About Engage

Engage Live Sales Chat is a cloud-based live chat platform. It offers widgets that can be added to a website that allows site visitors to locate and initiate live messaging with team members. Customers can utilize the chat feature from devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets and other Internet-connected devices. Engage Live Sales Chat allows customers to return at a future time and then find and re-initiate their chat with the same agent they interacted with previously. The system offers live directories of customer-facing sales and support staff. This enables web-based visitors, customers and prospective customers to the detail of the executive whom they will be chatting with. Engage Live Sales Chat is suitable for mid-sized and large companies in various industries, including banking, financial, e-commerce, mortgage, retail and real estate. Services are offered on per user per month basis. Support is available through an online form.

LOVE the time saving software!

Pros

It allows you to mass send emails and contact your clients and prospects virtually anywhere and within a timely manner. Great concept!

Cons

I only gave 4 stars on ease of use because it is difficult to access through salesforce and navigate.

Very pleased with this program!

Overall I really enjoy the program. I am able to give feedback to my co workers and see how my job performance is measured by others.

Pros

It gives my customers and vendors the ability to provide a rating based on their experience quickly.

Cons

I am having the worst trouble setting up my own picture still.

We use Engage everyday, I have had good and bad experiences, please see below for further...

It maintains all of our torque equipment information such as calibration, repair and any other pertinent information. We also use it on our gage side to maintain hand held gages for calibration, repair and other pertinent information

Pros

Engage is easy to navigate and I have found that training new employees on the use of Engage is simple as well. We have our own work instruction on how to use Engage but most employees catch on very quickly hands on.

Cons

We are ALWALYS having reporting issues, we get consistent errors pulling reports, shutting down and reloading a few times usually helps but it is painful and time consuming. Also if you do not buy the extra customer support package we have found customer support can be quite rude
