Excellent work management and planning system.
I've been using it for over 5 years in a variety of different ways and it has never ceased to be useful in whatever situation. Fantastic, easy to use piece of kit.
Pros
Fantastic for project management at any scale - from personal to-do lists to full fledged department planning Monday.com can do it all. It's easy to use UI and both built in and plugged-in automations really do the most to support with whatever you need across multiple workspaces.
Cons
Down-time is unfortunately higher than in the past, but it's usually very brief.

Tracker's Paradise // Don't sleep on this one.
Love it! I use it personally in my own office for management of Lead to Client following. It keeps accurate and beneficial timed markers. I'm still fine tuning some of the better options available. I have another referral company using this and their interaction with it is much better than mine. Dashboard views are by far the easiest to track projects you have in development.
Pros
Monday is a powerhouse of templates. I loved going through to see all the options available to me and decided to edit one of the existing templates that met most of my needs.
Cons
Cost is the only thing I was bummed about. I know it is not that expensive for what you get but for a small operation like mine it was just a bit out of my comfort zone.

There's not much it can't do (but it can be complicated)
Overall monday.com is an extremely capable tool with plenty of advanced features that might overwhelm new users but ultimately provides endless potential for businesses looking for a detailed project management platform.
Pros
It's just packed full of capabilities... you really can use it for anything. While it feels a bit "much" when you get started, when you get the hang of it it's a really great tool for task/project management and communication.
Cons
Because it has so many capabilities, it can feel difficult to use - it's easy to overcomplicate things and get bogged down in the actual admin of the tasks rather than the doing. Ironic for productivity management. Also, it's not cheap.

Couldn't Do My Job Without Monday!
Monday has streamlined our processes and given us a better understanding of each other's workloads, which is essential since our entire department is remote. We can quickly ask questions on specific tasks/projects, attach essential documentation, and collaborate at the touch of a button. For me, it's made life so much easier. I use it to create content calendars, social posts, and manage the various projects between our web development manager and myself. It was a game changer!
Pros
Monday allows me to organize my various projects and tasks so I can easily see what's due soon or coming up in the pipeline. I can also see team member's workloads to determine availability for new projects/tasks. We can track time on various projects which allows us to give better timelines when setting up new projects/tasks.
Cons
I don't think there is anything I dislike about using Monday.

monday.com is so easy to use for daily workflow needs
monday.com is quite intuitive and easy to use. It's really versatile for workflow usages - project management, basic CSM etc. - it helps company to expand and scale up easily!
Pros
UX/UI design is clean and the automation functionality has been helping our company a lot with our daily workflow.
Cons
The fact that we can have an attachment on monday.com's automation unless we upgrade to monday.com salesforce - I'm sure there could be some flexible arrangement there.
