REACH is an online platform that is available specifically for LoanCirrus, a provider of digital solutions for digital banks, microfinance institutions, credit unions, and other lenders. REACH can fully integrate with LoanCirrus and allows lenders to create customer-facing websites and customize content based on unique business requirements. Lenders can add self-service tools for customers as well as custom flows to product application pages. With REACH, lenders can create websites that allow customers to access financial information, apply for loans, make payments, update personal information, and upload documents. In addition to website creation, existing websites may also be imported into the platform. This allows lenders to keep and reuse any current web content. Additionally, lenders can use existing domains while using REACH. Pricing is on a monthly subscription basis. Support is provided via an online help center, email, and other resources.
