Greatest VoIP Service
Pros
We've tried a few VoIP providers in the past, the in terms of quality of calls Zoom Phone ahs proven to work best for us (worldwide calls).
Cons
The customer support takes quite some time to come back. We've also had a few account managers change in a short period of time and their handover does not seem smooth as a few things would fall through the cracks.

Zoom Phone improves quickly.
Overall it is easy application and it has many option especially in meeting. But I do not like when it has code to enter. If I get one letter or number not right we have to search for missing thing.
You Can make it kind of direct group call (even if you want to make them reserve a spot before they start call or chat)
Pros
I Like Zoom Phone because it is easy and get popular especially after Covid-19.
They improve the application quickly too.
Cons
The least about zoom phone is still have many steps to get connected to other person.

Easy compact phone within the application
I give it a 4/5, there’s a couple things that need fine tuning to be the best experience, but overall is really easy and comfortable to use
Pros
Integration with desktop UI is really good, it provides a small widget that hides in the screen for easy access and it pops when an incoming call is due. Plus you can easily get to the dialer or history of calls with it without opening the full window
Cons
There’s no way of checking the full call details when it’s ringing or copying the number before answering the call to be prepared for clients. Caller ID could be improved as well

I enjoy using Zoom phone. Personally, it is easier for me to use than Microsoft Teams.
Pros

Zoom as Voip
Using zoom phone in Mac OS without any issues , running smoothly not consuming enough space. Properly integrated with zendesk to call the customer anytime hassle free. Overall it is good and helpful
Pros
1. High availability of product in the market so very less chances to say customers to install and use this.
2. Integrations in other environment is easy and not very time taking.
3. Secure and goo compatibility in mobile as well.
4. Free version is also good with respect to the paid one.
Cons
1. Noticed lags in performance sometime.

Zoom Phone a great fit for business
We switched to Zoom phone right as the pandemic was starting. We had plastic Cisco phones on everyone's desk and switched them to a VOIP phone. We expected pushback from the employees, but they have loved it from the beginning. Having the flexibility to add the Zoom phone app on your mobile device and make work calls from your personal device but not expose your personal phone number is a huge win.
Pros
Very user friendly on the admin side. You can build and adjust call queues within minutes. You can assign and remove licenses when needed. When transferring calls you can do it by extension or you can look up the persons name to transfer. You can also easily check call quality on the admin dashboard.
Cons
There isn't a search feature on the admin portal. So if you are looking to adjust a feature that you don't use very often you typically have to Google where it is located. It would save a ton of time if they added a basic search to the admin portal.
Alternatives Considered

The call quality of Teams wasn't as good. It was also more complicated to setup call queues and use admin features.- Industry: Computer & Network Security

Worst Support in the Industry!!
Their sales people will sell you the product and then abandon you to a process they don't explain well. If you ask for a white paper or steps you will be doing so you can make sure you will not slow up the process that request will be ignored. Then they will send you to an engineer who will run your through the configuration of the software so fast you will feel like you are at an Auction!! Once you have the phones provisioned and ported, I hope you don't want anything other than the default configuration, because getting help is a daySSSS long process, and when you get it it will be wrong.
Pros
It is hard to learn to use the online configuration tools, and the people who train you move too fast for you to remember anything
Cons
Zoom relies too much on automated call routing systems with too short of times allowed for responses. If you do not have several numbers at your fingertips, you will get disconnected before you can respond to the prompts. I needed support 30 hours ago, and I am STILL fighting to get anyone to support us.

The best in the market
Pros
Excellent service. Quality of the calls is great, verified numbers with proper caller ID so your calls are not rejected due to a weird caller ID such as "Spam Risk" or "Unknown". Dedicated account manager.

So far am happy with the software as it enables interaction between me and management even when am at home overall rate out of 10 I would say 9 just that there is nothing 100%
Pros
Zoom has high quality video and audio call which enables conversions or video conferences without interruptions. The function to add or remove people during calls is also a plus on the app. The software also meet all the 3 Es Effective, Efficient and Economical. The price is very cheap and you do not get pop ups during calls

Innovation in telephone communication in the cloud.
This zoom section is nothing more than an excellent integration to the original platform that provides many mobility in voi I have realized that it has good stability in voice calls with a sound similar to HD, I consider it a good alternative since I can make calls to different countries where the use of this platform is also located, it can be said that Zoom PHONE is a telephone network but only using the internet, whether it is broadband, fiber, satellite or cabled. I have used it a few times and my experience has been satisfactory for its good performance in almost everything that anot
Pros
Knowing that Zoom PHONE is a very good telephony alternative for both individuals and companies, it has very good aspects that make it stand out compared to conventional telephony providers, they would be the following: 1- It is a service that is in the cloud, that is, it can be accessed from anywhere that has internet. 2- It is an application that is unified to make calls and video calls and allows you to make changes from one to the other without having to redial or hang up. 3- It has great international coverage, that is, it allows optimizing global and international contact. 4- I love that it has integrations that are very useful when it comes to business meetings such as: Salesforce.
Cons
Just as Zoom PHONE has many positive anet access, basicallyces its use and that is internet access, basically without internet access Zoom PHONE would be dead and would not take place, I think that when comparing with other providers telephony, plus zoom can not be used in basic phones, but not to mention all that Zoom phone is very well developed.

Zoom phone is perfect to replace expensive VOIP systems.
I know Zoom Meetings got popular during the pandemic, but, honestly, this is an even more essential remote-work service. We LOVE it.
Pros
We signed up for Zoom Phone in January 2020. We don't get cell service in our office, didn't want employees to have to use cells, but also didn't want an expensive VOIP system. For $15/month/user, it's a computer-usable phone line. Just plug a headset into the computer and it's good to go. It also is PERFECT for switching between remote and office work. Just login on your home computer and you can receive calls to the same line as when in the office. Coworkers can transfer calls (warm or cold) to your line from anywhere.
Cons
It's pretty buggy still, and they need to work on some of their user interface and features. The contact list is particularly bad.

Great app! The very best for virtual meetings and communication.
Zoom has made meetings and business discussions convenient in my organisations extremely convenient for all workers. It's spectacular video and audio quality has made physical meetings in my organisation redundant. It has allowed me and my team's members to works remotely with great ease.
Pros
Zoom is very easy to set up and does not require any technical knowledge to set up in an organisation. The sign-up process is very simple and straightforward. One of the most helpful features which is missing from other video conferencing apps is the option to record zoom meetings and store them in the cloud. The link to the recording can be shared with colleagues and co-workers who missed the meeting and they will be able to access and watch the meeting and know what what discussed. Also, Zoom has superior video and sound quality compared to other apps.
Cons
Currently, the only way to communicate with another participant is to send a message in the chatroom which can be read by all participants. There should be a way to privately communicate directly with other participants during a meeting without posting in the chatroom for all participants to see.

Zoom Calls Simplifies Conference and Educational Calls.
Pros
Zoom facilitates the seamless presentation of myself on the platform, particularly during interviews. Accessing the platform via the mobile app is expeditious, requiring less than a minute. Additionally, I appreciate receiving daily notifications regarding meeting schedules, alleviating the need for manual note-taking or reminders on my phone.
Cons
I dislike the fact that most meetings under a free version only last for 40 minutes. I wish they could make them last for an hour at most. I am also not very fond of the fact that one needs to have a constant internet connection.

Hello? How Are You Today? How May I Help?
If I had to provide an overall score, I would say 9/10. This is a wonderful program to have, especially when your busy, you have the automated response system. Not having to use the desk phone makes it easie to access and conveniently friendly as well.
Pros
The thing that I like most about the ZOOM phone, is the fact that I get multiple notifications. You get notifications on your desktop, laptop, and cell phone. It is sometimes important to get more than one notification because you might not be readily available from your desk but are able to respond to your phone if you are out in the field and cannot get to your desk. The automated feature can give the person on the other end a sense of relief that someone will call them back after leaving a message.
Cons
Sometimes the automated spell check on the voicemail is not always accurate and can make words out to be spell something else. When a call comes through, it interrupts your typing, when trying to type up an email. You have to stop what you're doing and give ZOOM your full attention.I can't think of anything else that would be a negative impact as of right now.

Complete Train Wreck
We were double billed at the beginning and when we requested the second account be closed, it was set to cancelation pending and never changed or refunded. When we attempted call tickets they were never answered. When I called, I would hold from 30-45 minutes each call and several times my call was dropped once answered and I would have to start the process over again. The customer service reps were not fluent in English and read standard responses from a notebook, none of which actually addressed our issues. There was no way to escalate and when we finally received follow ups they still did not address the issues or answer the questions.
Pros
We were pleased to be given the option of using a phone app instead of standard desk phones given the nature of our business.
Cons
The setup process was confusing, call routing and other functions very unclear and hard to set up, customer service completely non-existent.

Not Perfect but Necessary
The audio quality isn't always great, but the accessibility of use more than makes up for that.
Pros
I love that people can join meetings from anywhere - on the job site (we are an organization for architects), from the car, or literally anywhere else.
Cons
The audio quality can be a bit hit or miss (likely due to cell reception, if I had to guess). This can make it hard to understand someone while they are speaking, but usually we can still hear them well enough, even when there is ambient noise or other feedback.
