ClickMeeting has been a great tool to use for customer onboarding over the past year and beginning of the first quarter of this year. We are satisfied with the service offered
Pros
Our ability to master the platform in such a short time. When we were nervous that we'd have more people than intended, upgrading was a breeze. We don't need to purchase additional administrator accounts or logins for each user that wants to create an event. For our little team, this solution was just what we needed, and it didn't appear to be designed for a corporation that employs a complete staff simply to deal with webinar software and technology.
Cons
When it comes to designing and using individual presenter profiles, we've run across some issues. It's frequently difficult to recognize who's speaking at a conference since we use the same profile for several people.

Excellen Choice for webinars and online meetings
After using ClickMeeting for several years, I am convinced that it is the tool of first choice for marketing webinars and live online training. Integrations with marketing tools and payment systems enhance my perception of this system's value.
Pros
ClickMeeting is a complete webinar tool that I have been using for several years. I value its stability and the good quality of both the connection and recordings. For marketing and sales webinars, ClickMeeting offers the option to place an active Call To Action button, which is visible in the main webinar window. This greatly improves the effectiveness of lead generation during webinars. I haven't found this feature to be as well-implemented in other competing systems.
Cons
The limits for webinars recording storage could be higher.

My platform ClickMeeting
The platform is more user-friendly than others, it is easy to find all the buttons, there is a good connection quality. When the expectations of participants change, it is possible to quickly find the material that has already been saved.
Pros
Our experience using the platform has been very positive. Logging in is simple, just using a web browser. Recording of meetings and use of recordings is unproblematic. The platform allows sharing the recording with all webinar participants and it's just through one click. Possibility to transfer the recording to an archive and to use it later without having to save it to drive is really convenient.
Cons
In this respect, the most annoying thing is the low GB capacity of the recordings and the necessity to pay extra for the additional space.

Timeline consists of all live event sessions started in your account (one event could be started more than once (accidentally), so each sessions has its own statistics and they are not considered as duplicates. 4. As for the template, there is no such possibility but you can create a "test" event with all necessary settings. 5. Moving on to the event start feature, once you joined the room, there are two buttons to prepare and start the event available for a user but if you clicked the wrong button you have 5 sec to undo event start and start it later on. Brilliant with a few teething issues
We've been able to translate all of our face-to-face training into online training without any implementation costs, and made our overall delivery of training so much more efficient.
Pros
The teaching tools the webinar rooms offer are extensive, and look very professional for the customer. They are also intuitive for the presenter as well. This results in webinars that can be presented beautifully.
Cons
There are often issues with delegates joining the webinar rooms. This issue might be specific to working with schools, but unlike other software such as zoom, school security systems often block access to the rooms. This affects our customer's experience.

Clickmeeting for webinar
It helped us to arrange a small scale webinars with our customers and we did not have too many errors but would be happy to see more features.
Pros
ClickMeeting provides Facebook and Youtube streams, if you are in the first steps arranging webinars ClickMeeting could be an option. Tutorials and customer support is really helpful. Statistic reports make it easy to measure your webinar success. It has a pool and survey features help you to understand customer needs.
Cons
Even though the software is easy to use but sad that at least for beginners they do not offer a free plan. I would be happy if I could see the wireless screen sharing integration.

Great for Webinars
We hold webinars about once per month and using ClickMeeting makes this process so simple. The automation that is built in is a huge time saver. I set up the webinar and can sit back and watch it all in action as people register. Even the follow up is automated. I highly recommend this platform for webinars or meetings.
Pros
I like the automation built into the platform the most. I can set up a webinar and the initiation is automatically sent as well as the reminder emails plus the follow up email after the webinar is complete. I save so much time with ClickMeeting.
Cons
I wish we could have more than 1 host without having to increase our plan. Most times, 1 host is fine but when we host collaborative webinars having a 2nd host would be helpful.

The most useful webinar platform on the market

I have been using this tool for at least 6 years in our company and so far we haven't found anything better.
Clickmeeting is very easy to use. The most valuable feature is ability to customize registration form and follow-up activities to your needs. We are also happy to use the survey option during the webinar
Cons
I don't like the fact that Powerpoint presentations lose all transitions and animation when adding to the Clickmeeting. Online streaming should be in the standard subscription (it is additionally paid). I think that the weakest feature is chat moderation - it's only convenient for up to 300 participants.
With more participants, it is difficult to control all questions and comments.

Pros
I liked how simple ClickMeeting was to use. It was extremely simple and intuitive to set up and manage a meeting. The user interface was also appealing and simple. Further to that, ClickMeeting included a slew of features, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that helped to make the meeting more productive and efficient.
Cons
The automated thank you email should be customizable. We now send our own personalized follow-up message to attendees because we can no longer use that feature.

Very goo tool to do webinars
Microphone issue aside, everything is working fine and I and the webinar attendees both have a good experience.

Is very easy to use all the features. I use it to show the online platform to the students of the school and it works pretty good every day.

Sometimes it have issues to recognize the microphone i sue for the webinars and i need to reset all the tool, close and open the browser again so it works.

Meeting a Click Away
Overall satisfied. In general, not a big fan of webinars, but working now fully remote all of the presentations are turned into webinars. What I am absolutely pleased with is the amount of interaction it allows and how it makes the presentation engaging and participatory.
Pros
ClickMeeting will make a webinar looked like a presentation-from-the-future. Tons of presentations tools, from slideshows to attendees participating. I can't choose only one, but altogether they make presentations engaging and almost like in-person.
Cons
Can't really single out anything. It takes time to get used to it, I'm still in the process of learning and adapting, so I would say I'm slightly overwhelmed.

We are most impressed by the Customer Support department that helps quickly and solves potential minor technical problems.

The most important aspect is that there is no installation required.

Exceptional Tool for Virtual Classroom Management
Generally, the experience with ClickMeeting is positive. It allows all the items that are required to manage a virtual class. The platform is interactive and accommodates polls, Q&A, among other items, to ensure students' active participation. And the customer support has been great, always there to help with any hiccups we've had in our sessions.
Pros
I have outstandingly liked their robust features in logging and recording. My kind of virtual class is one that is publicly funded, and therefore the documentation has to be done with pin-point precision. Plivo's simplified planning of all these live sessions, with great audio and video quality, taking care that everything coming from these sessions is recorded and can be easily accessible for compliance.
Cons
While ClickMeeting beats out in so many areas, one that I found a little bit cumbersome was the setting up of the comprehensive logging and recording options. It worked flawlessly once configured, but I would have preferred an easier setup to start with.
Reasons for Switching to ClickMeeting
The reason I chose ClickMeeting over other tools—be it Zoom or Google Meet—was primarily based on its strengths in logging and recording sessions needed for compliance in public funding educational programs. ClickMeeting has been relatively pain-free to administer, and where there have been hiccups, the excellent customer service has made it all worth it. Despite a significant time difference, ClickMeeting always provides me with prompt and thorough responses.

When stability is your #1 criteria
I like that it's a flexible and easy to use tool.
Support is always here to help.
My main concerns are the hefty price if you signup without any discount, the lack of flexibility when it comes to upgrades (need to go through support), the lack of marketing features to maximize sales / conversions when you're live.
Pros
It's the most stable webinar tool I've tested.
Even if you run into problems, you can still switch to the phone option to pick up where you left.
Recordings are made in the cloud and can be synced automatically with your dropbox (but as a rule of thumbs, I always recommend to make your own local recording, better be safe than sorry).
The API allows to automate a lot of stuff in the background if you want to skip their registration process to increase conversions.
Cons
There is no way to have a real button for your call to action like in webinarjam : you can just paste a link in the chat.
Generally speaking, it's not a "marketing centered" tool so you won't have all those features like "scarcity" countdown available.
Pricing is quite expensive, especially if you need to run parallel sessions and capacity upgrades.
For big capacity upgrades (>500 attendees), I had to contact support ahead of time as it's a manual process. It's not always possible to "know" in advance so you will most likely run out of capacity or pay for nothing.

Very good communication tool for the Foundation
Overall, it is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia. The ability to serve 3,000 participants or even more in our business is essential, and ClickMeeting provides such an opportunity. The ease of interacting with participants is also what distinguishes this product.
Pros
ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences.
Cons
An option for improvement, in our opinion, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

white label customization is too expensive. We did not do it. we cannot choose a picture from us for the background of the waiting room, it is paying and too expensive for us but the pics offered by Clickmeeting were finally enough for us.

A perfect tool for marketing and client onboarding

I value ClickMeeting for its ease of use and clear interface. From the perspective of an event organizer, the system's intuitive operation and extremely competent and swift customer support are also significant. I enjoy using the software.
Sometimes I feel that in google meet video conferencing it was easier to schedule quickly a meeting, but then Clickmeeting is much more advanced.
Pros
- planning ahead webinars and meetings and select between webinars and meetings (different types of events)
- you can just send the link to attendees and presenters (you don't have to send official invites from clickmeeing.com)
- you can upscale and downscale licence
- sometimes there is time when licence expired, but my account still exists. Just need to pay to reactivate.
- real (not bot) customer support
- polish customer support - I don't think I would get any live support from other big tech players
Cons
- you have to ask customer support to downscale licence - but customer support is very efficient in helping with this
- you cannot have more than one webinar/meeting at a time (or maybe it is possible with more expensive licence?)

Very good and getting better all the time.

*The ability to go between video and screenshare with ease - the fact that the presenter can be the whole viewing window with one click.
*The on screen functions - drawing etc.
*The ability to prep everything before hand and be able to jump between slides, videos, camera, white board etc at the click of a button - this is far superior to Zoom, Skype, Teams etc.

I am very happy with ClickMeeting. I can easily record videos, use automation to send invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars. I can send follow-ups after a webinar, gather feedback by sharing surveys, and target products for sale! And during a meeting or webinar, I can engage the audience so they are not just passive listeners. Published tests during a meeting always make a positive impression :)
Pros
What I like most about this system is its intuitiveness. The fact that I can use the predefined settings before the webinar and not have to wonder if I'm sure I set everything right.
Cons
It would be worthwhile to extend the default settings to include integrations with an appointment booking system.

Reliable online meeting room with multimedia options
Pros
Clickmeeting has good facilitation features - you can have multiple presenters (max 3) and easily designate other users as presenters if you want to 'hand off' the microphone. It's very simple to record a session, and you can share your link with the attendees after your meeting.
You can upload videos to the platform and the playback is smooth. There's a shared whiteboard feature where attendees can type or draw with you. My favorite feature is the question and answer mode: attendees can type their questions in the chat, and you can display the question for everyone to read.
Cons
Here are a few drawbacks of the tool that I have encountered so far:
*Powerpoint presentations display well, but the animations set up in PPT don't work.
*Attendees will need a short demonstration of the chat / interaction tools available. For example, if you want the attendees to use the 'raise hand' feature, you will need to tell them where to find it. For my webinars, I typically ask a staff member to moderate the chat, so that person should be prepared to support attendees who need to connect their phone audio and so forth.
*Attendees can use their phones to connect the audio if their wifi is poor, but connection points may or may not be available in a city near them.
*If you are sharing larger video files, you need to add them via the media manager rather than adding it directly in your meeting room.
*You can set events to close at a certain date/time, which is great if you'd like to restrict access, but if you make a mistake when you select the time there does not seem to be a simple way to reschedule them without changing the event link (which means you'll have to re-invite your guests). The safer route is to create a permanent room with a stable URL.

We converted on in person trainings to Click Meeting and it was a fairly seamless transition. It's easy to use.
Pros
It is reliable and easy to learn and use. We do lots of Click Meetings and we are always satisfied with the performance.

Good value for money, very fast support
Overall with CM we are able to cover our needs. In some ways we have to compromise our expectations and sometimes the tools are more complex than they could be. However, thanks to the quick support, we were always able to resolve everything close to our satisfaction.

I dont like embeded e-mails (notifications, invitations) customisation possibilities (use of my own "from scratch" templates would be great) and also the poor contact management.

Good platform to connect with clients
We have been using the platform through the pandemic and it's certainly a great tool.
Pros
The platform provides a seamless experience to for both hosts and attendees. Along with various features to help improve the engagement in a webinar, the price for all of them are quite reasonable.
Cons
Sometimes our attendees cannot join even with good internet connection. There is still no option to change virtual background on the browser, this is difficult for big corporates that have strict rule of installing third-party application on their devices.
