export handle mass recovery and structured XML or CSV extraction. Open REST APIs come with an OpenAPI v3 definition, alongside a SOAP and REST SDK, native connectors for Outlook, Word, SCIM, Maileva and Docaposte Fast, LDAP synchronization and SSO through SAML or OpenID Connect. Reporting. Configurable dashboards and BI indicators on volumes, backlogs and processing times, on desktop and on the iOS and Android applications, with 24/7 access.
