You can just look it up." Well, I DID search before bothering you and it would've taken less time to resend than to scold...They always choose the latter. Then ghost you. > > The UI needs customer perspective. Key rule in UI dev is to use the customer language not the internal language and to test whether your target audience reads it the way you believe they should. If not, that's on you, not the customer. I wanted to put a cap on the total number of guests who can book for any tour. Their internal use of "bookings" refers to an individual customer not the setup of the ops by the customer. They still have refused to help me adjust and the UI is NOT intuitive. I have begged, pleaded, apologized...no luck. "It's on you to figure it out. As we have mentioned a number of times, we have already told you where it is on the management dashboard." etc etc. Rude, infantilizing and btw NOT intuitive, buried under an incomprehensible tab and setting I finally found it (I'm looking for shoes? Oh they're in the vegetables aisle, but you'll have to look under the fruit." REset the total number of guests allowed and guess what. Still allows over booking. AND no one will return ANY email yet. The worst. Ironic they started out as an escape room booking platform.
