The initial data collection is very good because based on that information it creates automatic reports that save a lot of time in creation, all the accounting information is secure and it is easier to invoice and an updated list of the inventory products is maintained, giving detailed control, in its entirety it is a very good application with its functions

I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.

Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it.

Holded is a nice easy to use software, there are some elements when we first started using the software that had still presented in spanish (I think most of these are gone now!)
The quick response customer support is very good and the chat function is essential, we used to have a UK based person which was great to pick up the phone and call but they are no longer with the company.

The Tax elements are extremely basic and rigid for our accountants to access, there is no bank reconciliation with HSBC UK business accounts (for some reason only HSBC UK personal), so we have to manually upload this which is not easy as we have to upload in a specific method.
The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature.

La facilidad para generar las facturas recurrentes y tener bancos, gestión de personal, contabilidad... todo en un mismo sitio.

Gestionar varios contactos en una misma empresa, que no haya proformas recurrentes, dificultad de enviar varias facturas de un mismo cliente a diferentes departamentos. Que no se pueden crear en los bancos una opción que concilie los traspasos entre cuentas de la empresa y que no los registre como ingresos.

Es muy intuitivo, permite adjuntar documentos con lo cual no es necesario tener la documentación en papel, se pueden generar compras y ventas recurrentes con lo cual ayuda a tener una previsión de gastos e ingresos futuros , etc.

Pedidos. ejemplo : si se recibe una fra. de compra que corresponde a varios pedidos de compra y facturan solo parte de 1 pedido, entonces en el pedido parcialmente facturado aparece como totalmente facturado ya que al ser el importe de la fra. de valor igual o superior al pedido parcialmente facturado lo considera totalmente facturado.

- Entorno adecuado, interface sencillo y útil
- Acceso remoto desde cualquier sitio
- Subir archivos escaneados, creación de artículos sencillo.

- Software que ha dejado de avanzar y mejorar.

- Su sistema de automatización de ingreso de facturas de compra NO funciona para nada. llevamos muchísimo tiempo esperando que lo mejoren pero nada mas que ha sido tirar el dinero a la basura.

- Empresa que ahora se ha puesto en modo recolectar ( va a sacar dinero extra por cada función ) aun que lo tengas en tu suscripción contratada, ellos lo extraen y te lo deshabilitan y te piden que pagues mas por ello pasando a otro plan ) asi constantemente hasta que te desesperan y te van a decir que es que ahora ya no esta incluido.

Estas funciones han sido: Proformas; Inventarios; Usuarios; Escaneos; Autolecturas de facturas; etc etc etc.

- Te atiende un robot para tus dudas :) se te queda la cara de tonto cada vez que preguntas una duda.

- Por lo general vale si lo vas a usar tu mismo que has elegido el holded, pero si lo pones en marcha en tu oficina para que lo usen varias personas administrativas y personal a pie de obra o tiendas.. les va a ser muy dificil, no pueden usarlo adecuadamente por que no es normal como procesa algunas cosas ni te enteras de los errores que cometes como borrar daos importantes.

Requiere un tiempo de aprendizaje y en algunos escenarios se necesita una persona, o más de una, dedicada exclusivamente a la gestion, aún así es uno de los programas que nos van a permitir continuar trabajando a partir de junio del 2025.
