If I could tweak anything--and I've already suggested this to the developers a couple of times--it would be to allow automations to be set for quarterly and semi-annual actions, not just daily, weekly, monthly, or annually. Trying to remember to pause and unpause automations for quarterly and semi-annual transactions (to reduce the need to fully recreate the transactions each time) can be difficult and is easily forgotten, which makes the financials a bit harder to reconcile when transactions appearing (or not appearing) in ChurchTrac don't match what the bank accounts show. > > Overall, ChurchTrac--both the software AND the support team--has been excellent. As a 20+ Software Test Engineer in both the federal and private sectors, I can honestly say that ChurchTrac is one of the best, most user-friendly, and thorough softwares I've ever worked with. The support articles and videos are outstanding, and what VERY few things aren't covered or need further clarification are all answered by support staff (live, not bots\!) who are lightning-quick and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. And all that for a very reasonable cost\!
