I like that I can set up text and/or email alerts/reminders for upcoming scheduled shifts. I also receive alerts for open shifts that have just become available. Signing up for vacation days, compensatory time off, sick time for medical reasons, open shifts, and overtime is a breeze. Being able to view the entire month's schedule for myself, and/or everyone at my agency is very convenient. I can log in on my phone, or at any computer, I am at either at the Fire Station or at home. The interface is fairly intuitive, nothing seems too complicated. I also love that the system sends me a text notification 24 hours before my next shift.
