I have great visibility over all my work and clients and especially love that I can allocate email to work items via the triage function. Karbon also allows me to create excellent automated checklists and this allowed me to get through and complete work much faster than before. Karbon also has excellent integrations which I am only beginning to explore. > > **Cons**: Nothing really.
