> **Cons**: Hiring features does not allow for personalization of form. Forms do not offer links to access (even if it's just to share within app chat). Would like to personalize feed based on role or groups. &#10;Would like to see integration with CashApp or Zelle, and would like offline access to clock or forms when signal isn't available (then update once signal is available). Both these features are used and needed significantly in trucking industry. &#10;For business would like to see API integration capabilities to pair with Claude or other AI to help with efficiency. Better expense tracking tools.

> **Pros**: The system is easy to learn for scheduling. Staff seem to like the system and understand it easily. The issues outweigh the positives.

> **Cons**: Customer service has been extremely disappointing.&#10;&#10;Connecteam advertises an integration with Gusto, which is a key feature we rely on for payroll. Unfortunately, this integration has never worked for us despite following all setup instructions correctly.&#10;&#10;We opened a support ticket on March 25, 2026, and nearly a month later, the issue remains unresolved. During that time, we have processed three payroll cycles without the integration functioning. As a result, our team has had to manually enter PTO for 61 employees—creating significant, unnecessary administrative work.&#10;&#10;What’s most frustrating is the lack of meaningful support or communication. We have:&#10;&#10;Provided detailed explanations, screenshots, and even screen recordings&#10;Answered repeated troubleshooting questions&#10;Complied with every request from support&#10;&#10;Yet, we have never received a clear update on what has actually been done to resolve the issue. Instead, each time we ask for a status update, we are asked to complete additional tasks—many of which are repetitive or irrelevant at this stage.&#10;&#10;It has become evident that little to no real progress is being made on this ticket. The burden of troubleshooting has been placed almost entirely on us as the customer, despite paying for a service that includes this integration.&#10;&#10;At this point, the lack of resolution and transparency is unacceptable. If a feature is advertised and included in a paid product, it should work—or there should be timely, accountable support to fix it.&#10;&#10;Due to this experience, we are actively considering moving to another platform.

> **Pros**: Connecteam has become the communication hub for our business. What I appreciate most is how accessible it is across devices. I can leave it open on both my phone and computer throughout the day, which allows me to stay connected whether I am in the office, on a job site, or traveling between client meetings. The channel structure is one of its strongest features. We have private one-on-one conversations with employees when needed, but we also maintain operational channels for sales, leads, estimate review, design, production, installation, and general company communication. This keeps information organized and easy to find. The ability to share photos and files directly within conversations is extremely valuable in our industry, where visual communication is often necessary. For a growing business, the free plan for up to 10 users provided tremendous value and allowed us to implement the platform without a large upfront investment.

> **Cons**: While Connecteam does many things exceptionally well, the calendar and scheduling functionality could be improved. The event calendar feels a little clunky compared to the rest of the platform. Making edits often requires several clicks, which can become frustrating when managing multiple jobs or appointments throughout the day. I would also prefer a more traditional monthly calendar view as the default option. The current layout tends to focus on upcoming items, making it less intuitive when trying to review past events or quickly view an entire month's schedule at a glance. Archived jobs and completed events are available, but accessing them takes additional navigation. None of these issues are deal breakers, but they do create extra steps in what is otherwise a very streamlined user experience.

> Overall, our experience with Connecteam has been extremely positive. We initially adopted it as a communication tool, but it has evolved into a central operating platform for our team. The combination of messaging, channels, file sharing, announcements, and scheduling has helped keep everyone aligned and accountable. One of the features we use most frequently is photo sharing, which allows team members to document installations, production progress, and completed projects in real time. Customer support has been responsive whenever we have needed assistance, and the system has been reliable with very few bugs or technical issues. The platform is easy for employees to learn, and user access permissions help ensure people see only the information relevant to their role. Connecteam offers a tremendous number of features for the price, and the free plan for smaller teams makes it easy to get started. It has become an important part of our daily operations and continues to provide value as our company grows.
