RDM Potentially the best :-)
Enjoy it very much part from the passwords vie and the permissions management (subfolders - no traversal)
Pros
I like that I as an IT manager can centrally manage all remote connections for our users.
Cons
When trying to use it as a password manager, the view is very not comfortable. this is stopping us from migrating our passwords fully to RDM and use it as a central password\secrets management.

Easy way to manage your remote devices across multiple IT employees
Daily life is way more simple thanks to Remote Desktop Manager. There are a lot of tools that can do the same for cheaper but this one has so much possibilities and is easy to use that the price for it is worth.
Pros
The ability to maintain a list of remote devices between multiple IT employees. Lots of customisation available. Save and run scripts.
Cons
So much customisation that you can get lost trying to find the one you are looking for.

I don't like this sw at all, sorry
I'm using this sw from years and I'm totally not sadisfied. Too slow, too complex, and buggy. At least they needs to have 2 interfaces, one advanced and one lite with 10% of the options. they also needs to have a better quality check on the sw because it's usually buggy (or at least insert LTS version , so a user could update 2 or 3 times per month and other if they like will keep all the updates).
Pros
Full of functionality and features. If you think about a vpn, a remote connections this software has the plugin to automate the process. It's also secure because data are centrally stored with rbac config.
Cons
Well.... to heavy , this sw is always slow. I've changed my laptop with a new one with i7 and ssd with 32gb of ram and it's still slow!
It's buggy... i usually skip some version because they add whatever plugin or functionality you probably never use because you will not be able to find it and they broke something you are using.
The ui is confusing, too many options available.

RDM Empowers Operational Effeciency
RDM has significantly reduce the operational overhead of session and password management. Team members have access to what they need without having to 'discover' resources.
Pros
Centralized control of session and supporting information. Ability to apply standard session recording and logging policies.
Cons
Low resolution, and no ability to upscale, session video recordings. This severely limits our ability to identify and improve operational workflows. Network scripting is limited.

Best Remote Tool
Out of all the remote tools that I have used in the past this is the best one I have used. I like the fact that you keep it updated not like the others I have used in the past. Thank you
Pros
If for some reason I need to move the Remote Desktop Manager window to another screen while I am remoted into a system, it doesn't start a count down like it is in the process of disconnecting like mRemoteNG did. I can move this without having to worry I will get disconnected from the system I am remoted into.
Cons
When I use Quick connect to remote into a system the only issue, I have is that when I delete something from the system and press the enter key on my keyboard it tries to open another system in my list or goes to another one that I already have open instead of deleting the item. I have to go back to that window and then click yes for it to finish deleting the item. I was able to do this in other remote tools I used. For all I know is that I am doing something wrong or there is a setting I need to enable. If there is a setting that needs to be enabled, please let me know.

The IT Swiss Army Knife!
I've been using RDM since the free version was released around 2010. I was looking for a tool to manage my remote connections. I downloaded RDM, RoyalTS, and Remote Desktop Connection Manager and put them side by side. RDM won by a mile! It was able to do way more, and that was with the FREE version. The Enterprise version is way better! The employees at Devolutions are all super friendly and their support is super helpful too!
Pros
RDM is great at managing your remote connections! Whether they are RDP, SSH, VNC, Apple Remote Desktop, telnet, WinSCP, file explorer, websites, Cloud explorers, etc. The integrations with other tools are the key though. They integrate with various password managers, FTP tools, etc! They also import connections from other tools like Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager, MRemote, Putty, WinSCP, RealVNC, Royal TS, and many more!
Cons
I haven't run into a CON yet. My experience has been nothing but positive!

Managing servers the new way!
The best App I used and I recommended to any Network Engineer or System admin.
Pros
When I started managing my company servers and network Appliances, I was using the local remote desktop and I had to type the ip or each server everytime. With Remote Desktop Manager, my servers were already added and organised by folders. Which made my work easier and saved a lot of time.
Cons

The best RDM, if you want to spend a little money
Pros
It supports about 98% of protocols you need for everyday life as a sysadmin (SSH, RDP etc.)
Cons
The initial setup process takes a little longer than just setting up all your servers. What kind of annoys me, is that once you update the software, everyone else from your team has to update too.

Still the best way to connect to multiple remote devices
I use it day in and day out and while the number of servers I need to switch between, it is still my application of choice to connect to my (virtual) servers
Pros
a very simple way to connect to multiple servers one by one or at the same time and a simply way to switch between servers without the need to sign-in and sign-out all the time.
Integration with password managers to further increase security by avoiding having to store your credentials locally.
There are many more tools, but in my case those are nice to have features I simply don't use (yet)
Cons
when changing the size of the window the remote server screen does not adjust. I use a laptop with 3 external screens 2 x 24" and 1 x 34" and when moving it needs to be resized and you either are left with unused space or scroll bars.
in particular when switching between windowed and full screen, it would be great if it automatically scaled the remote display.

Nice Tool, but need to be well versed in knowing or having usesd these before.
I use it for one thing and know it could be used for more, but don't have alot of extra time to learn and figure it all out and how useful it could be to me.
Pros
I do like it better than the standard remote desktop, and can set it up to go to more than one place rather than only one place.
Cons
Learning curve on how to use it and set up, and what piece goes with what, if you aren't use to doing this sort of thing, as this was my first time with a tool like this, didn't even know or know for sure what I needed to download, or how this and others work together.

After using RDM, you wont go back
Have been using RDM extensively for 10+ years, yet almost every day I learn something new about what it or its companion products can do.
Pros
The extraordinary flexibility and capability of the tool, both for connecting to systems and storing information relevant to the IT landscape. Additionaly, pairing the tool with their other products such as Hub or Server or Gateway can provide enterprise grade security and functionality whether it be for a single user or a large IT team.
Cons
It would be great if Devolutions could expand the development team working on product enhancements. There is so much potential for the product/s, and it is great to see all the improvements included with the quarterly major releases, however many of the community submitted 'feature requests' remain in the backlog, I suspect due to capacity contraints of the current team.

Versatile tool from a user centric company
Remote Desktop Manager and Devolutions seems like a "nerdy" company meaning that it feels like there is not a long way from the end user to the developers. If you run into an issue, you will get quick response from Devolutions. Suggest a new feature and you might see it show up not a long time later. And long release notes with lots of details.
I not just love the product but I'm also a big fan of Devolutions themselves.
Pros
Very versatile, meaning that it can be configured for a wide range of situations. Can run on many different databases or in the cloud. For each connection you have many configuration options so most things can be configured for your exact needs.
Cons
Can be a little slow to start but once started it's fast.
Timeout handling to the connected SQL server with the Remote Desktop Database (our configuration, might not be the same for other setups)

Pros

Streamline Your RDP Connections
Devolutions RDP Manager is highly customizable, you can add quick connections, change the layout, and even see who may have been using a server actively before connecting in.
Pros

Cons

RDM is a must-have admin tool
Overall very positive. We have had only a couple of support tickets over several years (mainly for new features, and one software bug) and they were always handled very well.
Pros
Having one application to manage all logins, all forms of remote access for every device imaginable, and even supporting documentation is a wonderful thing. Lots of options for back-end datasource platforms, loads of application integrations.
Cons

Pros

RDM forever
For me, Remote Desktop Manager is a must. I don't need to remember or check address and credential for every machine/site I need to be connected (or create many RDP shortcuts on desktop), my work is simplified. RDP also keeps a connections log.
Pros
I daily use Remote Desktop Manager as I need to remote connect to many server and https websites, and it allows me to do these tasks in a quick way and save a lot of time.
First You create a connection choosing the type and filling all the informations required. Every time you will need to connect you will just have to click on open session button. If you need to change anything in the connections you create, just right click on properties and set the new value (e.g. the password).
Cons
The program may take some time to load and may seems to hang
The configuration of SQL source may need some knowledgement
