They have always been top notch with customer support and great with the little things like helping close out the year's records and backing up procedures. I always judged a company on how they navigate you through the hiccups. We always expect efficiency and reliability of a product, so stating the product works as promised should be automatic. In the tangled world of healthcare, glitches are going to happen. I have been more impressed with Eclipse ability to right the ship when insurance changes and coding requirements have occurred over the years. I have never had a security breach issue over the years, so I have peace of mind with records safety.
