> Epic is a web-based e-procurement solution designed to help businesses automate the source-to-pay process, create invoices and summarize bulk quotes from multiple suppliers across various items. Features include vendor managed inventory, catalog management, approval routing, transaction processing and claims management. 


The application allows buyers to record and measure baseline prices for items or services and prepare process performance objectives. Suppliers can access, view and manage items, update descriptions and prices and deactivate and replace obsolete items. Vendors can also monitor and acknowledge receipt of purchase orders, resolve cost issues, manage lead times and submit invoices. 


Epic enables suppliers to view payment status, handle returns and credits and track shipping performance, RFQ response timing, order confirmations and more. Pricing for the solution is available on request and support is offered via email and phone.

> **Pros**: I like the ease of usage and low prices. Lots of promotions and free titles. Lately Epic added some gifts for Fortnite (e.g. skins) for customers buying certain games. It's also possible to get some good games for free every month (some of them having high original prices).
In the previous store I used, there were too many games not working or low quality.
