We were a grant funded program that started using Microsoft Access, which within a few month's of the program launch, we realized that we needed something more. Being a grant funded program, we needed a system that was budget friendly. While researching different systems, I came upon Charity Tracker. I set up a demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] and we noted that it meet our needs at the time. After a year, our program grew and evolved we had a need for additional assessments to be created. We worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] again and were able to have additional assessments created that allowed up to capture additional data. > > **Cons**: Nothing really. For what we needed at the time, CT meet our needs and was very budget friendly. The only reason why we changed was due to need to integrate with other systems and programs, which required us to transition to another system. > > Overall, I would say CT was a great experience for a small grant funded program. I would highly recommend CT to any agency that needs a robust system to collect data and manage clients.
