We implemented the software during our busy season so that is why we have not had time for full training on CRO. With that being said CRO is very easy to learn and use even with basic training. Cro put out new updates leaving several invoices in limbo we were lucky we still were keeping a paper book trail and also making us hand write on 30% of are invoices. We have been told it might be fixed today , tomorrow or in the next up date which none have happened. > > We started started with Cro we were overall happy oher than a few problems in billing we were able to work around. They are very good with support and training but we have been frustrated with some of the updates that makes it hard on us the way we do billing considering looking in to other options.
