Other platforms were either too self-contained or unable to handle the logic we needed to create document effeciently. There's also already a robust marketplace of Gavel workflow creators/consultants who can do the heavy lifting in building out your processes for you at a reasonable price, which makes Gavel a good value for the money. Customer service is excellent, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] is clearly fully focused on building a great product that continues to innovate and grow with customer's needs and the opportunities afforded by AI. > > **Cons**: The backend works fine, but isn't quite as polished as it likely will be as it continues to grow its user base. This was frustrating and impacted our workflow (e.g. we could no longer edit our templates).
