We report this anyone fix this error, we waiting for 3 days and nothing. The customers of the day are showing up the day before, I have 42 people works with me calling me lost and nothing has been resolved so far. The day I reported the issue I received a telephone call from an English speaking representative in the United States to gather more information. The problem was resolved within 48 hours and I received a follow-up telephone call from the same representative to insure the issue was resolved.
