For the value of it's subscription, it really does mostly everything you need to ensure your child care center is operating smoothly. It's pretty easy to use for both the parents and the staff, and allows us to update as needed. It is excellent for assisting in student management, and now has the new feature to look at all the rooms and help with capacity and placement dates. Parents use it as a form of communication to the teachers, and this is the number one use of it. The user interface is pretty easy to learn. Customer Support can sometimes have some long waits, but things are taken cared of pretty quickly with them. Working on new features with the team is always fun too, to see our side of how to use the app, and they take the feedback seriously. > > **Cons**: I do think there is some updates that are much needed on the app still. They do have a feedback form that can submit ideas for these things. I also believe that sometimes it can be a pain to get some of the reports for things, and my staff doesn't like this as much, but once you get past some of it - it really isn't too hard to set up. > > Procare Solutions has what we need - and our parents need - to communicate, interact, and feel like they are a part of their children's day.
