DICE allows gated community security personnel to use two-way audio and video communication to open doors, call tenants, conduct wellness checks and answer questions remotely. It enables employees to generate patrol routes, create service tasks, schedule technicians, assign tickets and add notes. Additionally, the sales management tool allows staff members to schedule appointments and generate and access prospect data, quotes and contracts.


DICE comes with an application programming interface (API), which allows businesses to integrate the system with third-party solutions. > **Pros**: Dice is a very good software interface for data entry and data processing organizations it is very handy to use and the best part about it is that it helps us to save data onto the cloud which helps us to access it from anywhere anytime and the safety part is also quite nice it helps us to safely store the data
