Great customer relationship management system

Overall, my time spent working with Freshsales has been really positive. Our sales team's productivity and cooperation have both greatly benefited from this. Because of its intuitive design and abundance of useful features, it has proven to be an invaluable tool in our sales operations.

Pros

Freshsales' friendly user interface and extensive CRM features are definite pluses. The sales process is simplified because to the lead score and AI-driven insights, which assist prioritize and nurture leads more efficiently.

Cons

The reporting capabilities, while competent, might benefit from greater customization choices. More granular data could be gleaned from reports if they were more adaptable.

Freshsales Review

The system itself is very good, and the company are willing to create special features if needed, and are happy to work with our system manager to ensure it meets the needs of our business. There is a lot of potential to the Freshsales system that our team are looking to utilise, especially around automations.

Sometime the customer service they offer through their instant chats does not always lead to a solution. I found the chatbot that offers suggestions for help rarely comes up with the answers to my queries - then their is usually a language barrier when conversing with their overseas customer service operatives who manage the chat one you get past the chatbot - their team often help with a solution, but it can take some time.

Pros

Easily view customer profiles.
Edit the views to see what is needed most - for example, we have important details at the top of their profile, like their contact details.
It records all communication in one location for quick access when needed.
Fairly simple navigation structure, search bar to find customers, navigation bar down the side to access different areas of their profile.
The analytics section allow you to create reports that can update themselves, making it easy to monitor and view necessary information, the reports also easily convert to an Excel Spreadsheet.
Our phone system is built into this system, meaning we can see who is calling and when you click their name, it brings you straight to the customer profile.
Automated emails when fields are updated take a lot of work off our hands.

Cons

I've found creating Analytics Reports to be very complicated and difficult to understand - you need to follow the guidance on how to do this, or have help from someone who does understand, they did not seem simple to set up.
It will prompt you to refresh the page fairly often, meaning you lose you place on a page and have to scroll back down.
The system only allows for a certain amount of field's per customer, meaning you have to make learning records for the courses, which are on a different page from their profile and are not as easy to view.

Freshsales Review

Pros

It is a great first CRM when you are a small company just starting your business and growing your database.
I started using it in my previous role in a very small startup and it did the job for a while, the knowledge base management is great and quite intuitive. Would definitely recommend for a small budget and small startup.

Cons

Some of the features were very tricky, the layout is not very intuitive and it is quite hard to see all your information.
Once again, if you try to scale or actually do forecast/sales pipeline review, I'm not sure it is the best tool

Pros

Cons

reporting and analysis is bit limited to filters and available options, plus reporting and making dashboard analysis is bit difficult for non-technical person and technical person like admin has to engage with sales team to teach them how to prepare your reports, graphical representations and dash boards.

FreshSales is a CRM that is easy to use and configure

Facilitating the organization of all of our potential customers' contact information and email history in one location. You may utilize their reporting function to maintain tabs on sales and top performers, and you can use and build email templates to speed up communication with prospects and customers.

Pros

Freshsales is an intuitive CRM that is always seeking to better itself. I appreciate that my suggestions are not only heard but also acted upon. It's simple to integrate with your email and offers cross-platform support for apps like Acuity and Google Calendar.

Cons

If the leads have different addresses, please don't ask for them twice. The CRM software FreshSales will flag a lead as duplicate if there are multiples with the same name.

An Excellent All-In-One CRM and EDM Platform

Pros

Freshsales consolidates virtually every CRM and EDM function that my business needs. I've discontinued my Mailchimp and Zoho subscriptions as a result, and will probably continue cancelling some of my other subscriptions as Freshsales adds more features. The ease of use, capabilities, and value for money are, overall, excellent. I mostly use Freshsales for contact management, collecting self-reported attribution, and email marketing.

Cons

As with many feature-dense products, there are some parts that are more polished/easier to use than others. I had a fair bit of trouble setting up certain automations, which was made more difficult because a lot of the documentation was out of date (I was saved by Freshworks' excellent support). I also had some trouble setting up self-reported attribution the way I wanted.

The CRM Freshsales is useful and adaptable

Managing your leads, prospects, deals, wins/losses, and clients is a breeze. It allows you to keep tabs on your emails and see when you were last in touch. When dealing with thousands of leads, this is a great way to keep everything straight and organized.

Pros

I like how simple it is to narrow down potential customers. I appreciate the convenience of being able to draft contracts for clients and have them sign them electronically. Having access to pre-made email templates, mass emailing, and detailed stats is also fantastic.

Cons

The strict structure of Freshsales sometimes gets on my nerves. It's both helpful and confusing that there are so many filters to choose from. It can be a lot to take in at once.

Buggy product and horrible customer service

I wouldnt recommend it to anyone and regret paying for the product

Pros

Not much. The product is OK but the support is just mind-numbing

Cons

We had basic issues with everything we were trying to use. We were using the free version of hubspot and moved to freshsales hoping it would be better. It is not even comparable to the free version we were using. I have been running around from pillar to post within their organisation but they just dont care. Here is what simply doesnt work.1. Bugs: We bought the paid version of the product and we encountered serious bugs with everything we were trying to use it for. 1. Email integration didnt work 2. Webforms dont work (still ongoing) 3. Calling application (exotel) integration didnt work. 4. Importing contactswas more complex than hubspot.2. Customer support: I understand there may be issues sometimes and the basic expectation is that when there are issues, we can get help from support. Their support is the worst. For every small issue, they push a calendly link in your face and want you to schedule. And for every issue, the calendar is blocked out days out. They just say sorry thats when you will get help. They offer some free onboarding hours but the person just has a script and is unable to solve any of the issues. Even they will put you on to their support which is unresponsive. We are being tossed around with out 7-8 people who always start from scratch.3. Unprofessional: Their customer success is not just incompetent, they are highly unprofessional. I asked them for a feedback form multiple times so that our issues get recorded but they just dodge it

For sales managers and their team members working in startups, the most high-end software

Overall, I believe that FreshSales has been a fantastic addition to our business. Customer accounts are simple for us to access. From FreshSales, we can directly create tickets in FreshDesk.

Pros

I have been using this software for one and a half years. I initially only used the live real-time chat feature, but now I use its premium capabilities to manage my leads and send them updates and sales pitches using the simple campaign manager. I adored the user interface because it requires little intelligence to comprehend the things you need to achieve your goal. I have made use of their reporting capabilities, which aid in my decision-making based on campaign results.

Cons

If they offered interaction with other social networks in addition to LinkedIn, such as Instagram and Facebook messaging, I would adore this feature. They only have a few integration modules at the moment. Additionally, handling and transmitting files takes considerably longer than importing them, and occasionally it gets stuck, forcing me to repeat everything.

It's a great CRM!

All-in-All it's a great software to use. I conclude with the fact that freshsales is ever changing and in my 6 months of usage I have seen anticipated improvements appear right before my eyes. It's perfect for users who are looking for a cost effective and flexible solution to customer relations. The kinks in its usage can be ironed out through support and further improvement of the software itself. It's a great CRM!

Pros

The BEST part about Freshale's is the endless capability for customizations and integrations. This allows users to create systems of follow up with multiple points of contact to the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. I also love the capability to attach documents to client files, really comes in handy.

Cons

The system is relatively easy to understand however when it comes to usage I find it's very clunky. I can see how the open set up and free customization may overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that, the coders and web designers at freshsales had more of an influence on this product then the relation management professionals. It sort of like a "Droid" cell phone. The technology in the phone is superior and far more advanced, yet users are not acclimated to the application of it. I would like to make two suggestions to address such.

First, I'd like to point out that even though I'm bring this up in the 'con' section, I have NEVER had a problem with Freshsales support team. When in reference to the wieldiness of the software I think that Freshsales could benefit from a hand on approach and a thorough process in training the users. You see if the users understood Freshsales as much as you folks do I'm certain the above 'con' would be null.

Second, in relation to the same 'con' described above I believe this can be solved more directly. What I mean by that is creating an internal prioritization based on recent actions, recent stage changes, number of exchanges, lengths of conversation and what ever variables you guys think that can measure and use as info to prioritize leads. Then possibly a dashboard view, displaying these prioritized leads as well as up coming tasks and appointments, metrics on call volume and possible targets or goals.

Pros

Cons

Would be great if it can be integrated with more softwares so there are a lot of options for customers.

Legitimately the Worst CRM I've Ever Used

Our experiences have been lots of problems, no solutions.

Pros

They always remember to say "thank you for your patience" when telling us our support tickets haven't been resolved yet.

Cons

Off the top of my head:

The program will randomly delete calendar events, sending cancellations to prospects but not alerting the user. Multiple meetings were missed because of this. It's been 3 months since we reported it and no fix has been offered. Subsequently all the calendaring has to be done manually.

The email editor will randomly delete the line ahead when hitting the backspace key or the space behind when hitting the delete key. To make it interesting it will sometimes do nothing when you hit either key.

We have a report in the system showing overdue tasks. This report keeps pulling tasks that have actually been deleted from the system. There's no way to clean up the reports because you can't access the deleted tasks they are listing.

We just switched credit cards for the account because the previous was expiring. This came at the same time that they've extended us a credit because of all the problems we've had with the system. The result is that the invoice due is less than the minimum charge level on the card ($0.01 due, $0.50 card minimum). As a result they haven't been able to add the card and we keep getting a banner stating access is cut off in 2 days. They've stated this has been fixed but the banner is still there.

Those are just a few things... did I mention that if you take notes in the Notes section of a Calendar event the system will randomly forward those to the other party? Found out about that one the hard way...

Freshsales has gained the insights of food retail managers.

Despite the challenges with reporting, my overall experience with Freshsales has been positive. The platform has effectively streamlined our sales processes, from capturing leads to closing deals. The centralized contact management system ensures that all customer interactions are logged and easily accessible, greatly improving our team’s collaboration and efficiency. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it user-friendly for our team. The automation and AI-driven insights have significantly boosted our sales performance, making Freshsales a valuable tool for our business.

Pros

As a manager of a small food retail business, I found Freshsales’ lead management and automation features incredibly useful. The intuitive lead scoring and automated follow-up system helped us prioritize high-potential leads, maintaining consistent communication with minimal manual effort. Freddy AI’s predictive insights have notably enhanced our conversion rates, which is crucial for our growth.

Cons

However, the complexity of the reporting and analysis tools was a significant drawback. Customizing reports to fit our specific business needs proved to be challenging, especially without advanced technical skills. This complexity often made it difficult to quickly generate actionable insights, hindering our ability to make timely and informed decisions.

Reliable and cost effective platform

Overall experience is great. it is providing efficient services by automation our sales. I also appreciate the way it lets us track the sales activities.

Pros

I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.

Cons

To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

Freshsales - CRM for the startup of tomorrow

Overall Freshsales is a great CRM tool for a new startup to base its sales department.

Pros

It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.

Cons

The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

Meyann Fresh sales review

My overall experience with Fresh sales is moderately satisfying and helpful, it was very in boosting thv overall sales process

Pros

Pricing, it's affordable and convient for buyers

Cons

My least like about Fresh sales is the part of trying hard to convince the buyer to put their money in, I believe the value of the product should be able to be convincing that it will solve the needs of the buyer

Professional experience on working with freshsales

I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

Pros

Since the company I was working with was very much into building customer relationships, this product proved beneficial. Tracking customer records is the best part about it

Cons

After sales, customer support is not very extensive. Hence maintenance of long term relationships may hamper

Great CRM for Start Ups

Pros

It was very easy to implement. We setup email sequences quickly and starting automating sales tasks in just a few minutes.

Cons

The only issue I have had is I like to export our contacts and conduct my own reporting in Excel. It’s difficult to export contacts and you are limited to the amount of times you can export a day and you don’t have the ability to filter who is exported.

Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales

I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem.

Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money.

Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me.

It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.

Pros

Right now, their lack of customer service is canceling out any benefits Freshsales might have had.

Cons

Glitchy program and TERRIBLE customer service.

Freshsales. Fresh start.

This was our company's first CRM. We still enjoy Freshsales, but often find quirks and areas for improvement that we sent to our representative. There have been advancements since we started with Fresh, but would love to know more insight on what's to come in the next year and three-year plan, so we can prepare and know how the system will improve over time.

Pros

Up front, nothing seems overcomplicated. It has the essentials we need to track business on the sales side. Those who tend to support tickets are quite helpful. Happy with the timely, honest support we receive!

Cons

As with any system, there are areas of improvement, wishes for changes, and improvements we would love to see implemented. I wish there were more transparent check-ins telling us upcoming changes that are being worked on in the background. I also wish we were notified when updates were going to run so that could better prepare when "Blackout" periods are going to take place during the workday.

Easy Automation

Created marketing campaigns to predict sales, created scenarios to see the different results, created templates from scratch with the team to see what else we can do for more.

Pros

The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.

Cons

The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.

Easy CRM for everyone - from small to large business

Fantastic product

Pros

I made first experience with SAGE CRM and Salesforce before I started with Freshsales. Implementation was very easy. I use it every day to follow up on sales leads and I send out a newsletter every month. But the best thing about Freshales is the support by Chat. You get immediate responses and help so that can get the job done. In most other CRM solutions there is either no support or it takes forever to respond.

Cons

nothing really, Sometimes I miss functionality that is only available at higher costs by purchasing more expensive plans

Reasons for Choosing Freshsales

We switched from Monday.com for ethical reasons. We did not want to use a product that was from a company operating out of an immoral apartheid state such as Israel. As an organisation we boycott all Israeli products and services and support the United Nations in condeming the illegal occupation of Palestine and oppression of the Palestinian people. We believe in a free Palestine.

For many companies that are just starting out, if they get the free plan it is very limited and does not allow me to do some things, it offers unlimited user integration and contact management, but it offers a totally secure environment to manage your business making sure that your data is safe at any time.

Pros

It allows users and administrators to manage and coordinate interactions with our employees and customers with ease, it has tools for customer service, its cloud calling system is excellent and dynamic, it allows us to generally manage strategies and channels of active sales.

Cons

Freshsales CRM Review

Pros

Freshsales has lots of good features, and the price is reasonable compared to others in the market. The customer service and support desk is stellar; they are always available to chat and assist within minutes.

Cons

The product is difficult to navigate and at times feels unintuitive. Sometimes, it feels as if they're relying on excellent customer service to make up for a less usable app. However, they are always growing and sending out updates, so I know they're working on this. If you're willing to learn the interface and deal with some of its quirks, then you'll be rewarded with creative features and excellent customer service. If you want a simple, easy to navigate and use CRM, I would look elsewhere.

Mixed feelings

I am actually struggling with use of the system, it lacks basic customization features such as fields for activities.

Pros

I like the fact, that if offers you some basic features of customization

Cons

I hate that when you have custom sales activity you can only have one field set for all of these. Also the scope of access is not so much customizable, of course it offers some basic things but nothing more that that. Also come on, why can't I report those custom sales activities?

Review for Freshsales

Too complicated for user. Not enough automation for sales activity. Need more features to ease productivity data and a lot of manual work is needed. Will need to improvise on how we are going to measure sales owner strength (sales visits, calls and revenue) to make it simpler to be measure. But other than that, it was good in terms of amending settings and agent that are very supportive to take up any issue and problem arise.

Pros

-Analytics-Pipeline movement-Fields Tracking-Admin settings

Cons

-Modules arrangement-API problem-Analytic issue

Also the customization is great. Keep up the great work Freshsales!
