Windows dynamic 365
Well, I'm a new user. Obviously I've used Windows in the past but Dynamics is new to me. A am just gaining experience with it but so far it's very user friendly and very much what I would expect from a Windows product.
Pros
I loved the options of using all of the advanced features that I expected from the Windows 365 plus plus a bunch of extras. Plus the app is very user friendly.
Cons
Overall, the only thing that I would say is a problem with Dynamics 365 is cost, especially when considering larger companies when it comes to licensing.

Comprehensive and Scalable Solution for Business Operations
My experience with Dynamics 365 has been positive overall. It offers a comprehensive set of tools that effectively streamline business processes and improve visibility across departments. While there’s an initial investment in training and setup, the long-term benefits of increased productivity and interdepartmental collaboration make it a valuable asset for mid-sized to large organizations.
Pros
What I liked most about Dynamics 365 is its seamless integration with other Microsoft tools, especially Office 365 and Azure, which makes data sharing and automation across departments straightforward. Dynamics 365 also provides a wide range of modules that cover almost every aspect of business operations—from CRM and sales to supply chain and finance—allowing teams to work within a single platform. Its flexibility and customization options make it adaptable to various industries and specific business needs.
Cons
One challenge with Dynamics 365 is its steep learning curve. Some users may find the interface complex, especially when first setting up custom modules or workflows. Additionally, the licensing model can be costly, particularly for smaller businesses, as costs can accumulate quickly with additional features or modules.

Must have for businesses
Dynamics 365 has been essential for our business. I use Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Teams daily and couldn't function without them!
Pros
My team is starting to use Teams and OneDrive more and I love that you can connect from anywhere and have access to all your documents. The team feature is also really nice because we can keep each department's documents separate but also have the ability to share with other departments. And you can control who has editing privileges. You also can see your version history which is really nice in case you need to go back to a previous version of a document.
Cons
There's not really much I dislike about Dynamics 365. If I had to choose, I'd say that I wish when you add an appointment to someone's calendar as a delegate that it would notify the person.

Dynamics 365 is like having a Swiss Army knife for business management. It's packed with tools for everything from sales and customer service to finance and operations.
Pros

Excellent, comfortable, quick, safe, and reliable
my overall experience using Dynamics 365 was amazing, it is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, net and clean. It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.
Pros
Microsoft offers an excellent programme called Dynamics 365 to help you manage your business. Being a member of Microsoft is really beneficial since it gets more integrated with other MS Office applications
Cons
When they have to wait for a live representative, some consumers become disinterested in the product; worse, it's their only choice. I didn't prioritise this because I don't fit the description.

Microsoft Dynamics 365: A Comprehensive Review
Cost is incredibly good, Azure integration, and a vibrant community of support. Microsoft is heading in a direction I want to go. We made the switch to this software because it had broader options in terms of:
- Strong consulting partnership
- Strong services expertise
- Overall cost
- Financial/organizational viability
- Product roadmap and future vision
- Product functionality and performance
- Breadth of services
- Strong customer focus
- Strong user community
After utilizing this software, I know it is the best fit for us, and we will not switch to anything different.
Pros
The future of this product is incredibly bright, and the cost of entry is so low that there is no reason not to give it a shot if you think it can help you. The Microsoft account management team will work with you to find the right fit for your needs and set you up for success.
I have used this software for over 7 years and have seen it grow and improve at a remarkable rate. With the introduction of Flow/Power Automate and Canvas Apps, the abilities of this business application stack are unmatched. You are truly only limited by your own imagination. Microsoft provides great account management resources that will help keep you on the cutting edge.
From a price perspective, Dynamics is very competitive. What you get out of the box cannot be touched by any competitor, namely Salesforce. You will spend a fortune to get the same utility from a Salesforce implementation. Salesforce and other competitors also do not have anything like Azure. Having all of your business applications under such an umbrella is incredibly powerful.
Using Dynamics 365 has completely transformed our billing and invoicing operations. For a small entrepreneur, managing finances is paramount, and this software has simplified everything. Its packages are designed in a way that allows customers to easily customize details like the logo without losing their personal touch, ensuring uniformity throughout the organization, including on documents such as letterheads.
Generating invoices electronically or manually, and tracking what has been paid against what is owed, has never been easier since this system handles everything. For instance, it has been crucial because we used to spend too much time going through many paper records trying to find out who owes what. Now, everything happens with just a click.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an extraordinary tool to use. I recommend it to all prospective users. It has great and brilliant features, is efficient, and its capabilities are impressive. This software has given us numerous new capabilities, such as:
- Upgrading dynamic processes
- Improving business process results
- Driving innovation
- Enhancing business process agility
- Improving customer relations/service
- Driving revenue growth
- Cost management
- Improving supplier or partner relationships
- Creating internal/operational efficiencies
- Reducing time to market
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an incredible tool for scheduling and creating effective workflows. It allows us to manage our staff professionally. The reliability of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is something I greatly appreciate. It has been easy to use and customize.
Cons
I have had less than ideal interactions with support. Mostly they are positive, but often they do not know enough about the product and ask for information I already provided in detail upon initial case submission. That being said, this product is innovating and improving so much that it is unrealistic to expect all support staff to be 100% on top of their game. They should be, but realistically, you will encounter intermediaries before reaching someone who can actually help. This isn't really a Dynamics issue, but you will need to rely on support if you go with an online installation.
Understanding all the finer points of this software is tough—it gets difficult soon after you start using it. The financial tools bundled with Dynamics 365 are crucial for management, even if we don’t fully understand them yet. However, it’s still a tough nut to crack, and setting up the software takes a lot of precious time.
Despite this, I am impressed by Microsoft Dynamics 365. It is a brilliant program with impressive reliability. It makes field management of our staff smooth and effective, and managing customer relationships is simple. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a quality software to use, with quality features. We won't change a thing, and the promptness of the vendor's responses makes things even better.

The Ever Improving Dynamics
I have found through the years my experience to be very positive. If I have ever had any issues the Microsoft customer support have always been quick and mostly good. The improvements to the settings and configuration have been really good, and the whole cloud system is so much quicker than it used to be.
Pros
Dynamics 365 has improved so much over the past 6 years I have been using it for NFP clients. The integrations with other products is getting better and the natural integrations with Microsoft products is fantastic. The whole Power Platform is really good now and Microsoft are constanting making things better and easier to use and configure. I love the low/no code as I am not a programmer but I have studied and learnt enough to be good at configuring Dynamics for my clients.

In my humble experience...
I avoid all Apple products, because they admit to creating tech-devices that are designed to force the consumer into routinely purchasing "upgrades"...What an Atrocious dismissal of their corporate responsibility to improve Mother Earth's Environment! Microsoft's continuous auto-updates practically force consumers into using THEIR products/apps - which are far less secure than the Linux/Firefox/Mozilla/Google team. The similarities b/w Apple and Microsoft are that these "updates" often force the consumer to purchase new devices - after their current device is too far "corrupted" to be worth the $$$ for repairs (because they inadvertently downloaded malware). Also, throughout my beginners-level experiences, I have found that Google readily offers updates/tips/step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Google Apps/programs to "play well" w/Microsoft...I have NOT found this information readily provided by Microsoft.
Pros
My review is for Microsoft products, in general - not specifically "Dynamic 365". I am not very tech-savvy, so when I first started developing my Business Plan, I utilized the Operating System already installed on my laptop, which was Microsoft. As I was/am working alone, I discovered that my lack of tech-knowledge/skills had caused my personal laptop to crash/inadvertently downloaded malware. After the 3rd time that a patient/helpful friend "rescued" my laptop, he informed me he would be installing Linux as my Ops. This was/will continue to be a learning process, but the fact Linux keeps my files/system secure has made a believer out of me. I now advocate for Linux/Firefox/Mozilla/Google - they work well together, and they are operated primarily as non-profits (except Google, obviously). More importantly, NONE of their "updates" have EVER caused my laptop to "crash" or download corrupted malware files.
Cons
In order to make developing my business website easier on myself, I recently purchased a second laptop w/Microsoft as the Ops. However, I soon realized that Microsoft's "auto-updates" were continuously converting/moving my Google files onto Edge/Onedrive/Microsoft apps. I wasted hours of time "undoing" their "updates", and finally I took the device to my locally-owned computer repair shop. After explaining my frustrations, they immediately understood what I was referring to, and installed "Microsoft Stop" on my device - so far, so good...

It seamlessly combines CRM and ERP functionalities, allowing businesses to streamline processes across departments. The customizable features and user-friendly interface make it adaptable to various business needs, empowering organizations to optimize operations and drive growth effectively.
Cons
One aspect that could be improved in Dynamics 365 is the complexity of customization for users without technical expertise. While it offers extensive customization options, navigating these features can be challenging for beginners. Simplifying the customization process or providing more user-friendly guides could enhance the platform's accessibility and usability.

A powerful tool that is a necessity in many cases for a CRM product. Once the user gets more familiar with the product, then the similar layout on different pages make sit easier for the user to navigate in different
Pros
Ultra high customizability when teamed up with a development partner team. With the possibility to modify standard functionality, Dynamics 365 can be morphed into a million different products for specific business needs. A lot of functionality can be used out-of-the-box.
Cons
High customizability regrettably also means that design, development, implementation and testing take a huge amount of time. Additionally, bugs are frequent, and seem to appear and disappear in sync with Microsoft updates. Rather expensive.

I Recommended Dynamics 365 to everyone
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
Pros
I appreciate Dynamics 365's seamless integration across various business functions like sales, marketing, customer service, and finance. Its cloud-based nature ensures accessibility from anywhere, fostering collaboration and efficiency. The customizable dashboards and robust reporting tools provide valuable insights, facilitating data-driven decision-making for improved performance and growth.
Cons
While Dynamics 365 offers extensive features, its complexity can be overwhelming for new users. The initial learning curve for customization and configuration might require significant time and resources. Additionally, some users may find the licensing costs and add-on expenses to be on the higher side, impacting budget considerations for smaller businesses.

D365 - a viable Legacy ERP replacement
Once we got past the cutover pains (about 6 months) it has gotten easier to live with. I can also see why at an executive level, they made the decision to go with this solution. When compared to products like SAP and Oracle I think you will be far happier with your investment in D365 (buy with confidence).
Pros
Flexibility - It does take some custom coding, but it is a based product that you can tailor to meet all of your ERP related needs
Cons
The server based technology has bandwidth issues constantly (make sure you scale your system properly).
Expect your IT staff to grow significantly if you are coming from an AS400 based environment.
Requires isolation of support work (in an AS400 environment you can have generalist who do everything -- that will change drastically in this environment.

Great to manage online orders.
Used Dynamics 365 for months as a CRM mainly to manage online orders. It happened to be slow at times but overall it allowed finding and quickly reviewing and editing online orders. While it can be a bit complex to understand at first and separate windows opening menus can be overwhelming, this can be overcome by using 2 screens.
Pros
- Dashboard customization, great CRM and ERP software that can be optimized and configured regardless of the size of your organization.
- Available on mobile for a quick view on the go
Cons
- Sometimes a bit laggy, freezing when searching a database and needs to be reloaded.
- Mobile app is good but limited.
- Requires opening a browser to access integrated services.

Empowering Growth with a Microsoft-Friendly CRM Tool
It is a CRM tool that is very compatible with Microsoft. Overall, it is very convenient to use, time-efficient, and I am confident that it is a tool that can help a company grow. There is no other tool as convenient for managing customers. Although setting it up takes some time, its strong advantages outweigh the inconvenience.
Pros
Dynamics 365 is suitable for large organizations. Its integration with other Microsoft products is excellent. Once adapted to the system, it becomes very convenient and time-efficient.
Cons
It can be cumbersome due to the need for specific settings. For small groups, the cost may be burdensome.

Dynamics 365 needs a lot of updates!
Overall experience has been poor. Everytime they update the software it seems they do not consult their customers and the changes are major and you have to learn how to use entire sections again with no warning, and they don't make changes that help the customer. Bank recs used to take me 2-3 hours and after the last update it now takes me 8-12 hours. Not Good.
Pros
I don't like much about Dynamics 365. None that I can think of.
Cons
Very antiquated bank reconciliations and reporting. It is also very difficult to make corrections, not user-friendly at all. Every action takes at least 5 times longer with this software than with other software. This includes simply printing anything at all. When they make updates they don't ask the customers what improvements they would like that would help them.

Average CRM/Dashboard - Go with Salesforce
Overall experience was poor. I wish Upper Management at PMI would've asked for input before buying this knock-off of Salesforce.
Pros
What I liked about it was that it was very easy to customize. All you need to do is look for the "..." button, and nearly anything and everything can be changed.
Cons
The flow wasn't ideal, and you had to use Dynamics 365 Business Central to create quotes or invoices. Salesforce has everything all together in one system and is SO much easier. The dashboard was very average and was one of few things I couldn't customize.
