> RepSpark is a B2B wholesale commerce platform built for brands that sell through retailers, reps, and specialty accounts. It helps brands create a buying experience that feels modern, organized, and easy to act on, while giving retailers and sales teams the tools they need to shop, sell, and reorder with less friction. RepSpark brings together digital catalogs, online order entry, branded assortments, real time inventory visibility, self service ordering, and ERP connected workflows in one place, so wholesale buying feels clearer and more efficient.

For buyers, the value is simple. RepSpark makes brands easier to buy from. Retailers can browse products, review assortments, place orders, and manage reorders with better visibility across products, availability, and account activity. Instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets, static PDFs, or constant back and forth with customer service, buyers get a cleaner path from discovery to order. RepSpark’s newer Flow experience builds on that with a redesigned interface, easier navigation, dedicated product detail pages, a persistent cart, multi date ordering, and embedded AI support to reduce friction across the ordering journey.

For brands, RepSpark helps wholesale operations run with more control and less manual work. Teams can support self service buying without losing the relationship driven nature of wholesale. Sales reps stay involved where they add value, while smaller accounts and repeat buyers can move faster on their own. Brands can also use branded landing pages, digital catalogs, and curated assortments to present products more effectively and guide buyers toward the right collections. Community extends that value by helping brands get discovered by qualified retailers in a wholesale specific environment built for product discovery and ordering.

RepSpark also supports more complex wholesale needs that many general ecommerce tools do not handle well. Brands use it for custom product workflows, event microsites, and specialty selling experiences tied to real inventory and fulfillment. That makes it especially useful for industries where assortments, decorated product, seasonal selling, and rep driven relationships all matter.

The platform’s value is backed by measurable customer outcomes. johnnie O reported 102% growth in B2B retailer count and 744% growth in B2B average order volume. Stance reported 46% growth in its independent retail network and 30% growth in B2B user orders through RepSpark. NAOT reported a 15% revenue increase in its first three months on the platform and added 400 new retailers. These results point to the same outcome, which is a wholesale channel that is easier to scale because it is easier for buyers to engage with and easier for internal teams to support.

RepSpark has also been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years. That consistency reflects steady growth and adoption across the wholesale market.

In practical terms, RepSpark helps brands grow without the operational mess that usually comes with growth. It gives retailers a better buying experience, gives reps and internal teams better tools, and gives brands a stronger wholesale foundation to support long term revenue, stronger account relationships, and a more professional presence in the market.

## Reviews

### "Our review" — 5.0/5

> **Zachary** | *22 April 2021* | Retail | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The features are pretty solid, and the B2B component is really useful for our industry. The catalogs are good, but we've found they are not as effective as we originally thought for our use.
>
> **Cons**: We have a lot of B2B customers; the user interface and navigation from beggining to end is not the most intuitive. We actually have to field a lot of questions and do quick trainings with our customers to get them to consistently use the platform. The UI should be intuitive enough that a first time user with zero instruction is able to start, enter, and submit an order in my opinion. From my experience (hundreds of B2B users) this a very common complaint to the point where many customers won't use RepSpark at all.

Load speeds are also poor to OK at best between pages. This deters users and frustrates the sales team at times.
>
> Overall I'm very happy with RepSpark. For our sales team it is great. The load speeds are pretty bad, especially on a moderate to weak connection, but compared to previous tools we've used I prefer repspark over others. Every tool can be better, but at the end of the day Repspark gets the job done, and is simple to manage.

### "Decent B2B but lacking features to remain competitive with industry leaders" — 4.0/5

> **Sean** | *22 April 2021* | Apparel & Fashion | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Fairly easy to use for the most part. Having the ability to provide our reps and accounts with a way to manage their business themselves was a huge win for our business. Shopability and the general order process had some solid functionality.
>
> **Cons**: Digital catalogs and the new way of creating line sheets was clunky and not user friendly at all. Formatting was a nightmare and ultimately led us to not use those features at all. We had several reps complain when the previous assortments functionality was removed. Not having the ability to create an order with multiple delivery dates was a big miss. The setup process for getting wholesale accounts their own login was a bit clunky and made it very difficult to get participation from accounts. Not having a centralized location to look up orders submitted, working orders, full order history, order status, and shipping information was a big miss and a general complaint from both reps and accounts. Reporting wasn't the greatest and meant that we primarily stuck with reporting out of our ERP to send to our reps. Some requests we completely understood the necessity for custom programming but being told that some features we felt should have been standard out of the box would require custom programming with extremely high quotes was a big pain point throughout our relationship.
>
> While order entry and some of the features were easy to use, there were many aspects that led us to consider alternate solutions. Your team was generally responsive and helpful, but the lack of more advanced features and a clunky user experience for many features that were available is what ultimately pushed us away. RepSpark is a solid B2B, but will be hard pressed to position itself alongside industry leaders such as NuORDER and Elastic without some major improvements.

### "2 weeks into using this system and I regret spending the money as it is very difficult to use." — 1.0/5

> **Alisa** | *15 May 2023* | Apparel & Fashion | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The pros are only in theory at this point, therefore I will not be answering this yet.
>
> **Cons**: Very difficult to use, the training to set up the system was lacking, and the cost is always changing the more you work with the team, from the first informative calls to signing up the cost kept increasing. I was made to feel like I was not important as the trainer was rushing through the time I had, which was not extensive enough. He always had another call he needed to get off and prepare for, so my session was clearly not important in his view. I still do not know how to load and build catalogues and assortments.
>
> Difficult, frustrating, and the videos on how to use have not been accurate and resulted in an additional $2555.59 based on mistakes. Forget trying to call for help as you will always get an answering machine. The training was inadequate, rushed, and I felt like I was a very low priority by the lead trainer. I am very savvy at using Shopify, therefore I thought this would be intuitive and easy since they are supposed to interface. Unfortunately, RepSpark is nowhere near as easy to use. Even signing in to the site in the correct place whether you are the administrator, a retailer, or need help is confusing. The Success team is not

### "Love Repspark" — 4.0/5

> **Catherine** | *19 April 2021* | Sports | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy to use and understand. Extremely customizable and can be exactly what you need it to be\!\! Works for sales members, ops team, supply chain team. Gives a live view of what's in inventory and what's coming in.
like that the customer and salesperson can have their own portal and place orders.
>
> **Cons**: Aesthetically it's a little rigid. Wish it was a little more modern appearing.
Should be able to sort the page view on your own (drag and drop as an administrator as to how you want the pages to be viewed)
Ability to add comments/description to products
>
> experience has been great. team has been patient as we deploy new tools and worth thru issues.

### "RepSpark User" — 4.0/5

> **Andrew** | *19 April 2021* | Apparel & Fashion | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I like the fact that new features keep getting added. It's pretty intuitive to use as well, at least our customers think that.
>
> **Cons**: In general the software moves rather slowly. Whether loading images, navigating through User Management or building catalogs, it's not the quickest platform. It's would also be beneficial if there was an option to populate fields directly into RepSpark as opposed to just having them pull from our ERP (i.e. Product Descriptions)
