Apart from the natural language entry for appointments there are very well designed views (monthly, weekly and daily and the brand new quarterly views are available) and basic necessities (sync with calendar providers such as MS Outlook, Exchange, iCloud, Google Calendar etc.) there are lots of advanced features. You can let clients make appointments to your calendar ("Openings"), similar to calendly. Just send your client a link and let them chose a time that fits them and where you are available. You set up "Meeting Templates" according to your use case, e.g. I have a 1 hour Coaching session. You can send out "Meeting Proposals" similar to doodle. Colleagues reply to a poll what time works best for them. All proposed times are blocked on your calendar, until the meeting is finalized, making sure you don't double book.
