We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.
Pros
Flexibility, adaptability, it has a lot of tools and a strong api directory.
Cons
It does not have multiple steps automated campaigns.

Best business process software
My experience is really good. i think bitrix is the best CRM in the market

It is a complete website like social media of a company where there is a feeds where you can see all the announcements of the company and CRM with different workflows you can edit.
Cons
it is a bit expensive compare to other CRMs.

POV Review on Bitrix24
Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.
Pros
Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.
Cons
I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

Take a good look around before falling on Bitrix
I am forced to use it in my company, but basically we only use CRM and internal messaging. Other ERPs that I have studied and that I use for other projects are much more intuitive and immediate.
Pros
It's fair to say that in its free version it still has enough usable features.
Cons
The usability, the layout and graphics settings and, in general, the user experience that requires a very long learning curve. The entire platform system (colors, positions, fonts, notifications...) is baroque and the functions are not at all intuitive.

A Versatile Tool for Both Companies and Clients
I use both the paid and free versions of Bitrix. For our company, we use the paid version, which offers very helpful and convenient automation features. My client uses the free version. Even though she is Korean and not fluent in English, I was able to teach her the basics of using Bitrix.
Pros
It is very easy to use. Very user-friendly. I have already recommended it to my client who is a tattoo artist. And this is what we are not using to manage her customers.
Cons
The desktop version, I don't know if it was me, I can't seem to find the CRM portion.

Bitrix, a GREAT team management platform
My use of Bitrix was mainly limited to the use of its messaging, for supervisors and other work colleagues. I never had any problems with those functionalities, maybe sometimes the chats were down and difficult to see when there were many members in a team, but the platform was functional. Also, the publications made by team leaders were shown in the “Feed” and could be “acknowledged” with a button to let them know they received the information.
Pros
Bitrix seemed to me to be a platform with a lot of functionalities that I did not use, but that, if they were used, I consider that it would provide fantastic utilities for that team. As for the messaging and notifications functionality, I found it very good and perhaps “traditional”, but effective.
Cons
What I have to say is that the platform has many functionalities that perhaps are not taken advantage of because everything is quite messy and even chaotic due to the amount of elements on the screen that are seen, this should be improved.

Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24.
Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better.

Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.
Pros
I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.
Cons
Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

Beginning was great, but that's it - after using it for a while I realized it is not a good fit for my organization

At first glance- Bitrix24 looks fresh, smart, and inviting. The pricing was reasonable.
Cons
After starting using it I realized it was not as smooth as I thought. Many back-office issues, settings are sometimes a mess and pricing went up after a year. I also had privacy concerns.

Bitrix24 transforms immediate searches
Bitrix24 is used as a data center to store information about leads, customers, competitors and as a social network that promotes communication between different areas of the company for the purpose of recording important information. It became our main information system because it has a powerful search tool that makes queries easier and faster. We also use work groups to divide information based on regions or user levels.
Pros
If your business is not very large or complex, the free version is sufficient. It is easy to connect with other programs that automate marketing campaigns. The simplified feature is a great way to share information and communicate with everyone who uses it or just a specific group. Segmentation can be done based on subgroups. The search function is excellent, allowing you to find information previously organized by company or contact.
Cons
The features that take care of managing deals and the sales funnel are more complex than those of other cloud CRM providers. We tried using it initially, but it wasn't what we were looking for. The permissions function is reduced. We tried to identify the type of person who has their own business/contacts in mind, but it was not possible. Sometimes the interface of a system is too complex in certain sections.

My humble opinion as a beginner
I worked at marketing agency as an HR and executive assistant. All the processes were under my supervision. We had several sections. Sales, HR, trainings, and company drive. We mainly use to keep our sales stages and he stages. Unfortunately we don't generate any documents, though I know it's possible. So the main advantages of this CRM were out of our operations. And it is costly I think
Pros
I have been working with bitrix24 over a year. To be honest it was my first time to work with CRM. As a management tool to simplify many processes I did like it. Also drive option on corporate and individual level to store your files. Bitrix 24 offers many options, but it's a little complicated.
Existing chat feature that allows to creat any group or meeting chats, to make it confidential is great. To limit opportunities vor B and A level employees is also a good option in operation. Also I like task management features. Deadlines attendee observer Features.
Unfortunately the company I worked with didn't use many features of this CRM to have greater benefit out of it: sales pipelines, documenting features. Overall for the beginner level I liked it.
Cons
As a C level worker, I used all the features our company had an access. And the abundance of buttons and confirmation were too much. I didn't like to put save button at any turn.

Much done, but still much to improve
I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas.
The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first.
At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).
Pros
Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.
Cons
Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work.
Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days
Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack).
No autosave in tasks.
Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

Team members can define, assign and track tasks based on milestones while keeping task files and feedback all in one place. Overall, I would say Britix24 is robust enough to manage development sprints while remaining flexible to a variety of workflows.
Pros
Some of the features I like most about Britix24 are; helpful and responsive customer support team, highly customizable to suit various business contexts, user friendly and quick to learn and automated invoicing. Has a rich white boarding and brainstorming capabilities for generating ideas especially for the advanced version.
Cons
The advanced features require hirer tier plans and also I have experienced occasional performance issues with complex boards.

Complex but worth it!
I had both good and bad experience with Bitrix24 so I could lean both ways. But even with it's complex ways Bitrix24 will help get you organized and transform your growing business in a thriving one.

The chat features. Being able to communicate with employees easily and effectively and all together at once. Also, being able to track and watch the progress of my employees able me to help motivate and give the employees that needed a little extra attention got the attention they needed.

Pros
I use Bitrix24 on a daily basis to coordinate with colleagues on projects via unlimited company communication channels in one place.
Cons
I have never come across even a slight bug on Bitrix24 even though I am a new user.

Provides comprehensive features for telemarketing
Overall, It's a great telemarketing service provider, I like it because it's not only limited to telemarketing but offers a variety of other services -It could be even more amazing if some improvements are made in sectors with poor performance and I might probably consider using it again in the future.
Pros
Bitrix24 is one of the best telemarketing tools that I've used so far, despite a few drawbacks, I still recommend its services for the following reasons:
-It's an integrated platform that provides a comprehensive set of telemarketing features like CRM, project management, and collaboration which are ideal for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity all in one place.
-It endorses team collaboration and improves teamwork.
-It's cost-effective and I find it to be far way more affordable than some competitors
- It provides a great customer support. Bitix24 has dedicated support teams spread out across various countries including my country- a great way to serve customers.
Cons
Negative remarks with Bitrix24 are :
-Call volume is limited. There are limitations in the number of concurrent calls that can be handled which tremendously affects operations that require high-volume calls. For instance, we are used to making at least 700 phone calls daily.
-There is limited customization
-Call quality and reliability are highly affected by unstable internet connection, an issue we face in our country. Sometimes you're on the phone with a client and suddenly, you'll lose them due to network instability -It's mainly because of this factor that we had to switch to a different service provider.

great, ive been using it for years. ive tried a whole bunch of others, trello, asana, clickup, basecamp etc etc....

all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.
Cons
hoping for more integration with other platforms like APOLLO , or platforms for marketing, sales and data.

Great task management platform. Great freemium version!
Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Pros
For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Cons
There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

The good Bitrix 24
Over all It was a very good software That all of us needs it. It’s also very interesting in most of the users of this app. You should try And see how amazing this Product is.
Pros
What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.
Cons
I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.

Mastering the art of collaboration in project management with Bitrix24.
Bitrix24 helps us to run our projects more effectively and efficiently by allowing us to come together and work closely as one team. This allows us to put focus on the things that matters to us and the end result is excellent projects. The experience has been outstanding and we are intending to keep using Bitrix24 for forever.
Pros
We always get an upper hand when using Bitrix24 to manage our projects as it brings us all together under the same roof and allows us to work in unison and collaborate effectively. It has good communication channels like instant messaging, video and audio calling and files sharing which makes it easy for us to keep every updated and on the know. Bitrix24 has a good and easy to engage with dashboards which help us to have a unified view over our projects in order to know what has been done and what's pending.
Cons
Bitrix24 has a been straightforward to use product and having not experienced a single issue, i can say it has been giving me a perfect experience.
