Their reporting is fully customized. we looked at other vendors but they will not make reporting like this. their Kiosk for volunteer attendance is 2nd to non. > > **Cons**: none. dont have a bad thing to say about them. their support used to have some issues but its night and day from the past. > > Red alert is the best software in the fire rescue space.
