About Holded
Holded is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) software designed to help businesses manage inventory, projects, human resource (HR) processes, accounting operations and more. Professionals can utilize the dashboard to gain an overview of ongoing projects, expenses, sales analytics, total stock and more on a centralized platform.
HR teams can use Holded to store legal contracts in the built-in database, view employees' schedules on a calendar, approve/reject leave requests and streamline payroll processes. Using the invoicing module, administrators can send quotes to prospects, request payments from clients and generate financial reports. Other features include task management, budgeting, data import, bank reconciliation, customer relationship management (CRM), product catalogs and inventory tracking.
Holded facilitates integration with various third-party applications such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon, Dropbox, Google Drive, WooCommerce, Prestashop and more. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via live chat, phone, email and other online measures.

a different design from the normal administration

Pros
accounting and invoicing was simplified in a very advanced way allowing the automation of tasks for a more agile and more organized work.All the accounting information is secure so that reports can be made more quickly to streamline processes, being all this in the cloud allows you to have the information from any device
Cons
It has tools that if you don't know how to use it become confusing to connect with the others, the support always helps to resolve concerns but it would be good to have a manual where each tool is more specified

Valuable Software that is Easy to Use
It's easy to keep track of invoicing, payments, to send reminders to contacts and add contacts. It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too.
Pros
I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly.
Cons
Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it.

They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)
They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency.
They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.
Pros
Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything
Cons
They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€
Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

I like Holded
Pros
I have been using holded for a while and it is a super complete tool. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good.
Cons
Like other tools of this type, it requires adaptation time for the entire work team, but the overall experience is good.

Holded's intuitive interface and comprehensive features make managing my business a breeze. The customer support is also top-notch!
Cons
Although the software is user-friendly, the mobile app could be more responsive. Additionally, the reporting features could use some improvement.
