New Client Early Impression
Great! Process Street caters for everyone on the workflow spectrum - you can make workflows as simple or thorough as you like and it's really easy to use.
Pros
Super intuitive so really flexible and easy to use
Cons
Needs a bit more reporting flexibility - sorting by more than one field, more grouping options

Entry Level Product for Task Management/Onboarding
Pros
I like the relative ease of how to use it and being able to copy/create standard flows really quickly. It makes it very easy to have others in the organization have tasks to do, but, not need a license
Cons
It is missing some automation pieces that could really bring it to the next level and save even more time in certain tasks. It is also a bit more difficult to see an overall picture of multiple tasks that are going on at the same time
Alternatives Considered

Good for simple checklists; Bad for complex processes
Pros
Full range of possible fields.
Drag and drop system for creating checklists.
Integration with Zapier
Cons
Slow to make changes to functionality: If you update a Checklist template it breaks the conditionality of all active checklists. This is a known issue but has taken them over 3 months to fix.
Conditionality is limited to tasks, not elements within tasks.
Conditionality does not include 'and/or' statements only 'if' statements. You view conditionality as a list of statements, which gets really hard to organise and find items if you have more than 15 statements.
When trying to analyse data from a collection of checklists, you cannot filter for specific tasks easily. You need to unselect the items you do not want to see. So if you have more than 20 items (which you definitely will!) its labourious to unselect them all.
The 'merge' functionality that lets you pipe prior answers through to other sections of the checklists is fragile. Instead of used a field is to identify the item to be merged, they use the name of the field. So if you make a change to the field name/question it will break the piping. If they used field ID's it would not break when you make such changes.

Process Street makes creating Standard Operating Procedures simple. If you are growing your business with a team, your team must have training and guidelines. This makes it easier. Process Street also has great templates.
Pros
Process Street is very easy to use. If you are someone who is looking for SOP and systems written out this is a great app for this.

Process Street: Innovation Ace
Process Street is a lifesaver!! We can easily track the progress of each tasks, very easy to update and customized the processes to ensure that all processes are up to date and everyone on the team is doing the same process for a specific task. Team productivity is visible. And most importantly we can easily check which tasks are due, which is very critical in our operation.
Pros
Vey easy to use and help a great deal in the operation. I helps us track the productivity of each personnel and which tasks are done, ongoing and not started.

The revolution in process management with Process Street
Process Street is an innovative tool that is revolutionizing process management in companies. With its capacity for automation, real-time monitoring and integration with other tools, this platform has become an indispensable ally to increase productivity and efficiency in any organization. Don't wait any longer and discover everything Process Street has to offer!
Pros
I like Process Street because it allows you to automate repetitive tasks, which saves time and reduces errors. With this tool, it is possible to monitor processes in real time, identifying possible bottlenecks and improving efficiency. In addition, Process Street integrates with a wide variety of tools and platforms, making it easier to manage processes in all aspects of the company
Cons
I did not like the cost since it is somewhat high, although Process Street offers a free version, the more advanced functionalities require a paid subscription.

Complete customer requested tasks quickly
Overall I've had a good experience with Process Street. The only thing that would make it better is a better slack integration, otherwise I'm quite pleased with the service!
Pros
I like the process street allows me to easily track requests that come in from my customers and respond to the customer to let them know the task has been completed. The ability to send an email to the customer directly from Process Street is a huge benefit. I also like the ability to use Process Street to submit bugs to my own tech team and track their progress through review and completion.
Cons
The thing that I think has the most room for improvement are the slack notifications. They are very helpful in quickly letting me know something needs to be addressed, but I am often unable to complete the action within slack. It isn't easy to navigate to the web browser from slack, so I need to go access either the email notification or manually go to the Process Street site.

A simple way to complete repetitive processes in my business.
It is simple to use and understand, allows you to see at a glance the actions to be performed and follow them until the process is completed.
Pros
Using this platform to organize the processes of my business and having them on hand whenever I need them has allowed me to: reduce execution times, decrease the possibility of errors by skipping a step, and delegate tasks easily.
Cons
What I would change about the platform is the pricing plan offer. I do not use the platform enough to make the monthly plan worthwhile. If there were a more accessible plan, it would be easier to use it and stay on it longer with a paid plan.

Don't Build a Business Without it!
Allows us to build a business with consistent customer experience and keeps all the details in order. This is the most useful business software I've come across.
Pros

Good Support, Better Product
Overall, Process Street has been a good experience. It's easy to use and start using, our team loves it, and the price point is just about right.
Pros
Without any background, it's easy to see and use a flow and edit it when needed. The dashboard when you login gives you a birds eye view of where various flows and processes stand, which is helpful. Repetetive tasks are easy-peasy with Process Street.
Cons
As a user and administrator of process street, I feel like management could be a little easier on the back-end. With that said, any problems that I have had and brought to my account manager have been handled and addressed promptly, so I can't complain!

Great team all around. Definitely recommend.
Pros

Cons

Absolutely Amazing
It helped me to organize and to have all my information, forms, etc. in one place. The blogs, webinars, support and podcasts have also helped me with organization and growth of my business. Our rep has given me a lot of tips on what I need to do to use it more effectively. Every time I talk to him, I learn something else. I'm looking forward to actually creating a real template to run as a checklist on my staff trainings which we do every week. I hadn't even considered doing that until he mentioned it. He's helping me to run my business more effectively.
Pros
I must say that I am not a computer savvy person and I totally resisted even using it, but it has been a great place to store all of my information for my business. I'm sure this is not the most inherently valuable thing in the product within itself but the thing I have found the most valuable is the support! OMG, all of their team members have been helpful and when you ask for help, someone actually responds. They have these awesome informational blogs and podcasts that help you with your business and even webinars which help to make sure you're aware of all of the features that they have. But I must say, the guy I have dealt with the most, our rep is crazy phenomenal! Like I said, I'm not a computer savvy person so I'm very satisfied with the very basic way I'm using Process Street and how it has helped me to organize my information (which the place I'm coming from was a horrible disorganizational mess just to put things into perspective) but this dude really wants me to use Process street to the utmost of it's capabilities. He said I'm using it at only 20% of it's capacity and I'm happy with that. Just imagine if I get to 50% or 80% of it's abilities. Seriously, this guy really cares about how he can help you to use process street better, giving you tailor made tips and information and thereby strengthening your business and helping it to grow. Thank you so much Process street for hiring such a caring, wonderful, supportive and strong team!
Cons
My cons are probably not very fair, because I am not very "techy" but it did take me some time to get to the point where I am now with Process Street and I'm sure that part of my not using it to it's fullest capacity is partly due to my lack of computer literacy so it's a good thing that their support is so wonderful. Otherwise, I'm sure I wouldn't haven't gotten as far as I have. So my con I guess is more so about myself than Process Street. But I would say that what I liked the least is the pain, time and effort it took me to figure it out and the ongoing time and effort it will take to use it more to it's fullest potential. But with their support , I know that the time and effort put in is going to more than pay off in the end. I believe the value that Process Street brings way outweighs the time, effort and costs of the product. The support is just amazing and that's such a huge part of their value. Alright, I guess the following isn't the major stregnth of their support, but they have these really super cool accents too! Okay, I'm a raving fan. I don't have anything to say I like least about this software.

Great Process Management Software
One of the top 3 software companies I've used. Their focus on engaging their customers is impressive and makes me feel like I'm important to them.
Pros
I love the how easy it is to use on every level. A beginner can understand the basic ideas and being to use a task list within minutes. The next level of creating templates is a bit more complex, but intuitive. Advanced features such as integration with Zapier, automation, permissions, etc. take more work, but easy to self-learn. Again, intuitive.
The thing I like the most about Process St is how responsive they are to feature and support requests. They take the time to understand every suggestion.
Cons
As we are a manufacturing environment, many workers don't have access to workstations/mobile platforms. Checklists are not formatted for printing efficiently.

I wish all software companies were run like these guys do!
We're not your typical tech or online company using SaaS systems to run and manage their business - we are a veterinary company with remote users in multiple cities, and using SaaS software in our industry is rare. This is compounded by the fact most in our industry are not technically savvy or experienced - so computer systems have to be VERY simple and easy to learn and use.
What we do have in common with many tech companies is that we are fast growing, and that is difficult to manage in such a traditional, staid industry. (We were listed as one of Canada's Fastest Growing Companies in 2016).
We run our entire company on cloud based systems, and Process Street is far and away the favorite piece of technology we use. As a long time entrepreneur (and business coach) I always wished there was a simple way to document and manage process and procedures inside my companies, and could never find a tool to do it.
Until Process Street.
The product itself is brilliant, and is incredible for developing an online employee manual, corporate processes and procedures, and managing regular activities that take place inside any business - hiring, managing, operations, maintenance, etc.
But where Process Street really stands out is the fantastic service and support that is both responsive and helpful. This team REALLY wants to hear how to improve their product. They've painstakenly taken the time to listen to my gripes and whining about shortcomings and not just promised solutions in the future - they've built and implemented them.
Honestly, there is nothing negative I can say about Process Street, and it has literally transformed the way we do business. We've won awards for our customer service, our innovative approach to business, and sheer growth. And I truly credit a significant amount of our business success (and my personal sanity) to Process Street and what it does for our organization.
Pros
- Very intuitive and easy to learn for even the most tech illiterate users
- Magical interface that is constantly being refined and enhanced
- Responsive interface is BEAUTIFUL on a smart phone or iPad (no need for an app)
- Very clever features that rely heavily on APIs and other apps to extend it's benefit and value
- Highly responsive service and support that tries to bring solutions
- Regularly releasing GREAT new features and enhancements that add more value
- There truly is no other product on the market like this - if you're a small business owner, THIS IS YOUR SOLUTION for dealing with Processes, Procedures and Policies!
Cons
- It's unfortunate they don't build CRM, email marketing, help desk, VoiP phone system or team chat software .. because we'd buy them all if they were 1/2 as good as Process Street
- sorry to drop the ball on a balanced review - but really, these guys are awesome and I cannot think of anything bad to say. Except maybe their logo is very similar to Help Scout's logo (which we also use) so sometimes I get confused between their short cuts on by browser bar. That's the best I can come up with. (really, it's the same blue!)

Transition Management - Colliers Lease Administration
I'm happy that we have it. It has improved our ability to manage projects and control the assignment of new projects among the team.
Pros
I like that all the task involved can be included in the template and that I'm able to add logic to the template to account for the nuances in each project. It also makes it much simpler to have multiple people working on the project and avoid duplicative effort.
Cons
it's very difficult to view actual embedded document because our company uses SharePoint to store documents. The SSO security prevents a lot of documents from being accessed inside Process Street. the Link works to locate the document quickly, but that requires to work outside Process Street and I have to go back and add more notes about what we did to the document(s). I also wish I could integrate with more apps, but I'm not totally sure its not our companies security that prevents that from being possible. I also would like to be able to have ability to control the status of the project. We use process projects that haven't begun and they get mixed into other things that are actually active vs reflecting that they are pending projects.

Everything is Great so Far!
We are very pleased with the journey so far, from Sales support during discovery/ trial phase, through to current Customer Support during the onboarding phases. I would definitely recommend it!
Pros
Customer and Sales support has been exceptional thus far. We are very early in our Process St journey but they have been so patient and helpful in answering all my (many!) questions, and taking the time to provide detailed responses.
As a starting point, we are using it to improve our employee onboarding experience. We have not gone live yet, but we can already see how our current process is going to be improved by miles!
We are so excited by all the possibilities that Process St offer for the current and future process improvements in our business!
Cons
There is a little bit of a learning curve to understand the platform and how certain things work, but as mentioned, Customer Support is fantastic and more than happy to provide links to articles, share videos or jump on a call to talk you through something until the penny drops.

Everything's made easier with Process st., and we're loving it.
Pros
Every tasks were smoothly done by each team. And it made everything easier like delegating a task even though we don't have any training department we could still hire more staffs without worrying the training.
Cons
At first, when the conditional logic was updated, I was like, I don't like the update but then as we update our checklists I find it more appropriate. I mean you can hide it on the main checklist then just show it to the specific checklist you want.

Incredibly User Friendly
We use Process Street for our workflows and forms. We've used a few different alternatives over the years, but this is easily the one with the best GUI. All my team like it, and I never get technical queries from any of my users.
Pros
What separates process street from others, is it's Easy to Use interface. It makes the job of creating workflows and tasks, incredibly easy for all users. We also love that you can import task templates. And, it's reasonably priced.
Cons

Pros
I love that I'm able to easily see what I need to do now or have done in the past with every client I'm working with. I'm able to clearly write out everything that needs to be done for every process we have in my department so that those processes are completed every time, on time.
Cons
I wish you could add in special tasks to individual processes. These are tasks that rarely come up or have a specific one time task for one client that would be nice to add into a to do list without editing it for future flows.

The Great Time Saver
It's been a great experience, the Process St team has been super helpful in getting us set up and creating workflows.
Pros
Process St has helped us save a ton of time and ensure nothing gets missed. In the property management business there's a lot of moving parts and this helps everyone on the team see whats going on and ensure nothing gets missed.
Cons
From the start we purchased 10 consulting hours to help get set up, now that we are pretty much good to go, it would be great if we could purchase 30-60 minutes of consulting for random things that come up but at this point, they only offer packages with multiple hours.

good software, but not trustworthy company
And that's how Process Street executed that strategy:1. They deleted the free plan that gives you the option to pause the service.2. And they rose the pro plan from 30 USD per month and member to 415 USD (+1200 %) incl. more members.3. They forbid companies like hours who paused not to get back to their old plan (with one member) and so forced us to join the new plan.Though they offered us to stay in the old plan when we don not pause we decided to cancel. This was a hard decision because we invested hundreds of hours in developing our processes with that software But THE basic prerequisite of all business relations is trust. And Process Street prefers the short term maximisation of gains to reliability and partnership.Though it is a great software, we recommend don't trust them and stay away.
Pros
We are a small business operating in the field of sustainable consultancy. We started using Process Street in 2018.On the one hand the software is very powerful, on the other hand it is highly complex and very difficult to get used to it and to unlock all it's potential. While working with it, we became more comfortable and integrated it more in more in our companies processes, and even in the processes with clients. But this was a big fault.Firstly it is very difficult to remember all the many options of how it works if you do not work with it at least on a weekly basis. So if you are a small or mid size company like us that can not assign an employee specifically for this software - hands off from process street.
Cons
But the main reason why we decided to walk away from it, or better walk away from the company Process Street, was their product policy or better said customer exploitation policy thats work as follows:1. Start as a small company and refine your product from the feedback of your customers / beta testers.2. Grow, launch more services and make your customers become dependent on your software3. Once your customer base is big enough and your revenues fly, rise the prices abruptly and exorbitantly.

Take a stroll down Process Street - you won't regret it!
It's been great! Again, it's a software we use for some unconventional things that help us to create an ideal customer journey where tasks internally are visible to the customer externally to follow along.
Pros
Aside from the amazing customer service, I like the ease of use and being able to jump right in and build something. It's easy enough to know where to find something and how to make changes. I'm not afraid of complex software, but Process Street helps me to work smarter not harder.
Cons
Would like to more easily assign tasks to one person per workflow (that's been run) vs having to set up a new workflow to run or assign task by task. Would be neat to be able to select the tasks and assign in bulk within a workflow. Would also like to be able to customize a workflow once it's run vs having to do it all in the 'template'.

A Comprehensive and Intuitive Process Management Tool
Process Street is an incredibly useful tool for managing complex workflows. Its easy-to-use interface allows us to quickly create and customize repeating tasks and checklists that can be shared with colleagues. It's a great way to stay organized and on top of our workflows. The only issue I've had with the program is that it can be a bit slow when it comes to loading, but overall it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Pros
Process Street has been an invaluable tool for my team. It makes process management and collaboration incredibly simple and intuitive. Its user-friendly interface allows us to quickly create and customize repeating tasks and checklists that can be easily shared with colleagues. We can also assign tasks to team members, track progress, and store relevant documents in one convenient place. It's been a great way for us to stay organized and on top of our workflows.
Cons
The only issue I have with Process Street is that it can be a bit slow when it comes to loading. Other than that, the program runs smoothly and efficiently.

A Great Tool For Visual SOPs That Improves Task Completion Quality
Pros
Providing a visual, step-by-step process for repetitive tasks in our agency is the primary reason we bought into Process Street. To be able to combine our internal SOPs with an assignable task and track progress on each step is extremely useful. Previously, we had general tasks assigned out to staff with pre-loaded checklists, and a link to reference the SOP for that task. Process Street brings all those elements together into one package and makes it easy for us to ensure staff are following SOPs as they complete tasks, and doing things the right way every time.
Cons
Building new tasks is easy and intuitive; some functionality could be improved such as not having dropped-in images always load at the bottom of the edit view (which can be tedious if you are trying to edit a task with a lot of screenshots, and you have to drag it back up the chain) but overall it's a very user friendly way to build a visual SOP for each task we have in our agency.
Reasons for Switching to Process Street
We still use JIRA for broad project assignments, but added Process Street into our workflow to complement JIRA. Process Street seems better suited for us to track detailed tasks and provide updated SOPs to staff as they use it, but JIRA is still out "big picture" project management board. Thus far it's a helpful combination having management able to view big picture project phases on JIRA and the technicians completing detailed task-level assignments in Process Street. We are also integrating JIRA to trigger specific Process Street tasks when a project is moved into a specific phase in our project management workflows.- Industry: Computer Software

Process Street: Streamline Workflows and Enhance Efficiency
Pros
Process Street provides a powerful and intuitive platform for streamlining workflows and improving productivity. The software's visual checklist approach allows teams to create and manage standardized processes, ensuring consistency and accuracy. With its user-friendly interface and extensive template library, Process Street simplifies the creation and documentation of workflows, making it easy for both technical and non-technical users to collaborate effectively. The platform's automation features, such as conditional logic and task assignments, enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Cons
One potential drawback of Process Street is the learning curve associated with mastering the platform's advanced features. While the basic functionality is straightforward, unlocking the full potential of the platform may require some time and training, especially for users new to process management software. Additionally, the lack of native integrations with certain popular tools may require additional steps or workarounds to connect Process Street with existing workflows, which can be a minor inconvenience.

Efficiency in performing routine tasks
Very straightforward! Non-technical users will have no trouble creating effective procedures because to the intuitive UI. The user interface is also highly uncluttered and easy to navigate. Nonetheless, efficiency is quite high. One of the features I value most is the ability to make changes to a process's blueprint while it is still active.
Pros
Process Street centralizes all of the pertinent information and provides a bird's-eye perspective of all of an organization's processes in one convenient location. It's a system that can be used by everyone in the company with little to no instruction.
Cons
However though Process st is constantly updating and adding new features, it still heavily relies on external applications and connections to accomplish specific tasks. What I enjoy most about process work is diminished by this.
