I have not had a good experience with your software and would appreciate a refund of my $49.95. It doesn’t need to happen immediately, but I did see that you offered some resolution for refunds and I would like to pursue that path. I have already uninstalled AOMEI backuper, you may of course deactivate my activate key on my refund request. 4\>I've already been through that. I'm no longer interested in your product.
