It is actually hard to pick one thing that I like most about this software -- there are several things that are excellent: it is easy to use (once you learn how, which is not difficult), it allows us to collect secure and valid signatures by email without extra scanning, it sends automatic reminders to our outside signers, so they get prompted by the system instead of us needing to find a polite way to ask if they've reviewed the document yet, AND it has an audit trail so I can see exactly when the signature request was made, when the reminder went out, and if it has/has not been signed. I could not go back to the way we did this before\!\! > > **Cons**: I have to think to come up with a negative for this review -- I would have to say that some of the menu items could be a little clearer.
